I went to the Dental Zone for over two years and was always in great hands. Shaoshan as the office Manager always went through every detail of my bill and answered all of my questions. Maria at the front desk was always kind and sweet and they all knew me by name. I like that type of environment. In regards to the Dentists, they also were very caring of my health and had a well laid out plan for my horrible teeth. Most people fear the dentist but I was never worried as they did everything to make sure I was in comfort. Not only that, I had a few emergencies of which they handled very quickly. I had two root canals and they were the most painless procedures I’ve ever had – not what I remember from my first two at my ex-dentist. Overall, I recommend them as an all-around dentist that puts the patients at ease and goes to that extra length to take care of them. I was impressed and others are welcome to their opinions but I recommend them to anyone. I’ll miss everyone as I moved away to another state and even then, they sent me my x-rays and took care of my needs.

I have to say, I am very impressed with the level of care and professionalism with this dental office. I decided to call in because I had a dental emergency and mind you, this was on Memorial Day Weekend so I didn’t expect them to have availability.. not only that but I was afraid they would charge an arm and a leg. They took me in the same day and had xrays done and was advised on care. The receptionist, Office manager, DA’s, & Dr. Hatami were all so nice, thorough, and all around great to make sure I understood what had to be done. I’m so happy that this office is across the street from my apt and so happy to be a new patient. Keep up the great work! 🙂

I’ve been going to this dentist for years and have never had a bad experience! One day I realized a piece of my tooth broke off and they were quick to set me up with an appointment to get it fixed! Once I was no longer on my parents insurance, and signing up on my own, I was able to easily add my husband and child on as well! They’re super helpful in breaking down how the insurance works.

Dental Zone provides great service for my elderly parents who speak chinese and are on DeltaCare. So Shan, the office manager has been very helpful and patient with explaining about the dental procedures. She has been very accomodating and instrumental along with the team of doctors in creating beautiful smiles for my parents. Thank you very much!

I complimented both the assistant and dentist on how clean the office and treatment areas are. I’ve been suffering from allergies lately, but while in there getting my 6-mo. checkup, I could breathe easier.  This is a nice group of people eager to help and please. Friendly, courteous, explaining things well…I really appreciate this level of service and care.

I have been looking for a new dental office for quite awhile. I spoke with the office manager Soshan and she was friendly and happy to explain everything about the office and process. I had my examination and cleaning on Saturday and I couldn’t be happier. The RDH Celina was amazing: professional, gentle, informative, and skilled. She spent a ton of time taking care of me and educating me (patiently) about things to improve my oral care. She also took digital X-rays of my mouth and used them to guide her care. The dentist Dr. Hatami was friendly and efficient and answered any remaining questions that I had. I also had a new bite guard made using the coolest piece of technology I’ve ever seen in a dentist’s office. Overall, I have no hesitation in recommending the office to anyone.

This was my sons first ever appointment, as well as my first appointment in a very long time. The team was receptive to our family needs. They made my son very comfortable during his X-rays and cleaning. I was well informed about my dental health. I look forward to having Dental Zone as my primary dental healthcare option for years to come. Kudos to everyone we met today.

The most handsome and humorous dentist I’ve met, Dr. Hatami”, my son said, “also the first dentist in my dental history who makes me feel less fear of extracting teeth…” Also must appreciate the great help from Soshan, very patient, careful, responsible and friendly, me and my son like her very much. Have to say we are so lucky to find this dental, highly recommend it!

Visited their office this morning to get a check up and cleaning. I found them to be very thoughtful and pleasant. I appreciate that Dr. Kurosch carefully explained my dental health to me and told me about all the details he saw that was interesting, which gave me some new perspective to think about. The cleaning was quick and efficient and the hygienist was very nice. The front office was also very thoughtful while we talked about my insurance.

I have been fortunate to be a patient at Dental Zone for many years. I am 80 years old. In my lifetime experience with dental care, Dental Zone is far superior than all I have experienced. They are highly capable, very professional, kind, efficient, accommodating and, in general, a lovely way to get dental care, something that is not pleasant for most people. I highly recommend all doctors, specialists and staff and trust them completely to render the highest quality of dental care and directives. Thank you for allowing me to comment. All the attributes I mention are often times lacking or non-existent in most of todays business and medical transactions, in my opinion, thus Dental Zone is beyond 5 stars!

I love Dental Zone! Dental Zone dentistry is a very clean, friendly and professional dental office one of the best experiences I have had in a long time. From the front office, my oral hygienist and the doctors themselves, are always professional, friendly, and timely. I arrived at my first appointment with significant repair needed.They explained every procedure and cost and presented alternative options. I did not have to wait long at all and I was out just as fast with nothing but the best service. Would highly recommend!

After going to dental zone for such a long time (8 years), I find that wherever else I go is subpar in comparison to dental zone. I find that many other places are careless and very stressful and I feel like I am being hassled for a service that I may not need. In comparison, whenever I am faced with the decision to get a procedure done, I find that the people at dental zone give me ALL the necessary information to me and do not try and push me into making a brash decision. I feel like the people at dental zone genuinely care about my wellbeing (both from a health standpoint and a financial standpoint). I find that dental zone strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. For example, whenever I am there for a treatment, the workers (Diego, Lisa, and Shoshana) are always very punctual. However, they take the time to talk to me and to ask me how I am, what I am up to, etc. This makes me feel very comfortable in a traditionally stressful environment. However, the people at dental zone do not compromise friendliness for professionalism. Whenever they are doing a procedure (whether it is routine cleaning or doing a root canal) they are incredibly focused and thorough while maintaining a friendly demeanor, environment, and relationship. This makes the me feel safe and relaxed, in the sense that I am being properly taken care of from a healthcare point of view and in the sense that I am with nice, genuinely kind people who want to take care of me because they care about me.

