My fiancé had a dental emergency on a Saturday and we called Dentists on Washington to be seen. They were very accommodating and allowed us to come on the same day (even though my fiancé was not a prior patient there). Dr. Costello and Dr. Ngo were so professional, friendly, helpful, and skillful! I would definitely highly recommend this dental practice! Look forward to coming there myself for my dental cleaning 🙂

The back story is that I had a crown break on a holiday Friday after five pm. After countless internet searches and phone calls I finally tried these guys. I went to their website and found that they did indeed have Saturday appoints available, where as every other I tried was closed for the weekend. They were in touch via email within a couple of hours and I was able to get my tooth repaired in time to enjoy the rest of my holiday weekend. This is, by itself, enough for me to highly recommend them. But everything else about the experience was above and beyond any other dentist experience I have ever had. Plus, the cost was EXTREMELY reasonable!

I went to Dentists on Washington for a cleaning and a six-month check up. The office is brand new – it’s a really nice environment and all of their equipment was state-of-the-art. I saw Dr. Ngo. She was very thorough and explained everything very well – she made me feel very comfortable.

These are terrific, experienced, compassionate and effective professionals. He offered to see me after hours and was full, clear and complete. It seemed like an emergency to me and he checked out all aspects of the issue thoroughly. Their patient rooms and equipment are beautiful, modern and extremely clean. You couldn’t do better as a new patient or continuing one. Friendly, calm, professional and thorough.

Dr. Costello and Dr. Ngo are compassionate, honest dentists, with a beautiful, well run office. The staff – from the front desk, to hygienists, to the dentists themselves – are all incredibly warm and welcoming. The services they provide in every visit are comprehensive and thorough, but done with great care and an awareness of how anxiety inducing the dentist can be for patients of all ages. I have been a patient of theirs since they first opened and unlike previous dental practices I’ve been to, at no point have a I felt that I was being “sold” services just to increase the final bill. I highly recommend Dentists on Washington to anyone new to the area or looking for a new dentist. I’m sure you would find them as caring, honest, knowledgeable and courteous as my family and I have.

Dr. Ngo and Dr. Costello have been my dentists for years, so I was thrilled when they opened their own practice in Philadelphia. The office is brand new and state of the art. The reception area is so relaxing – you feel like you are waiting for an appointment at a spa! The exam rooms are sleek, clean and modern, with brand new digital equipment. I have had cleanings and fillings done by both Dr. Ngo and Dr. Costello. They are both so thorough and gentle. In fact, I referred my mother in law to their practice, and she couldn’t believe that she never even felt the Novocaine needle for her root canal! I trust these dentists so much that I have been bringing my children to them since my son was 18 months old. Since the doctors have 2 children of their own, they really know how to cater to kids and make them feel at ease – that is so important for their first dental experience! I highly recommend Dentists on Washington!

Dr.Ngo and her staff were really nice and professional. She explained absolutely everything there was that needed to be explained and more. I was nervous because I hadn’t been to a dentist in a long time but she made me feel very comfortable . You can even watch Netflix while you’re getting dental work done! Looking forward to getting everything done with her.

I had my first experience with Dentists on Washington today, and it was a great one! My husband goes here and raves about it so I decided to give it a try. I saw Dr. Ngo, and she was extremely professional, very friendly, and concerned with my comfort throughout my visit. I even had a few cavities, which is never a nice surprise, but she filled them quickly and painlessly! The office itself is also the nicest dentist office I’ve ever seen and is very nicely designed. Could not recommend more highly!

