First time visitor at Dentist Downtown Seattle. The office staff were welcoming, kind, and willing to help in any way they could. Dental hygienists were very kind and knowledgable. As they went through the check up, they explain what they were doing and provided helpful information to help keep my teeth cleaner. As I am told, the location used to be an art gallery and they kept some of the art gallery feel at the reception area. The area was clean and felt comfortable. Really enjoyed my visit to this dentist and I hope others do as well.

Decided to find a Dentist near where I work and this place was across the street. The hygienist, dental assistant and doctor were wonderful. They made sure I was always comfortable and if needed let me take a break. They offer 2 different types of Novocain and nitrous oxide for those that are really feeling anxious. There bedside manner was also appreciated and the staff that checked me in/out were efficient and very pleasant. I highly recommend this office!!

I came in as a walk-in for the worst reason…broken tooth, a molar at that. The doctor stayed late that day so that I could at least get an opinion on what could be done, my broken molar needed a process to make it correct but my mind was at peace, at first I was apprehensive about the process but the end result was so good that I don’t know how I doubted them! I haven’t been to the dentist in at least 5 years before that, so upon my first visit they informed me I needed a deep cleaning to try and reverse my bone loss, they bent over backwards to make my crazy schedule work as they scheduled the deep cleaning and temporary to permanent crown process for my tooth, I was moving to Seattle at the time and they made sure that the time I would be out, that I understood what to do in case of anything happening. My molar is now fixed and I have a really hard time telling what side was that it happened (not kidding), the assistants did an amazing job picking the right color and making me comfortable all the time, what more can I say? Going to the dentist will never be fun, but getting the right result makes the whole process worth it.

Shooketh with the top service I received today! The office is very modern and relaxing, the whole staff is AMAZING! I was afraid of finding out what was wrong with my teeth after 6 years of not even a cleaning. Everyone was really sweet and very informative, they treated me like a guest and just not like some crappy person who doesn’t floss enough. I’ve had bad experiences where the oral hygienist and dentist had been very brash and off putting with me. This was far from the case here! I felt welcomed and everyone gives off a great vibe and you feel like they care! I highly recommend this office and I’m happy to say that I have found my Dentist in the city! If you are scared about the dentist this office is for you, they also have great payment options!

Some of the nicest staff I’ve met from the receptionist to the dentist herself. My hygienist was James and he was very informative and nice and made me 10x less anxious since dentist visits were never something I’ve looked forward to. I’m 22 and am barely figuring out insurance information and having to make my own appointments and after visiting this office I feel way better about my future appointments since they talked me through everything over the phone and in person — oral care routines, future work that needs to be done, consultations with specialists, etc.

Love them! They are all very customer service oriented. From the front desk staff to the dental team, they all make you feel like you’re their top priority. I recently had a poor experience at another practice, which led me here. I’m so happy that I found them! They are fair and honest in their recommendations, too. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I went to Dentist Downtown yesterday for the first time, also being my first time back in a Dentist office in 3 years. I met with Dr. Sauvage and she was very thorough in my cleaning and went over all my x-rays with me in great detail. I had two teeth with large cavity’s and she explained the plan of action and got me in the next day to fill the one. What I liked most is she assured that they would work with me financially if I needed to since it was an unexpected expense for me. Today I had the filling done and both Dr. Sauvage and the dental hygienist had great bedside manner to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Sauvage believed by x-ray that I would need a crown but while working on the tooth she let me know she felt the tooth was still strong enough to not have one at least yet. I truly appreciate that she took the conservative route to protect my tooth and also saved me over $300 out of pocket. Wayne in the front office is also very friendly and efficient. I look forward to working with Dentist Downtown to get my teeth to a healthy state and maintaining with them moving forward.

Let’s talk about the office decor as I noticed this right off the bat at my intial appointment. The office feels very modern and sets a comfortable atmosphere. The staff and dentists are very friendly, welcoming, and funny which helps ease your nerves if you have them. Also, the dentists are very knowledgeable and are more than willing to explain details when necessary. With that said, I would highly recommend this office and glad I choose them!

I went here because it’s around the corner from my office. I’m so glad I came here! They’re so nice, sweet, and they also fixed a long-term problem I had with one of my fillings. My previous dentist kept saying it wasn’t an issue, but they fixed the problem! I would totally still go here even if I didn’t work around the corner.

I am visiting Seattle from Australia and was in need of a Dentist as I was in severe pain. The guys at Dentist Downtown Seattle were fantastic. They fitted me into a tight schedule, were extremely sympathetic to my pain and assessed me very quickly. They provided a prescription and referred me to a specialist and managed to get me an appointment within an hour. Very impressed with their service and care and would recommend them to anyone.
