I would like to say that I’ve been to this dentist many times; and my biggest takeaway from this office is that I LOVE it. I have been seeing Dr. Ayzin and his staff for almost 1 year and have had a great experience. I originally began seeing him for Invisalign treatment which has been going great and I am so happy with the results so far. I was able to fast track my treatment with Acceledent which was an additional cost in addition to my Invisalign treatment but it was SO WORTH IT! I have been changing aligners every 7 days instead of 14 days. If time is a factor I highly recommend adding Acceledent to your Invisalign treatment. I would also recommend seeing Dr. Ayzin if you are unhappy with your smile – he helped me find the best treatment plan for me and he will do the same for you! My only regret is not seeing him sooner!!!

I’ve avoided going to the dentist for over a year because I hate the thought of sitting in that chair. I found Dentistry @ it’s Finest and figured I would give it a chance because it is close to my home and I was past due for a cleaning. The place is immaculate and I could tell that they take the extra steps to make the patients feel as comfortable as possible. There were several girls working the front desk and they all introduced themselves and made sure I was ok. I got a quick tour of the office (which seemed way too fancy) and was seated in the chair.. but this chair was different, it was a massage chair! the extras helped take my mind off the fact that I was at a dentist office. I got my x-rays and photos taken (for the before and after shots) and Dr. Ayzin and his team went over my treatment plan and pricing and answered all of my questions. I think I found my new dentist.

I was searching for a good office to do an Invisalign treatment. This was the very first office I went to and man, am I glad I stuck with them.
I have been around dentist offices for many years and never have I had such a great experience.
At the reception you are greeted by the nicest individuals with smiles on their faces.
My first time, Rina was the one taking care of me. She listened to what I had to say and actually gave a damn. She made the offices first impression be the best it could have been.
After that I met with Dr. Ayzin and his assistant Luis. Dr. Ayzin is one of the nicest and patient dentists I have come across. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He did not try hard selling any useless treatments I may need. Luis was right behind him making sure everything was recorded as well as help guide me through my experience with them.
After I had began my treatment I had to come back to get my attachments put in. Jenny was the one doing that and she is just as awesome as everyone else. She was very careful while putting everything in, making sure I was doing alright at all times.
Then I went to the hygienist Rose. Let me tell you, I have never felt safer at a dentist office as I did with her. She is extremely gentle, knowledgeable and patient. She explained everything to me multiple times and took time to give me advice for my well being.
From entry to exit this is the best dentist office I have ever been to. Thank you, guys. You make the 40 mile drive to Costa Mesa absolutely worth it!

This is really the best dentist I’ve ever been too. My fiance and I are both having work done and we couldn’t have selected a better place. Rina is extremely accommodating and friendly. This review is actually WAAAY OVERDUE. I’ve been coming to Dr. Ayzin and family for a few years now. I say family not because we’re related or anything but because each time I’ve gone to see them they make you feel that comfortable. I love these people!!! I originally came a few years ago for Invisalign and now here were are years later still coming to see them for regular check ups and cleanings…..all of the staff is quite amazing as well, they’re always in such a great mood every time I walk in, I truly really enjoy this dental office and as long as I live within reach I’ll continue to see them!!!! Oh yeah, not to mention I drive almost 50 miles one way to see him, I live in Hollywood!!! 🙂 That’s how amazing they are, they ALWAYS do a great job!

