The team here is excellent and so friendly! I am leaving to move out of town and I only wish I had found them sooner. They were very accommodating: I went for the first time last Monday and they were able to book me the next day for 3 fillings because they knew I was on a tight schedule before I moved. The process for getting the cavities filled was surprisingly easy, and they did something that I have come to respect a lot with dentists: they explained the process and other factors, like why the Novocain took a little longer for me than it does for other people. Overall, I can’t recommend Dentistry at the Biltmore enough!

Thank you Dr Leila! Always nerve wracking to find a new dentist and worse when one knows they’ve been neglectful but your kindness and expertise made today such a great experience! And being able to get a permanent crown made right on site is so great! That was easy and painless. See you again for the rest of my work.

I can’t say enough good things about the entire office. The staff is friendly and professional. The receptionist took the time to complete all of the referral forms for me. There was no wait time. Dr. Hakim is very knowledgeable and instantly puts you at ease. She takes the time to explain everything so that you don’t need to ask any questions. Jill, the hygienist, is great! She is very thorough and has a wonderful personality. It is clear that their goal is to do everything possible to take care of their patients.

I had previously only been to this office for simple, semi-annual cleanings; but today, ended up needing to go for a cavity repair and crown replacement. They fit me in the day after identifying the need (during my cleaning) due to a cancellation and everything was completed within 2 hours. Frequently checked to ensure I was not in any discomfort and even offerred headphones with Pandora if I wanted as well as Netflix while the crown was being built (about 45 minutes). Walked out with a brand new crown done right in the office. Dr. Ghafouri is very knowledgeable and only did what was necessary for my repair, saving me nearly a third on the original quote. I had previously hesitated rating this dentist due to the limited interaction, but I’m now a convert and will have all my work done here.

The entire experience has been terrific,from the initial phone call to make an appointment to the following day SITTING in their chair. Wonderful people Wonderful atmosphere Terrific Doc and crew! I will certainly be sharing them with other people.

Great team and excellent care with Dr. Leila and team. Just got a much needed crown today, and love that they make the permanent crown in the office and off you go! No need for another visit. Thankful for their care and service. My first visit went great! Filled out new patient forms online and appt was right on time. Dr Leila and Jill were great and explained things in an easy and relaxed way. Thanks you all!

Most amazing dental experience I have ever had. Like most people I fear the dentist – but never again! I walked in and was instantly comfortable, waiting room drink station, front desk was super friendly. Wait time was nonexistent (Im a business owner and have very little time and this office worked with me to make time for me)… and I haven’t even told you about how amazing Dr Leila is! She is incredibly kind gentle and patient …as is her staff. I have a ton of dental problems after a bad accident. I have had teeth extracted and implants , root canals and crowns so I know what I’m talking about when I tell you this is the place for me from now on. Dr. Leila is knowledgeable and professional her prices are great too! Search no more…you found the best here!

I had an unexpected dental “emergency” due to a medication I am on and was in a fair amount of pain. Dr. Leila was able to get me in for a consult and a cleaning the day after I called, which was amazing! She also communicated almost immediately with my periodontist, which was very much appreciated. Venessa was my dental hygienist and she was excellent at addressing my concerns, did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth and gums, and was super friendly. Best of all, when I left after the cleaning the pain was starting to recede considerably. By the next morning the pain was almost completely gone. I so appreciate the efforts that this dental office made on my behalf, and am looking forward to working with them in the future!

Dr. Leila Hakimzadeh & her staff are kind, professional, and gentle. The equipment is state-of-the-art which makes procedures faster, more comfortable & more precise. For example, a crown is made, fitted & placed all in one visit AND it fits perfectly!Amazing! Some of the staff have been there for 20+ years. This is where my family has been going since the 1980s. No one likes going to the dentist, but it is somehow a little fun, but overall “tolerable” here. I’m always seen at my appointment time, hygienists are amazing, and it’s not bad! What else can you ask for??

Best dentist ever? I think so, yes Dr. Leila and the entire staff are SO nice, so accommodating and the main thing is they do such a GREAT job! They have fit me in at the last minute a couple times now and I can’t say enough good things about this practice. There is a very relaxing atmosphere here which puts you at ease and they have nice cold water in a fridge in the waiting room. They can do a crown for you from beginning to end while you wait and you can watch Netflix and relax as they custom make your crown on the spot. I’ve had some of the best dental care in my life here, I don’t want to go anywhere else!
