ok so i HATE the dentist. always have. like i legitimately had nightmares for the last 2 weeks about going. well, i had the most amazing experience at Dentalux today. the dental hygienist, Taylor, was equally knowledgeable and personable. when Dr. D came in, she made me feel so much better about the state of my teeth. i thought they were disgusting and needed so much work. turns out they just needed a good cleaning. even the communication between Taylor and Dr. D made me feel like i was finally at a great dentist. so glad i finally went in! i feel like i have new teeth now that they were thoroughly cleaned. thank you Taylor and Dr. D!

I have not been to a dentist in a quit some time. After recently discovering that I have a hole in my tooth, I decided to go to DentaLux as they are located conveniently on Cottman Ave, which was only 15 min away from my house. A very friendly receptionist, as well as other staff members, who happened to be in the front desk area, greeted me the second I walked in. Everyone welcomed me with a big smile, as opposed to “Hi, can I have your insurance card”. I was taken back into the operatory within 5 minutes, and Dr. Donskoy, came in immediately. She took her time and did a thorough evaluation of the issue that I was having, and did not try to sell me other dental work that I was currently not interested in. She focused strictly on my one tooth that had the hole. She explained what the problem was, and proceeded to fix it. As afraid as I am of needles, I barely felt the injection, and minutes later I was all done. Dr. Donskoy and her assistant were very gentle, caring, efficient, and respectful. I highly recommend this office for anyone who needs any dental work. At the end of my appointment, I was so pleased and satisfied with the service, that I scheduled my next appointment for a full check-up. Thank you DentaLux, for such a comforting and painless experience.

As always my hygenist Stephanie puts my anxiety to ease. She is very gentle with my gums and makes sure I am comfortable throughout my cleaning due to my gum disease. She is very thorough and my teeth and gums feel great after she is done my cleaning. Dr. Donskoy is also great and makes me feel comfortable.

I Recommend DentaLux LLC, to all my Friends and Family. Very friendly and family oriented dental office. The Receptionist is Amazingly friendly and caring. She goes out of her way to help you understand your insurance coverage. The assistants are very friendly and Caring. They explain everything, just ask them. The hygienist is gentle, always smiling and very informative. The Dentists are very caring an have a great sense of humor. They won’t do anything to you that they won’t do to their own family members. It is a Very clean and welcoming office. My family loves the Dentists in this office. Dr. Jennifer Donskoy and Dr. Robert Goldberg are amazing. LOVE it!

This was my first visit to Dr.Donskoy’s office I was there for a much dreaded root canal, much to my surprise there was no pain.Dr. Donskoy is awesome she and her assistant made me feel safe and very comfortable i have never been to a dentist office that compares to this one. I will tell all family and friends about this great dental office .The staff and dentist are amazing .I will be a patient for life.

For years I had issues with my teeth and saw many different doctors. Each one had its own plan and in each case the plan was going to cost astronomical amount of money. I always felt like I was just another patient and that all they were after was my check. From my first visit to DentaLux I knew that this office was different. Dr.Donskoy discussed a few possible options that were affordable and didn’t involve full mouth reconstruction without any guarantees. DentaLux is somewhat of a drive for me, but I will always return there as opposed ot any other office near my home. I love the job that was done, my teeth look great and I always enjoy my dental appointments. Dr. Donskoy and everyone who works at DentaLux are always very nice and accommodating.

Dr Donskoy and her entire staff are amazing……as a child to adult ive always been afraid of going to the dentist….. I had very bad experiences…. but ive been going to dentalux since December 2013 and I love them…..from the moment you walk in until your done everyone makes you feel so at ease…..I can really say I love going to the dentist now…….. and I love love love my smile……thank you Dr Donskoy..

Absolutely wonderful place. From the second I walked in to the moment I left, I felt important. Seriously, good ups on the customer service. They are wonderful. They made me feel great about my teeth and I felt even better walking out knowing they were fully cleaned. New woman over here. And I plan to implement flossing more often and cleaning my teeth with the best I can find just to impress them next time I go. But I think the best was that all of them, included Dr. Donskoy, made me laugh. That’s a first time for going to the dentists and laughing. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys good…great customer service as well as cleaning for your teeth. You will not regret it.