I love my teeth. I’ve never had a cavity, I only had braces for cosmetic reasons and I get lots of compliments on how white my teeth are. I’ve been going to Dentistry @ its Finest for a few years now and I can say that they’ve been a huge part in maintaining my stellar smile.
The staff is very friendly. They always greet me when I come in and offer me beverages if I have to wait in the lobby. They’re also very professional and efficient. I moved to Costa Mesa half a year ago and was searching around for a new dentist after some botched dental work with my old place. I needed a lot of work done repairing a broken crown and a broken filling, as well as just a wellness check. I read a lot of reviews about a lot of dentists and sent out a few emails before I found this place! Dr. Michael Ayzin emailed me personally over the weekend to discuss treatment and plans with me, which I really appreciated. It’s not often that a dentist you haven’t even met will go out of his way to email you during the weekend, when the office isn’t open! My first visit was beyond great; the girls who greeted me were so friendly and happy and excited to meet their patients, and Dr. Ayzin sat down with me to go over my X-rays and plan out my care. He was able to work around my crazy school schedule to get as much done in as few appointments as possible. Jenny, the dental assistant, was such a joy to have while getting my teeth fixed, and her positive and humorous personality made you feel like a friend rather than a patient. Everyone in the office makes you feel really at home. Plus, how many dental offices have massaging chairs? Dr. Ayzin and his team are well worth any commute. 5 stars to Dr. Ayzin, and 5 stars to every single one of the employees at this office!

I really don’t like going to the dentist however going to dentistry at its finest was an awesome experience. The staff was extremely nice and made me feel very welcome. It didn’t take long to put a treatment plan together and that same day I was being fitted for my bridge. I was impressed with how smoothly the whole process went.
That was just the start of what needs to be done and I am looking forward to my next visit and the next step in fixing the rest of my teeth.

I had not been to a dentist in many years, and as a smoker, I had done some serious damage to my teeth. 8 years ago I found Dentistry at It’s Finest, and made an appointment for a check-up and consultation. From that first visit, 8 years ago, to my ongoing dental health today, Dr Ayzin, his hygienists and his office staff have made a TREMENDOUS, difference in my smile, my health, and my life.
I had to have several crowns replaced, and numerous cavities filled or reworked due to my neglect for many years. The front staff worked with me to ensure the treatment would fit into my budget, and made constant suggestions on how to maximize my insurance. The work to restore my smile took some time, but Dr. Ayzin and his staff explained every step to me, and every process, AND, they worked tirelessly to ensure that I would be comfortable, and not stressed or nervous during the procedures. Their consideration, passion for their work, and communication helped me fly effortlessly through many procedures.
When my work was complete, I asked Dr. Ayzin about correcting my smile with Invisalign. We discussed my goals, and I was given a quote. The price was maybe 10% higher than I could get “down the street” but I was not about to entrust my corrective procedure to anyone that had not worked so closely to restore my dental health.
Over the last 8 years, I have been diligent about my smile, and dental health. I see Rose at Dentistry at It’s Finest every 3 months, and have never been disappointed with my teeth cleaning experience. Rose is a dedicated professional, and she makes it her job to learn about each patient, so that she can be sensitive to any areas that are a problem. I leave each session with more knowledge on how to improve my at-home dental cleaning, and keep my gums and teeth healthy.
I am puzzled by those who have rated this practice with 1-Star, and do not believe any of their reviews. I am always CONFIDENT when I refer Dr. Ayzin and his practice to my friends and family!
I am a CPM, Certified Purchasing Manager, and I understand costs, comparison pricing, and value. Trust me. This practice is ABSOLUTELY WORTH the price. They are VERY competitive.
Do yourself a favor, and if you are looking to enhance your smile, or maintain great dental health and hygiene, you owe it to yourself, and your family, to visit Dr. Ayzin and his staff at Dentistry at It’s Finest.

Dr. Ayzin is the Clinic Director of Dentistry @ Its Finest in Costa Mesa of Orange County, and has been in private practice for over 25 years. He studied Psychobiology at the University of Southern California, and then, due to an acceleration of his studies, earned his DDS degree at USC Dental School in 1988. Dr. Ayzin is a Fellow of The World Clinical Laser & Imaging (WCLI) Institute. He is affiliated with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Orange County Dental Society. Dr. Ayzin is also on the staff of Hoag Hospital, one of the most respected facilities in Orange County. He is married for over 25 years and works with his son, Ron. Dr. Ayzin's hobbies are photography, traveling and good food.