Dentists on Washington knocked it out of the park for me on Saturday and I’m not even their patient! While flossing, I noticed something new on my gums that hadn’t been there before and made the mistake of using Google to prematurely self-diagnose and scare the sh*t out of myself. In mid-panic, I looked up dental offices that were open on the weekend and decided on Dentists on Washington. I called after 8PM on a Friday night and got a call back within less than 30 minutes from an ACTUAL PERSON who was happy to schedule my last minute appointment. Saturday morning, I walked in and was warmly greeted by everyone behind the reception desk. They offered me bottled water while I filled out the necessary forms before they brought me back for my visit. I was seen by Dr. Ngo who was very kind, clear and concise. Before we got started, she specifically asked if I wanted a full-on exam or if I was only there regarding my particular cause for alarm. I went with the latter and she quelled my google-borne fears of mouth cancer and maladies abound. The receptionist (whose name I can’t remember – sorry!) was especially helpful in finding the information online for my dental coverage because I had arrived without it. She was very patient with me and also very kind. I would love to be a patient at this office but my insurance (surprisingly) has categorized them as out of network. Despite that fact, an emergency visit to this office was only $50 which isn’t bad for having your worries and fears immediately squashed on a sunny Saturday morning. Thank you, Dentists on Washington!!!

I must say that dentists on Washington is probably the best dental office that I have ever encountered.  As a patient, I can honestly say that Dr. Costello and Dr. Ngo are very thorough and thoughtful when it comes to treating their patients.  They always explain everything that has to be done procedure wise. While doing exams, they show patients any cavities that are found, both on the x-rays that they take, and while doing the actual exam, by using a mirror. many a patient had said that they are put at ease when they come to this office, whereas before at other offices they have been very nervous. While I myself have never had a bad experience at a dental office, I too also felt completely at ease when I had my exam done, and all of my dental work, which included a filling, root canal, and a crown.  I also finally convinced my father to come in to get an exam done, since it is necessary to get all dental work done before he is able to go through with more treatment for the cancer he has.  My father is not a fan of going to any doctor, not at all. The first words out of his mouth when I took him home, were “Dr. Costello has a gentle touch, and I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the office and all of the equipment that they have to work with.” He is actually looking forward to coming back in to get his work done. Both myself and my father ( who doesn’t use a smart phone or computer) highly recommend this dental office for your dental needs. And an added bonus for patients who are nervous about getting any work done, they have IPads so you may watch anything on Netflix to keep your mind off of your procedure! Any questions you have about anything are always answered before they begin working on you. You are always greeted with a smile from Tiffany and Karena, as well as both doctors!

This is the best dentist office in the city, hands down! If youre looking for a new dentist or have been putting off a visit, i can’t recomend Dentists on Washington enough. Dr Ngo and Dr Costello are not only some of the most skilled and professional dentists I’ve ever visited, they are also extremely personable, friendly, and nice. The same goes for the rest of the staff. Being in their office, I never feel like just some other patient. I’m always greeted by my first name and with a handshake. The doctors have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs, whether it’s figuring out the cheapest payment options and maximizing insurance benefits, to scheduling appointments that work for MY schedule. The doctors even saw me outside of their normal business hours (opened early on a Saturday!) because I had an emergency! I highly recomend Dentists on Washington, you won’t regret making this your new dentists office.

I have been seeing Dr. Costello and Dr. Ngo for almost 4 years now. I have followed them to several different offices in that time span-so you can imagine my excitement when I found out they would be opening their own practice a stones throw from my neighborhood (queen village). The office located on the corner of 6th and Washington is brand new and easily accessible from anywhere in the city. In addition there is plenty of street parking as well as a large shopping center that I have never had a problem parking in. Like I said the office is brand new with a comfortable waiting room and really pleasant office staff- the staff is also very knowledgeable in regards to my insurance coverage and always explains in detail any questions I have regarding my coverage. The new office and friendly office staff are certainly pluses, but Dr. Costello and Dr. Ngo are the real reason I won’t need to find a new dental office anytime soon. They each have such great personalities that I actually don’t mind spending 30 or 45 minutes in their chairs. They constantly are making sure that the treatment is comfortable for me and explain the procedure as its taking place. I don’t think I have ever felt an ounce of pain in one of their chairs (maybe I’m just lucky!) and if anything is uncomfortable I just is let them know and they adjust accordingly. I would also highly recommend this office for parents with Children as they seem to be exceptionally good with child patients in my experiences
