Hi, I am a new patient of Dr.Desai and I was in a bad situation with my mouth, I have never been scared by the dentist but , when you find yourself needing 6 new crowns and several deep cavity fillings, all at once, well you might feel a little uncomfortable. I had never been to the place before but based on the reviews , it has been easy to choose. They have been always very patient with me and my concerns, they fully answered all my questions and Dr. Desai alway wanted to be sure she did the best she could for me. You will go home with your bite right and your crown fitted perfectly. I also feel that it is a great work environment. Dr. Desai and her assistant Luz they work together since a long time in synergy and harmony. I really appreciate Ingrid’s effort in taking all my appointments and dealing with the insurance company . I felt really well taking care of even in one of my first time I have been a bit nervous, they offered to cover me with a blanket to make me feel comfortable. Thank you Desai Dental! Sara

Dr. Desai is so thorough, kind and helpful! She truly cares about her patients and what is best for them. Also, her dental hygienist, Claudia, is one of the most friendly people I’ve ever met. It feels like catching up with a best friend when you get your teeth cleaned by her. Everyone is friendly, on time, and knows the best techiniques and treatments. 5 stars!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Every step of when I had my cleaning, to getting fillings were explained to me. No other dentist has ever taken the time to fully explain and show me the progress of my teeth. Usually it’s just the standard ‘brush & floss more’. Dr. Desai is kind and professional. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone.

Dr. Desai was extremely loving and considerate regarding my concerns and anxiety over being seen. (I am a chicken when it comes to seeing the dentist.) Her staff including her dental assistant, office manager, right down to the receptionist were so loving and welcoming, I have scheduled all my future visits with this office. They definitely put my mind and fears to rest while providing excellent dental care.

I recently started going to Desai Dental and instantly felt comfortable with the staff and have had nothing but amazing service since visiting. I’m most impressed that they want you to understand what’s going on with your smile and show you what needs to happen to give you the end result you desire! Thank you for making me feel like family, I will continue to visit with a big smile!

This was my first time coming here and I enjoyed the experience. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I loved how they explained everything they were doing and what they suggested for me personally. The personalized and friendly experience is what will definitely bring me back.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Desai for over 5 years. The whole team is very professional and expresses concern for our needs. The office is clean and they never have me waiting long. I use to dread going to the dentist but Dr. Desai and her team have made it way less daunting. Looking forward to maintaining my oral health with them for years.

LOVE this place! I actually look forward to my appointments. It’s more than dental, it’s friends. And Dr. Desai keeps my teeth in excellent shape. I just turned 61 and several of my old crowns needed replacing. Dr. Desai is fast and skilled and Luz is the best. Between the two, along with Claudia and Ingrid, you are in the best hands possible at Desai!

I have always had anxiety about going to the dentist, but everyone in Dr. Desai’s office is so friendly and professional. They do such a great job, and are very gentle and patient. Dr. Desai and her staff are thorough, and very friendly. They spend time getting to know their patient’s needs, and work to make sure you are comfortable. It is a wonderful office!

I have some serious dental anxiety. Or did anyway. Dr Desai & *all* of the hygienists, assistants & office staff absolutely put me 100% at ease through more procedures than I care to admit. They are warm & inviting while providing phenomenal dental care. Dr Desai & Mari have gone above and beyond, calling to check in after appointments to make sure I’m doing well — even when I was referred to a specialist. I do not have enough positive things to say about this practice. This entire office knows me & my family and make a very real effort to know they care about my whole person, not just my teeth.

I have been looking for a new Dentist for years now, constantly trying out a dentist and walking out feeling defeated as the staff just let me down. Both of my dentist since I was young retired so finding a new dentist is a pain as there are so many out there. The moment I walked into Desai Dental I was skeptical, but hopeful. By this time I had gown through four other dentist and was hoping this wasn’t going to make a fifth. I was so happy when I left knowing I had finally found my new dentist. The staff were helpful and caring. The hygienist were comforting and very informative. The office is extremely clean. Dr. Desai is an absolute delight. She is very down to earth, is willing to explain anything you ask her about, and gives you the straight facts about your situation. I will always recommend Desai Dental to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. They are the best!

I appreciate how they genuinely care about their patients and are very thorough with cleaning my teeth. My teeth are very sensitive to temperature and cavities, and Dr. Desai has recommended things to help with this, and I can honestly say that my teeth have seen a huge improvement over the years. I would absolutely recommend. 🙂

I’ve been visiting Dr. Desai for about 2 years now. The office is in a convenient location, which is the main reason I started going to the office, but I’ve stayed due to the team’s ability to make me feel like I’m in good hands with my dental care. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes before being seen, and every member of the staff has been friendly and smiling. I had the Zoom! whitening procedure in December and the team did an excellent job of making sure I was comfortable throughout my time in the chair. I would highly recommend Dr. Desai and team!

Wonderful dentist, the best in the area! So sweet and caring, extremely.competent and professional, best pain free techniques. The staff is also first class everyone makes you feel comfortable facing the inevitable… Dr Desai has also the best bedside manners! I just wish my doctors were this nice. I couldn’t recommend more.

Dr Desai is the best Dentist I have ever known! She has outstanding knowledge of dentistry, has the some of the newest technology and is so incredibly kind and caring with all her patients. Twenty years ago when I first met Dr Desai I was so overwhelmed with her gentle approach to dental care that I traveled a long distance to her office simply because I only wanted her to work on my teeth. Now 20 years later I would not go to any other Dentist. (Although her Chelmsford office is closer than one of her previous offices) Dr Desai has a team that follows her philosophy. They too are kind and compassionate no matter what your dental needs. A major shout out to Maria who works in the office. She too has been with Dr Desai for 20 plus years. She helps with all your insurance needs, always advocating for patients and equally as nice. I highly recommend this Dental Practice

Dr. Desai and the entire practice team are nothing short of excellent. Appointments are on time and well explained. The staff is friendly, kind, and painless! Treatments are discussed in a collaborative manor and it’s very very clear they have my best interests always in the forefront. Highly recommend them!

I am glad to have found this practice because Dr. Desai is truly a spectacular dentist! I have been in multiple times over the last year and leave with the same feeling each time. Dr. Desai is very caring and knowledgeable with her patients. The office staff is welcoming and helpful. I have referred several people, as I know they will be very pleased with their experience as well.

I must say Dr. Desai is amazing and her staff are the best. I’ve so happy I was referred to her office . Beside being amazing she will listen and give the best advise how to take care of your mouth which is always good . Most dentist i’ve been to will try to sell me the most expensive service and force they products on me , but Dr. Desai was so different she actually showed me and help me find the best care for my mouth , and am very appreciated for that .
