I broke my filling flossing and called them and they got me in same day. Everyone has been super friendly and they were able to do my crown same day. They even showed me the machine that made it. I didn’t have to get a temporary crown then come back. They do the real crown right there. I don’t currently have insurance because we moved to AZ a few months ago and my husband owns his own business. They have their own plan that makes the prices more reasonable and helped save us hundreds. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love coming here!! It is right down the street from my work which makes this very convenient. The ladies in the office make you feel like you’re their best friend.  I’ve only been in twice, but I am definitely making this my go to place and will recommend them to everyone! I only saw Dr. Mallory for a few minutes, but he was very friendly and quick! I had some issues with my insurance, but they all figured it out quickly and only paid a whopping $3 for my last visit.

Dr. Mallory and the hygienist  in particular have been really great. I haven’t gone to the dentist in years because I’m both nervous about about the potential for pain and the inevitable feeling of judgement because i missed a day (or 3) of flossing. I got no judgement and no pain here. Easy registration process, great cleaning, and it may seem obvious but I didn’t realize how much better my mouth/gums would feel after getting them cleaned professionally. I don’t have many dentists to compare against, but I was made to feel welcome, i wasn’t judged for not having perfect teeth, and my mouth feels good. Will be back for routine cleaning.

I had a fantastic experience at Dentists of Scottsdale. From the time I was greeted by Victoria,  had those cool digital xrays done by Kristen, received a very thorough explanation of my options from hygienist, Michelle to my comforting consult with Dr. Mallory (who has THAT in a dentist’s office?), I was impressed. Michelle did an amazing job of explaining all the cleaning procedures as she went so I wasn’t so anxiety-filled as I have been elsewhere. Called Dentist of Scottsdale because my mother had tooth pain and they told us to come in right away without an appointment which was amazing, even though they were busy. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Dr. Mallory and his staff. Trust me you don’t need to look around for dentists. This is the place to go!!! Thank you Dr. Mallory for taking care of my mother.

I highly recommended Dr. Mallory and Michelle, especially for people who find visiting the dentist a nerve racking experience! Michelle is the hygienist; she cleans with a gentle hand, no scratching-up your mouth and she makes you feel very comfortable. Dr. Mallory’s first concern is making sure his patients feel comfortable, at home, and that his patients have excellent oral health. The office staff are friendly, professional, and the office is CLEAN and new. I did a lot of research before trying Dr. Mallory so let me do your research for you, don’t worry and put your trust in this team.

I went to the Dentists of Scottsdale recently and they were absolutely amazing! I am new to Phoenix and was nervous about finding​ a new dentist. I made the appointment online which was super easy and they had a lot of​ appointment times available. When​ I went in everyone was extremely friendly from the receptionist, dental assistants​, hygienist, and the Dentist who I saw. Each one of them took the time to answer my questions and listened to my concerns regarding my dental health. The Dentist who I saw was James Mallory, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist. I had a wonderful overall experience in this office and have confidence saying that this DEntists office is one of the best I have ever been to in my life.

I don’t ever give five stars. You have to really impress me to obtain the rating. I’ll estimate that I’ve been to 15 dentist in my life and my experience with Dr. Mallory and his staff has been awesome! Professional and courteous to start. My initial visit was for a cleaning with Michelle and she did great work. Very kind and knowledgeable. Otherwise, I have had two crowns replaced and Dr. Mallory’s work has been perfect. It’s very obvious he has mastered his craft. What’s also important to me is that I am not rushed in or out and that my questions are answered. It has been a very pleasant experience and I highly recommended their team. Have a Blessed Day, All!!

Could not be happier with my dentist appointment today! I came in for severe tooth pain and left feeling great. Nikki at the front desk was quick to greet me and check me out. Dr. Mallory, Michelle and Kristen all took very good care of me and made sure i was comfortable the entire time i was in the chair and i left feeling happy with my teeth and smile and was confident that whatever else i need going forward i have the best team to help me.

Professional, fun, and friendly office staff in a contemporary office with a great location. The dental equipment there is top notch and so are the doctors. I had a same day crown in less than 2 hours by Dr. Mallory, who is one of the best dentists I’ve ever been to.  His method is first rate and he truly cares about his patients, making it as painless and thorough as possible. I also had a root canal done here that was giving me major dental anxiety but Dr. Melde made the process comfortable and quick. I highly highly recommend them to everyone!