Kurash Hatami is a bright, conscientious, caring dentist who listens to his patients. He works fast and efficiently. He prefers to work without an assistant which I find amazing and enjoy. I never liked being prone in the chair with two heads above me, listening to the chatter between dentist and assistant. I trust Hatami, feel that he has my interests at heart. Also want to add that the front desk staff are very efficient and helpful in scheduling. They will find time for a patient in pain and schedule carefully so that patients don’t have to wait. They work with the insurance carriers, explain the procedures and outline what your insurance will cover and what options you have.

Modern and clean building, instruments, imaging, etc. – Great doctors and assistants, both technically and bedside manners were excellent. – Prices were well-documented and handed to me before the operation. The person in charge of billing was also very patient and helping. – I also compared the prices i grabbed from medical fair prices websites and it was well below those numbers.

This is the best Odontological center in Mountain View. They take care of you like a familiy member. Explain every step of every proceture. Show you every charge in advance and talk to your insurance to make sure they cover the most of their parts. One time i had my wisdom teeth removed and they drove me home just in case. They are a family practice and they act like that.

I feel extremely lucky to be a patient at dental zone for the past year. the care and treatment i received was phenomenal. all the doctors are professional and efficient, yet they would still take time to ensure i understood the operations and address any questions i might have. the staffs and receptionists are also super friendly, helpful and accommodating. :)))

I have been a patient here for about 3 years and I’ve only ever had positive experiences. The staff is kind and professional, the doctors are knowledgeable and helpful, and services are affordable and well executed. I’ve had terrible dental experiences in the past so happening upon this office was a godsend! I’ve had surgery to remove my wisdom teeth, had multiple fillings, multiple root canals, routine cleanings, and my comfort, well being and financial ability were always respected and prioritized.

I joined Delta Dental through Kaiser and I was very nervous about picking a new dental office that accepted their coverage. I did some research and saw that Dr. Hatami had consistently good reviews and his new office was going to be nearby. I decided to give them a try and have been very pleased with my treatment. Dr. Hatami resolved a sensitivity issue with a tooth that another dentist had missed for 3 years! There was a cavity under the new crown the other dentist had installed, but that dentist kept telling me that some sensitivity was normal and he totally missed the cavity. Diego, Dr. Hatami’s very skilled dental assistant is wonderful, and they are both easy to work with -fast, pleasant and painless. I also decided to have an implant done by Dr. Han, the periodontist. The procedure was amazingly easy and she’s a kick to work with. I’ve had a tooth pulled before and Dr. Hatami was much more efficient. I’ve also had 2 implants done elsewhere and they were nowhere near as easy and uncomplicated as Dr. Han’s work. Although not covered by the insurance, the implant cost was reasonable. I couldn’t be more pleased. The Office Manager, Soshan, is very helpful and easy to work with. She thoroughly explains the treatment plan and the cost options. There are no surprises. I have never had to wait and everyone is great about explaining all aspects of a procedure, from why it is needed, to the cost, and then while performing the procedure, keeping me informed along the way. I am very happy that I have found a dental office that is actually a pleasure to go to!

Highly recommend Dental Zone. Whole team is great. Been coming here for 4 years. Dr. Hatami is very good, friendly and doesn’t over diagnose patients. Dr. Ghazala Khan is amazing for root canals. Shoshan, Maria, Lisa and other staff are always helpful and friendly. Nicest dental office I have ever been to. Didn’t realize a dentist office could be this nice and clean all the time.

I am visiting Dr Hatami since December. He is great specialist, he always provide important details (what is fine after visit and what should I pay attention to). He tries to make as less intervention as possible to fix tooth. Although it happened couple of times that he was too busy (may be have 2 patients at a time) and not very detailed, also you have to wait. Overall: really good doctor, whom I trust, but office work not always great (most time it is)

Dental Zone has been my safe haven for dentistry! I would like to acknowledge this practice for their professionalism and Superior sanitation as we are in difficult times with Covid. I have been a patient for over 10 years and their care starts from the moment you check in with their friendly front desk to the very end with their wonderful insurance specialist, who walks you through your coverage and costs. Keep up with the good work Dental Zone!

Let’s face it! I am no fan of being in the hot seat and extremely anxious when it comes to teeth cleanings.  Dental Zone is my safe haven for dentistry and I have been a patient for roughly 10 years.  I was impressed from the very first visit! After so many years they have been nothing but compassionate, professional and extremely friendly when it comes to care.  I am so happy to be back after Covid hit and see everyone with good vibes and doing an amazing job of keeping the practice super sanitized! They even invested in a super cool machine that helps with any airborne bacteria…. it’s called the Extra oral suction! I was impressed! I definitely recommend this place to all who are looking for a new dentist and I promise you that you won’t be disappointed.
