Who reviews dentists? Me– because my experience at this place was so great. First, you actually sit down in an office when you first visit them with the dentist so you actually sit down face to face and speak with them before they go digging around in your mouth. I was impressed by this. This place is owned by a husband and wife– I was scheduled with the husband, Dr. Michael DePalma. He was super friendly, funny, thorough and as a great bonus, DePalma uses the most recent technologies to spot difficult to see issues including what appears to be infrared cavity detection. It helps you see little tiny divots which are hard to spot with the naked eye and helps you stay on top of them. Heidi, who took the xrays was friendly and did an excellent job– Caylee (sp?) was an excellent hygienist– friendly and chatty (in a good way!) so i felt at ease the whole time. Then Dr. Michael came by, checked everything out and then after the whole process, we met back in the office to look at my (booo hiss!) few cavities on another computer screen so that he could explain how the technology works, areas that are of no concern and areas that are of some concern. I was really impressed. Iwill need some fillings on a later appointment, but I was super impressed with the technology in this office versus the other dentists offices that I have been to in the past 10 years.

I have had to visit Dr.Depalma 3 times in the last month or so and have never been more comfortable in a dentist office The entire staff makes you feel at ease and from the moment you enter the door. Appointments are available almost immediately and are painless once you are there. Every time I have been there Dr.Depalma is interested in treating me as efficiently and quickly as possible and in as few visits as possible. I am very pleased and if I had found a doctor like Dr.Depalma earlier in life I would not have the needs I have today. Thanks Dr.Depalma and staff

I”ve been with the DePalma’s for years and years. They have looked after my dental needs in the most professional and caring manner possible. They have cared for me over the phone as much as possible when dental issues arise on the weekends or if you’re out of town! (happened to me). They are always there for you. The front office staff & hygienists are super to work with – always trying to do their best for you. I have recommended them over the years and will continue to do so.

The Doctors DePalma are excellent providers who are pleasant, efficient professionals (I have seen both). I am a relatively new patient and have had a couple crowns and fillings, as well as a cleaning and consultation about some elective work. I immediately felt at ease with them and their staff. All of the technicians who have worked on me are well trained and have a good patient rapport. The front office and business staff are welcoming and thorough as well. I had been to DePalma Dental only for minor issues but this time it was to receive a crown after a root canal. Dr. DePalma was pleasant and professional, and before I knew it, I had a crown and was good to go….it took maybe about an hour and a half…and this means no temporary and no follow up. DONE! It is a really good practice and I highly recommend them!

They were very careful! . When the pain meds didn’t fully work (for a very deep cavity) they did one more injection, patiently waited, worked on other teeth meanwhile, and finally tried again. Success! No pain! Great experience all around!

I can’t count the number of dentists I have had over all these years and a few stand out as exemplary …… I would add both Michael and Errin to that short list. Yesterday Errin performed a procedure in which she removed my two bottom front teeth and replaced them with teeth they had made from a previous impression and then bonded those new teeth to their next door neighbors. The only painful part was the injections to numb my gums. Procedure over in about 45 minutes; she explained each step clearly; she included me in a conversation she and her assistant were having. That never happens …. the dentist and assistant are chatting it up while you are lying there like a corpse. No pain and the new teeth look great! Way to DePalma Dental…..

Went for delayed cleaning after cancelled due to pandemic shut downs. Very careful—Masked staff came to car for temp check, pulse check and detailed symptom questionnaire That I signed with my own pen I was instructed to bring. . After entering I was given a plastic bag for my purse and hand sanitizer. I was given goggles to wear during cleaning and a disposable paper gown. Hygienist wore gloves, mask and face shield. Checkout done behind plexiglass with masked staff and hand sanitizer. I felt very safe. As always, the utmost in professionalism.
