Do yourself a favor and go here for any dental needs. From the moment I called they were friendly knowledgeable and compassionate. When I arrived at my appointment I was treated like royalty. I had a bad abscess in my tooth and had to be put on antibiotics. I needed to have 3 teeth pulled one of which was a wisdom tooth. I informed Dr. Ridley that I was a coward when it came to the dentist because of being hurt several times by them. He assured me he would be as gentle as he could be. I arrived for my second appointment to have my work done and as soon as I walked in the door I was treated like royalty. Not only did Dr. Ridley and the staff live up to my expectations they by far exceeded them. He was patient and kind. Not only did I not feel any pain I barely felt the pressure. I will never go to any dentist but him again. They literally catered to a coward. Thank you guys very much. I will definitely have the rest of my teeth fixed now that I found a forever dentist.

Dr. Ridley, Miss Vicki, and the entire staff here are absolutely incredible. I have been treated kindly, gently, and like a queen. My smile and teeth are gorgeous! Best of the best! I have had several positive experiences with the Ridley’s and Denture Masters. Vicki literally saved my life…. during the big snow storm in February I woke up on a Sunday morning with a horribly swollen face and pain from an abscessed tooth. I called Vicki and she stopped what she was doing in order to get antibiotics called in for me. She had to try two different pharmacies due to the storm, but she didnt give up. They truly care about their patients.

I did something wrong because I was almost done and I hit the wrong button and I have to start over but I was so impressed that I need to get this message through. I’m 65+ years old and I have always avoided dentists like the plague. I was referred to Denture Masters and was a bit skeptical. Once I entered the doors and was greeted I felt very comfortable and like I might be in the right place for once. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s like I’ve stepped back in time when everything was easier and cozier. They keep you well informed as to what is going on. They are engaging and that’s before you even see your dentist who is the same. They are all a compliment of one another. They have a genuine concern and you can feel it, especially even better than when Mom or Dad pulled your teeth but at least they left a quarter ;0) Now I look forward to all of my visits there. If any of you are old enough to remember sitting around at the tire store and waiting for you service to be done and you would just chat with one of your neighbors there and eventually it became kind of a meeting place for a bunch of you, well that’s what Denture Masters feels like. You “old geezers” know what I’m talking about. I could continue on about how impressed I am with the staff but I would be remiss if I didn’t tell you that the service is equally as good. Definitely a HIGH recommend. Looking forward to future visits when necessary.

I had a brain aneurysm (stroke) and the surgeon recommended my teeth be pulled. Vicky and the people at Denture Masters helped me get through the process and have supported me completely. It’s been 2 years and anything I’ve needed since then they’ve taken care of for me quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Needed new teeth and dreading it because of having 2 ugly sets I cant tell you how pleased i am to get my 30 year old smile at almost 69 years old and implants too, iam so glad we made the trip to Eugene for my dental work everyone there is so nice work with me because i live out of town i nothing to say but GOOD 🙂 I love my smile cant wait to finish up in June with my Implants 🙂 Thank you to all of you there♥

I FIRST WENT TO DENTURE MASTERS ABOUT NINE YEARS AGO. I HAVE AN UNUSAL SITUATION, AS I WAS BORN WITHOUT FOUR PERMANENT TEETH ON THE TOP FRONT. SINCE I WAS ALWAYS SELF CONSCIOUS ABOUT THIS I HAD THEM PULLED AND A PAARTIAL PUT IN WHEN I WAS 17. THEREFORE NEEDING A FULL DENTURE WHEN I WAS 19. I WAS 65 WHEN GOING TO DR. RIDLEY AND HE WAS THE VERY FIRST DENTIST TO TELL ME I WAS NOT GOING TO BE ABLE TO KEEP MY TEETH IN MY MOUTH BECAUSE OF BONE LOSS. THAT WAS THE BEGINNING OF A SINUS LIFT, IMPLANTS, AND THEN NEW DENTURES ON THE TOP. I HAVE JUST RETURNED FOR CROWNS, IMPLANTS AND DENTURE ON THE BOTTOM. EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE IS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND INTERESTED IN YOUR PROGRESS. MY TEETH ARE BEAUTIFUL AMD I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. VICKI ATWOOD

At first, I was hesitant to go here, because I didn’t need dentures – I needed a repair to some previous faulty dental work. Silly, right? But their tv commercial finally spoke my language (with a discount), and I decided to go. Best. Decision. Ever! I was greeted in a friendly way, like visiting someone’s home (a NICE home!), and my dental situation fully evaluated. Although I was embarrassed by my dental state, I never felt judged, and in fact it was like being treated by caring family members (just not the ones you only see once a year at those holiday dinners – ha!). Their quote for the work to be done was considerably less than my regular dentist’s office, so I decided to give it a go. To say I’m glad I did is a gross understatement. The way they care for their patients at Denture Masters is exemplary. The friendly rapport with the Dr and every staff member made each visit enjoyable. Dr Ridley listened closely when I let him know of my usual apprehension with dentists and difficulty getting numb. He paid special attention and left enough time for the injection to do its job. (I can’t tell you how many dentists I’ve been to who don’t.) I was quite comfortable for the entire procedure. When it was time for my implant and crown, Dr and his team didn’t stop until everything about them was just right – from the size and shape, to the color match with adjacent teeth! It’s beautiful work, and I’m 100% pleased with it. That was the beginning of what will likely be a long relationship with Denture Masters team, because, as it turns out, I have more failing dental work that will need repair in the future. When that time comes, I trust Dr Ridley and his team to 1) treat me well, 2) do the work within an industry standard budget, 3) accomplish it all right there in their own facility, and 4) not stop until I say, “it’s perfect.” (Dr Ridley actually told me that, and my experience lets me know it’s true!) So, if you’re like me, and “too young for dentures,” don’t let that worry you. They do so much more at Denture Masters, and they do it extremely well!
