Very glad I went to see Dr. Knox. She and her staff are AMAZING. From the time I went in, everyone was very nice even though I ran late. I went in for a cleaning, needed fillings, and Dr. Knox was kind enough to do them during this same appointment.

I found Dentcare Now looking for emergency treatment because my regular dentist didn’t have any slots open soon enough and I needed treatment for my tooth pain ASAP. I’m glad I did. I’ve had pretty good luck with dentists, but even so, I would say that Dr. Bonner is one of the best dentists I’ve had. The whole staff is very friendly and they’ll give you good explanations of what they’re doing and why and are happy to answer any questions. Everyone is also very concerned with your comfort, so if you have dental anxiety, I would highly recommend this office.

After looking everywhere for an oral surgeon to see me for an infected wisdom tooth, Dentcare Now was quick to take me! The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcomed, the assistant was funny and made you feel comfortable while taking x-rays and explaining to you everything that was going to be happening. The dentist Dr. Knox herself was amazing, explained everything to me as well, and took my wisdom tooth out the same day in less than 5 minutes! I barely have any pain and everything seems to be healing quickly. I’m very happy with my experience and although I drove from Spotsylvania, I will definitely be back in the future! Thank you guys so much!

I am writing this review because Dr.Knox and her team deserve recognition. This place is a hidden gem I am telling you. It’s not just me who is pleased either, I speak with other patients while I am there that endorse some of the best dental care they have ever received. What’s great about this place is they do it ALL and you have a dentist with great bedside manner and a team (uh hem: Marty & Carolyn especially who truly care about your happiness). They have seriously became my family over the past month when I was terrified to even get a cleaning, let alone the procedures I had to have done! I was self conscious, scared and depressed and this place has changed my affect over night. I am so happy with my smile now that I am smiling more the past couple weeks than I have in years! I also will say that Dr. Johnson is also here and I had the pleasure of meeting with her when Dr. Knox was not available and she was also lovely. These ladies are tiny but they have the fire and the knowledge to hook a sister up! Thanks Dentcare Now!

I recently visited Dentcare Now for an oral surgery and I can’t thank Dr. Johnson, Dr. Knox and the entire staff for their absolute professionalism and patience during my recent visit. I am a 60-year-old woman and have extreme anxiety about dentistry, never have I encountered this caliber of empathetic care from healthcare professionals. I am incredibly grateful to the staff and highly recommend you to visit.

Had a crown fall off, I was super freaked out. It happened on a Sunday, they saw me ASAP, I was there in 45 minutes. They saw me after I filled out my paperwork. The Dentist was super chill and very personable, I’m terrified of dentists. I’m honestly going to make this my primary dentist from now. I saw Dr. Knox, she’s amazing.

I had a serious emergency, my jaw had swollen from an infected tooth. I found them on google, went to their website, called…and they seen me that same day. The first thing I noticed when I entered the building was how warm the environment was. The staff there is awesome! Very friendly and professional. I had the pleasure of having Dr. D. Knox as my dentist. She was just as friendly and professional as the staff. She made me feel relaxed and at home. I definitely recommend dentcare now. They will take care of you here.

This was my first visit. I have a HUGE amount of work to be completed due to being a foster child in the early sixties and onward. For about my first 12/13 years I received NO dental care. Then I was placed with a wonderful foster home who tried to “catch” up the care, got me braces and went forward in a positive way. About 3 years ago I had to have 4 transfusions from a medical doctor’s error. Due to that and months of infusion therapies, my teeth began to break off and decay rapidly. Then COVID hit and getting into any dentist just didn’t occur. So, I found these great people who are open on the weekends which is perfect as I serve special needs autistic and other populations so cannot come during the week. I was so embarrassed about my teeth—BUT they were nothing but positive and are preparing a plan to get it all completed on weekends with nothing but positivity and encouragement. I don’t like to have any dental work completed but I feel very comfortable about going forward with DentCare Now.

What a great experience! From the first call to setup an appointment with the cheerful staff, to walking into a clean beautiful office, they earned my respect. Yet, it got better when meeting the dentist. Dr. Rasheeda Johnson was great, she has a super personality, and skilled hands. I was in and out of the chair in no time, and with no pain. I will be recommending my family and friends switch to her practice.

I had a wonderful experience here at DentCare, Dr. Knox is the best dentist. She took her time examining my teeth and she gave me her opinion on what she thinks is right for me. I ended up walking out a very happy customer. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for teeth cleaning or anything. I will be back in about a month. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR EVERYONE!!!! Literally the most pleasant experience I have had at the dentist. The entire staff was more than warm and inviting, moved expeditiously, plus we listened to Michael Jackson during the procedure. I would go there again for everything dental related. Say hello to your new patient.

