This group is so caring and friendly! My daughter has had braces on for 9 months or so and they are very informative about what they are doing at each appointment and what the plan is for the next appointment. Over the weekend my daughter broke one of her brackets and I called the after hour emergency line, the woman offered to meet us at the office to do what she could until Monday. We waited until Monday morning with no appointment and they took great care of my daughter. Even went ahead and took care of what they were planning to do for her next appointment, which was a week away. They treat their patients very well.

Such a friendly and kind staff. Very good with my daughter. Works with you on what you need. My daughter came in for her second consultation today and when we decided to get her braces that got her in as soon as we were done with her consultation! Amie did great with my daughter and putting on her braces. My daughter went from never wanting to smile to smiling all day!

Receptionists was very kind and made us feel welcome. Abbie the coordinator was great with my 8 year old daughter. My little girl was in tears when she found out she needed braces. She was scared and embarrassed but after our consultation, she is excited to get them on. So far our experience has been great!

I took my son to a few orthodontist to see who had the best price. Derby orthodontics was the only one that did xrays and found an impacted tooth that needed to be removed or exposed so that it could be moved into place. And to top it all off they gave me a general all inclusive price for everything including retainers etc. The other orthodontist offices gave me a price for each “phase” and it did not include retainers. Cost also depended in how many “phases” he needed. Very pleased with this office

Very courteous and professional staff who streamlined the entire process from consultation to application of braces to billing. We went in for my daughter’s consultation and they were able to apply her braces immediately following the consult. Dr. Snider was very kind, informative and gave us options. Beautiful facility, very clean and modern. Highly recommend.
