Dr Jin Mai-Soto is a graduate from New York University, College of Dentistry. She’s immigrant from China, and she also served in the US Army National guard for over 6 years. During her service, she gained a lot of valuable life perspective, and never take things for granted. She’s also dedicated to give back to the community, especially to her brothers and sisters in the Arm forces. Practicing in general dentistry, she has had a lot of opportunities that allow her to form trusting, long-lasting relationships with patients and their families. She believes dentistry is a multi-faceted specialty that focuses on social, psychological and health issues. All are aspects that contribute to the best patient outcome. She treats her patients how she would want to be treated: keeping them informed, maintaining respect, displaying compassion, and following up after treatments. She engages with her patients and listen to them carefully, making sure to address their chief complaints before starting other treatments. She is able to diagnose and treat diverse illnesses, as well as make an impact on the community by raising awareness of the importance of practicing preventive care. She pursued advanced education in implant dentistry with AAID Maxicourse in New York, where She completed at least 300 hours of postdoctoral or continuing education related to implant dentistry. She’s currently pursuing associate fellowship of implantology, where she is dedicated to providing the best possible dental implant treatment to her patients. She has advanced training on Invisalign where she helps patients build their confidence with healthier and straighter teeth.