If I could give 100 stars I would. I have had bad experiences at dentist that made me neglect my oral health for years. I found Dr. Knox online and from just watching the short clip with her interactions with her patients made me feel calm. From the moment you walk in the office the atmosphere is so calming. Rachel went over and beyond in taking care of my insurance needs, and she is very nice & friendly. Dr Knox is AMAZING!!! She is a true definition of everything a good Dentist should be. She has a passion for what she does and she shows it. She listens, she doesn’t rush, & does everything to make sure you are ok and comfortable. She talks to you and answers all your questions and concerns. Oh and I dont wanna leave out Dr. Knox assistant. She is so nice with a pretty smile and soft voice that makes anybody with dental anxiety feel at ease. Trust me if you looking for a Dentist look no futher. You wont be disappointed.

I would def recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff, friendly environment, and a great dentist! My first experience was awesome, it’s as if they had known me already. My second experience was nothing less. I like the fact that you can go in there and joke with the staff. They aren’t uptight and will joke back (professionally of course). Dr. Knox made sure I was well informed. I can ramble on forever but just go ahead and book your appointment. You won’t be disappointed.

I have a real fear of the dentist! So when I got to my appointment I was so nervous and full of anxiety. EVERY single person that I interacted with was genuinely kind and made me feel so welcomed. The office was clean and the atmosphere was peaceful. I even throughly enjoyed the calming music! Dr. Dominique Knox made me feel like I could trust her to give me the best care…..And she definitely did! I’m actually looking forward to my follow up appointment! I’m very grateful for Dr. Knox and the rest of the wonderful staff.

Dr. Knox was warm and knowledgeable. Her staff was super friendly. The office was very clean and bright. I absolutely loved their comfort menu. Best dental visit I have had in a long time. The scented warm towel at the end of the appointment was the cherry on top!

I love coming to this office we laugh and catch up like old friends. I came for my first appointment a month ago with my girlfriend and we have always loved it here I’d recommend to bring others with you because you can have a loved one sit with you if needed. I had to get 2 teeth removed and the atmosphere is so friendly and heartwarming they treat us like family every step of the way asking if I’m ok and making sure to keep me clean and happy doing all my procedures and follow ups. Great communication even when I had to reschedule through text and emails. 5stars for sure ! Keep up the good work.

Woke up with pain from a broken wisdom tooth. Called around but nobody had availability to see me. When I called Dentcare Now they scheduled me an appointment within an hour. Dr Knox was amazing. She removed the broken tooth and I barely felt a thing. Staff was very friendly and the office had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I was so grateful to find a dental office open for emergencies on Sunday, but then to find one that actually thought enough of me to wait for me to drive 35 minutes away because my pain was so bad was just short of amazing in my book. Very best dental visit I have ever had,and unfortunately I have had a few. The doctor was extremely personable, knowledgeable,and skilled at her craft. Considering the fact I am new to the area without a dentist and they were able to fit me in on a Sunday for a emergency from scheduling at 11:30pm the Saturday evening before on the internet. Best dental service Ever.

Dr. Knox is amazing! She was patient, thorough, clear , and concise with explaining the solution to my dental emergency. In addition, her office is very clean, spacious, and practice proper procedures to avoid COVID-19 spread. Each staff member is completely professional, and kind. Great offers whether a person has insurance coverage or not. Overall, magnificent experience! So worth paying out of pocket for! Thanks, Dr.Knox and team, for bringing me comfort during the most excruciating times.

Dr. Knox and staff has provided me outstanding customer service and care from the time I’ve started going. I have been completely satisfied with all the work and procedures that have been preformed. What a great way to start 2021! I booked an appointment for a routine cleaning effortlessly over the phone and when I arrived at the immaculate and newly renovated office, I was warmly greeted by their lovely patient coordinator Rachael who was so helpful and outgoing. A few moments later I was whisked away by the incredible Zsa Zsa the dental hygienist who was so patient and provided excellent care. Dr. Knox then took over and I absolutely loved my whole cleaning experience. Dr. Knox was so gentle and very understanding.

OPEN LATER AND ON SUNDAYS! Highly recommend for all your dentistry needs. I’m not the biggest fan of the dentist, I do it cause I have to. I visited Dentcare as a new patient and from the moment I walked in, I already felt like a regular. I don’t remember her name (sorry!) but the receptionist was so friendly! I’m already ready to go back to the dentist (not really but you get the idea, knock on wood) If the dentist stresses you out, they have anxiety remedies and entertainment. I ask questions to ease my anxiety and my tech, Tasha explained everything before she did it and that helped tremendously. Dr. Knox did a great DEEP cleaning as well.