Can’t speak highly enough of this office! My amazing service began from the second I stepped into the front door. The office was clean and beautiful had complementary coffee, tea and spring water. The receptionists were amazing specifically Veronica who helped get me scheduled around my hectic work schedule. I then had my overdue cleaning by dental hygienist Michelle who did an astounding job and took great care in her work. As it turned out I also had to have a root canal performed. I was scheduled promptly and conveniently and came back in the next week. Dr. Melde performed the root canal with expertise and finesse and I know he did an incredible job because the next day I had virtually 0 pain in my jaw. Dr. Mallory then performed the final crown after my root canal and boy is it gorgeous. Never would have thought it would look and feel better than my actual tooth. They 3D modeled my bite then crafted a tooth out of top notch sturdy material using the 3D modeling to ensure my bite was pristine. I even got to watch my tooth being crafted by this ultra high tech implant modeling machine, it was jaw dropping to watch. All in all, it’s been the best dental experience I’ve ever had and I’ve had some great prior experiences so that’s saying a lot. They also worked with me on setting up a payment plan to fit my finances. Your dental health is not something to sign over to just anybody. Do yourself a favor and put yourself in the care of this team. A+++

Let’s start by saying my teeth are horrible. I hate going to the dentist because I know it’s going to be embarrassing painful and costly. My sister actually referred me to this place and she swore they were amazing. I have a regular dentist that I go to but they are pretty far. So I thought what the heck I’ll try this place out. I don’t remember all the names but everyone there was so nice and not judgmental at all. Again my teeth are HORRIBLE! They are all there to help you. Victoria was super sweet and so helpful answering all the questions I had with payments etc. Dr Mallory was really nice and explained my options and put out a plan for me to get my teeth looking BOMB.COM!! The surgeon  and his assistant  were awesome too! I had to have some teeth removed so it was a given that my last appointment was going to be painful. They made sure I was 100% comfortable at all times. Literally everyone is super sweet and helpful! On top of that, the technology they have in house is insane. Never seen some of the stuff they have at other dentist offices. Anyways to cut this long review short, if you ever hated going to the dentist because you were embarrassed like me or didn’t know where to start to get your teeth back to being healthy and looking right, come here!!!! Just wanted to say I’ve been a dental assistant for about 6 years so trust me when I say I’ve see some really HORRIFIC stuff in dental offices. SO WORKING IN THE DENTAL FIELD I DO NOT LET JUST ANYONE WORK IN MY MOUTH THAT I HOLD OFF ON TX AS LONG AS I CAN (I know not good to do) UNTIL I TRUST A DR ENOUGH WITH HIS WORK. So believe me when I say I’ve came across Dr. Mallory’s page on social media and what really caught my interest was that he did PRP in his office and other advanced dentistry and must be good at what he does. I decided to make an appointment and give the office a shot and see for myself. And let me tell you as an assistant, and as a patient I had a GREAT experience. Michelle was the hygienist who did my cleaning and she was wonderful! She was extremely kind and thorough in her cleaning I was completely comfortable no pain and my teeth felt incredibly clean and smooth after. Then Dr. Mallory did my crown, filling and onlay and I absolutely love it! I felt NO PAIN, I’m so used to assisting and never on the other end of the chair so I was extremely anxious and dreading having to get a shot. But Dr. Mallory did really great at making it comfortable and keeping me calm. The assistant Kristen was extremely attentive and accommodating the entire time. His staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and will make you feel right at home. I was honestly expecting the prices to be about an arm or a leg since they’re located in Scottsdale and I was honestly SHOCKED at how cheap the prices were and for the quality dentistry you get as well. I went to dr mallorys office for a second opinion and ended up loving the prices there at his office where they were more affordable and have gotten great work done as well. From a dental assistant point of view the quality is definitely top tier, and as a patient my experience was great I’d def recommend to all my friends and family and will definitely be getting all my work done here! 🙂

The best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist, and the dentist is the last place I want to be. Dr. James Mallory, and the staff are an incredible team. I had been shopping different places to get some braces and just didn’t find a good fit. I was about to give up but then was referred to Dr. James Mallory. After the first consultation I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, how comfortable I felt in his office, and he wasn’t pushy and trying to just sell me. He genuinely wanted to give me the best options to correct my teeth. I knew I finally found the best spot for me. In November I had him put on Fast Braces and we’re already to the tail end of correcting my teeth! Through all the COVID, quarantine, and I also recently moved out of state Dr. James Mallory and his Dream Team has done all the right things to make me feel comfortable, safe, and keep the progress going. I’m very satisfied and thankful for Dentists of Scottsdale. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO SEE DR. JAMES MALLORY AND HIS TEAM!

