Thank you, Dentists of Highland Park, for your incredible service. Everyone who helped with my teeth cleaning showed professionalism and friendliness. My visit started with a tour of the office and showcasing pictures of the staff with their friends and family, which was a nice personal touch. The digital paperwork process was very simple and the whole visit went quickly, but didn’t feel rushed. Reasonable pricing, super clean office, and great service. If you need a St. Paul dentist, go here for sure. 🙂

I called Dentists of Highland Park after one of my molars broke. They were able to get me in right away for a cleaning and evaluation. I ended up getting a crown on the broken tooth, as well as a some work on a few other teeth, and the whole experience was great! The clinic is very modern and clean and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. Dr. Egan was very clear about everything that was happening throughout the procedures and was willing to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend this dentist!

This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had! Dr. Egan and her staff are THE BEST! I felt very welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. I think I sat down in the waiting room and a minute later they called my name to head back. They use state of the art equipment and were very thorough with the x-rays. They talk you through every step and are willing to answer any questions. I will say my favorite part of the appointment was getting to pick out a fluoride and cleaning paste (I don’t know what’s it called) flavor. Why should kids just get the yummy stuff, right? I had strawberry and berry. I highly recommend. During my appointment, Dr. Egan did find a small cavity and this blew my mind. She filled the cavity during my appointment! I’ve always had to schedule a separate appointment to get a cavity filled. So convenient! They were also very up front with the cost of everything. Someone came in before my filling to go over my insurance and showed me a break down of the final total. The whole office has nice touches like a photo collage of all the workers and their loved ones. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and did great work. I could not recommend this place enough. I went there thinking it would be the same experience as other dentists in the past but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely approachable and they used some equipment that I had never seen before. It made the exam/cleaning/x-rays quick and as painless as I have ever experienced. Glad I found the place!

Wow. I had a great visit with Dr. Egan and her team yesterday. The whole experience was excellent! The team is professional, positive and approachable. They have great technology, use it wisely, and are thoughtful about their advice for how to keep those choppers healthy. I had my first appointment with Dr. Egan yesterday. I was very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff. They all seemed like they care about their patients. I never had more than a couple minutes of waiting time. I would absolutely recommend this office for anyone looking for a new dentist.

I highly recommend the Dentists of Highland Park. The staff is friendly, the clinic is comfortable (and modern), and the care is patient centered. They worked with me to create a treatment plan and strategically schedule my care to maximize my insurance benefits – I felt zero pressure during the planning process. My dental health has improved since I started coming to Dentists of Highland Park. Their crown replacements feel amazingly realistic! I am glad I had the procedure! I also was given the opportunity to receive whitening procedures that I have been planning to do for awhile and it raised confidence to be honest! I am ecstatically enjoying the work they do! The staff are so kind and thoughtful! I feel welcome every time I come even if I don’t have an appointment.

When I moved to the Metro/ Saint Paul area I needed to find a new dentist. I did hours to days of research, created spreadsheets, and read hundreds of reviews. I have terrible teeth so I knew even with insurance, I needed a dental practice that was affordable and knowledgeable. From my first appointment to a year last having several follow up appointments, I am still impressed. They have advanced technology, clearly explain the procedures, provide recommendations for preventative care, inform me of the costs BEFORE anything is done, have a friendly staff and the environment is extremely clean. I appreciate there are early morning and late night appointments that accommodate my work schedule. Highly recommend you check them out if you are in the market for a reliable dentist!

Bit of backstory, I went to my first dentist appointment in a very long time at North Decatur Dentistry in Georgia about 6-7 months ago. I loved that they were able to give me my “to do” list for all the stuff my teeth needed. I was very pleased with one of the team members there, Fateemah, who cleaned my teeth and gave me a lot of tips on how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. I found out she moved to a different state, thus my journey for a hygienist began… On 07/08/2020, I came to this office to get my teeth cleaned. I was greeted by the receptionists with smiles, I’ll assume they were smiles since masks are required in the office, hint hint. I also wanted to get a slight pain checked out from a nearby area close to a crown I had put in. I was seen by Fateemah, as she was kind enough to keep me updated on where she moved. Since they are part of the Smiles Generation network, getting my info back and forth with North Decatur Dentistry was pretty easy. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly once again, and congratulated me on my progress. I didn’t get a star sticker but healthier teeth is just as good for me. I was then seen by Dr Egan who was very pleasant and knowledgeable as she was pretty quick to diagnose my pain. She made a slight adjustment to my crowns in hopes that it would help with the occasional pain I’d have. She also told me what other work I needed, but since my time is short here, I’ll be getting that work done back in Atlanta. All in all, I had a great experience at this office. It’s hard to find an amazing hygienist, so if you visit this office, I recommend you see Fateemah! If her manager or the regional manager sees this, please know she’s that good that someone traveled out of state just for a cleaning! The staff were are all great too!

Very interesting place–has the latest technology and very professional people. But this isn’t your normal dental office. The dentist (not a hygienist) did the first visit teeth cleaning with some type of electric tool that I still don’t quite understand. A separate person came in during the middle of the whole thing to quote me prices and have me sign off on things. The quotes were odd–the insurance discount price was almost the same as the upgrade they pushed without insurance. I’m still not sure what to think (we’ll see how I feel months from now since I didn’t feel like my teeth were really cleaned) but it was efficient, somewhat impersonal, and yet very professional.

I loved that this office provided specialists so I did not have to go to another office! Dr. Egan and team made the process so easy and explained my benefits and payments right away. I also liked that I could start my treatment the same day. It’s always a hassle to have to make a second appointment if additional work needs to be done.

Thank you Dentists of Highland Park for making my experience the best it could possibly be. From David who gave me a tour of the office and took my x-rays, Dr. Egan, the dentist, who was understanding and compassionate of my situation, to Breanna Schlegel, the dental hygienists, who talked to me the whole 2 hours it took to clean just one side of my teeth, to the front desk ladies who were friendly and talked about the options I had in terms of paying my bill; everyone took care of me the whole way through. Again, thank you! I have definitely found a great dentist office.

Can not say enough about how much I love this office! I tell everyone about how wonderful this entire team is! I couldn’t find a babysitter the day I came in, and the entire team was so nice about me pushing my stroller around and helping keep my kido happy. The team was very effective at giving me the time I needed but also not delaying my visit unnecessarily. This team is AWESOME! Thanks Dr. Egan! We will see you next time!
