They saved me over $1,000!!! I believe Dentistry by Design and Dr. Tiner are living God’s purpose. After going to another nearby dentist clinic for several years and being passed from dentist to dentist, one of my teeth crumbled and I knew I needed serious help. I went to a highly recommended dentist in Frisco who told me I needed a root canal so I scheduled asap. I was forced to cancel when my kids came down with a stomach flu. Then, my friend sent me to Dentistry by Design. I thought I was just going in for a consult, but they were able to complete two crowns and a filling with time to spare before picking up my son from daycare! One crown was a replacement of an old one that bothered me for years, and now I can’t tell which teeth aren’t originals. The attention to detail is amazing. I couldn’t be happier. It also improved my bite, headaches/migraines and TMJ issues I had. I wish I had found them twenty years ago.

Dr. Tiner explains everything thoroughly, and they have state-of-the-art technology — I’ve never seen so many impressive pieces of equipment. The price for my implant was lower than the places that just want to do the whole procedure in one day. I’m glad I went with Dr. Tiner. He did it right and I know it will last. He has earned my trust.

Sit back – open your mouth, listen to the tunes with your headphones and get your teeth in shape – my experience to change out two old fillings for new ones was so easy I scheduled the last two!  From Dread to DELIGHT in less than 40 minutes!

All the staff at this location are so nice, understanding, and accommodating. Dr. Tiner is also so friendly, nice, and very funny. I like the atmosphere he works with his staff to promote. I understand some people have their bad days. No matter what days they (the staff) have they consistently treat clients very nice. Shows emotional intelligence and maturity. I’ve had consistently great experiences here.

I have been to several dentists over the past and Dr Tiner and the Dentistry by Design team outclass them all. From the welcome to the treatment everyone is friendly, professional, and talented at what they do. They’re surprisingly affordable for the level of care they provide. The entire office is high-tech. From X-Rays to exams to 3D scanning for a crown they’re able to do it all in-house and in your chair quickly. With some unfortunate genetics and bad gastric reflux, I’ve had to have several root canals, an implant, crowns and fillings. They have done a great job managing pain during the procedures. They handle all of it and most of the crown work is done in house while you wait. It’s great. The look of the work is top quality too, my smile has never been better. The routine cleaning staff is fantastic. My family goes here, I’ve sent close friends here, and as long as we’re in the metroplex they’ll be our go-to for dental work.

My experience was that the staff here is extremely kind and actually concerned about what was causing my pain. The staff really took their time during my consultation/exam and I never once felt rushed out. I really appreciate this office for their attention to detail, professionalism, and consideration for their patients. They were great!

I had my first visit yesterday. It was a pretty smooth experience. Adreana – dental assistant was very nice and friendly. She and Dr. Tiner made me feel so comfortable. He seemed very knowledgeable and took time to explain the complete details of the treatment. I was not at all rushed. Clinic is meticulously organized. They have their own crown manufacturing unit. I look forward to get the treatment at this facility.

Dr. Tiner and staff did a great job! I have been to their dental practice many times and have been very satisfied with the outcome. He uses all of the latest state-of-the-art equipment for X-rays and for developing crowns. Only one visit for getting crowns placed instead of waiting for the crown to be made by another facility and then come back in a week like a lot of other dentists do. At Dr. Tiners office the crown(s) are made in-house and placed the same visit. Great job Dr. Tiner and Staff!

I was received warmly and smilingly by the receptionist. Within four minutes, I was called in and showed different Doctors, procedures and equipments. She took my X-ray and assigned one room to wait for the doctor. Dr Brad Tinner came and explained all about X-rays, findings and plans as to my implant. Adriana explained all about billing and timings. The whole visit was quick, interesting, informative and wonderful. The Doctor was smiley and professional. The staff was helpful, efficient and family oriented. I felt like home. Without any reservations, I highly recommend DENTISTRY BY DESIGN. At least, once, TRY AND TEST. I am sure you will no be disappointed.

If I could give 100 stars I would! I was in need of an unexpected single dental implant and wasn’t comfortable with the referral I received prior to finding Dr. Tiner. He was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. He even showed me the evidence that I needed a bone graft for the implant to be successful which the prior dentist said absolutely nothing about. Dr. Tiner answered all of my questions and turned what was initially a confusing and scary experience into a walk in the park. He was truly an answered prayer! His staff is also amazing and my implant turned out nothing short of EXCELLENT! I’m very grateful to have been led to a dentist that is actually PURPOSED to be a dentist! May God continue to bless Dr. Tiner and his staff for their genuine hearts and dedication to service!
