Great experience today with Dr. Leslie and her whole staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. I was super impressed with how the dental assistants and hygienists followed up with me as I went through my visit to ensure everything was taken care of. And their prices are competitive compared to my last dentist I saw in Madison.

So, I have been with this office for a handful of years. Loved it. For a while. Clean facility. Nice staff. Great hours. Slowly, each time I have gone, they have tried to tell me and my family that we owe them money for something we are certain was covered by insurance. Or the staff have been rude. And just a general unhelpfulness with concerns i had or needed addressed. This last time I went will be the last time. I have now transferred to another office. This is because I was told that I had 3 cavities, which made no sense considering how well I take care of my teeth and a history of very few in my life, and also the fact that I had zero pain. I was told that one of them was really bad and that they were shocked I had no pain. I had considered going to another office just for a second opinion and then getting them filled if they were there because I have had a good experience with them. However, when I called to cancel my appointment, I was rudely questioned and then hung up on before getting any verification that my appointment was actually cancelled. I went to another office and they looked at my xrays. Zero cavities. This office will try to lie and steal your money. Watch out. I had the best experience with them until this past year. By all means, keep going if you love it, but don’t take anything they say at face value. Question them and make sure they aren’t cheating you out of your money. I am much happier with my new office and would recommend him to anyone!

From my first visit at Dentistry Today, each and every one has been friendly, honest, and professional. My husband has been coming to this office for a while, so I knew exactly what to expect when I made an appointment for a broken tooth. The entire place is spotless, that is one more reason I trust them; they take care of their workplace! and they all take care of their smiles!!! so I know they will take care of me. Who does not want beautiful Olga to greet them and take them to the scary dentist chair!! and Tina, please, she is friendly, knowledgeable, beautiful, and yes, tall! love it! and she is totally straight forward about what it will take to fix your smile. Being someone who always hated the dentist growing up, finding Dentistry Today was a huge turning point in my dental care journey! Before I switched to Dentistry Today I would often end up in tears during my cleanings after learning that I was in need of a filling. After my first filling at Dentistry Today I never worried about the pain or anxiety of getting a filling again, because they made the process a breeze. I was comforted by their immaculately decorated office and top of the line technology. Nothing screams “high quality dentistry” like modern technology. The staff has always been extremely accommodating and made their top priority insuring that I was not in any pain and not feeling any anxiety. I recommend this dentistry to everyone I know!