Through my son’s friend, I was recommended to see Dr. James Mallory for broken teeth caused by a fall while I was visiting. Dr. Mallory agreed to see me that same day and spent over three hours fixing my teeth. His staff was amazing. They were very professional and very caring. Nikki, Kristen, and Michelle took care of me through the entire visit and even stayed late to help complete my procedure. I left with the same smile I had before! I even asked my son if he had shown Dr. Mallory a picture of me smiling. I was uninsured and he and Nikki found a policy which made my visit affordable. I had a wonderful experience including Dr. Mallory, his staff, and the office itself! I would highly recommend Dr. Mallory for any dental work someone might need or want.

Much appreciation of the professional engagement of (in order of appearance) Nikki, Kristen, Michelle and Dr. Mallory. I came to Scottsdale for a convention and wound up staying a month for a root canal procedure on a back molar. After not going to a dentist for 15 years, I got an “Ace” making 4 trips to Dentists of Scottsdale. The Ace being clean, strong, teeth and 5 shades whiter. The equipment is top of the line. The teamwork of the four mentioned above is obvious. The Journey is the Reward and if you want an “Ace”, this is the place.

I don’t think there are enough nice words to describe Dentists of Scottsdale! I had a silly clumsy accident on Christmas eve (do not kiss the concrete with your face). I was left with a fractured nose and a chipped front tooth. Believe it or not I was more devastated that I now looked like a jack-o-lantern. I loved my smile and knew I had to get the tooth fixed, but was highly worried because going to the dentist has made me anxious in the past. I was wrong to think all dental visits would be this way for me from now on. The front office staff, dental assistants and Dr. Mallory were phenomenal. I was so scared of the word “crown”, but Dr. Mallory explained why a crown was the best option for my tooth. I was extremely surprised that I wouldn’t have to wait weeks to get my tooth fixed and that it could be done right then. In 2 hours I was out the door with my smile back. If I could have kissed him, I would…..that’s just how happy I was. If you are looking for a dentist that makes you feel comfortable, takes away your nervous feeling and a staff that welcomes you with smiles and knowledge, THIS IS THE PLACE! I’m happy to say, this is my permanent dental office. Thank you Dentists of Scottsdale and Dr. Mallory.

I just gotta say I absolutely adore this place. Dentists of Scottsdale is amazing!! I had so many little issues I’ve been needing to take care of for awhile now and didn’t know exactly what to do. Dr. Mallory consulted exactly what I needed step by step & helped me understand what it was I needed. I got scheduled with Nikki, she was so accommodating and went above and beyond to get me situated and scheduled. I needed a root canal & a couple other things and felt super nervous I’d be in pain. Christine helped get me situated before, she was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Mallory & Christine did such a great job I didn’t feel a thing and they were very on point with every thing, my family was picking me up and ended up scheduling appointments too and were able to get squeezed in same day. Everyone had an amazing experience & I highly recommend Dentists of Scottsdale to anyone!

I am extremely pleased with my experience at dentists of Scottsdale, I left my old dentist of many years because the lack of professionalism and the constant up charging. Every person I came across in this practice was very welcoming and I knew they had my best interest at heart, not their pockets. The facility itself is immaculate which is obviously very important when they’re digging in everyone’s mouth. Dr. Mallory was my dentist and Michelle was my hygienist both were extremely personable and thorough. Michelle did an awesome job with my cleaning and was sooooo gentle! I am excited to tell my friends and family about this new gem! Thank you Dr. Mallory 

I just moved to Arizona and I found this place and I am beyond grateful that I did. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live here. They made me feel so comfortable and they were very informative about the condition of my oral health and ready to get me on the right track after me not seeing a dentist in a few years. My 12 year old son saw Dr.  Mallory today as a first time patient.  He was very professional and his staff were excellent.  My son said that “this was the best experience he ever had at a dentists office”.  They also provided a list of their costs and are competitive with their pricing.   All in all, was a great experience!
