Dr. Nita Desai and her staff are exceptionally caring professionals. Dr. Desai is very emphatetic and makes sure that you feel minimal discomfort during a dental procedure. She explains the treatment plan in detail and always recommends what’s best for you considering your needs. She is very friendly and makes you feel at ease. Their office staff is absolutely wonderful too. They work with your insurance provider and fetch you the best deals. You do not need to worry about talking to your insurance reps. They take care of it all. Appointments can be easily fixed by calling them. They try their best to find you a suitable time and date. The dental hygienists and the Doctor’s assistants are exceptionally professional. They take care of you very well. Overall, I would highly recommend Desai Dental Spa for all your dental needs. Walking angels I went to Dr. Desai’s office and check in was really smooth. The staff is very responsive and smiling. There is no fuss. Dr. Desai is not in business of money making but she is in business to comfort patient, assist patients and be upfront about process. They insisted I should know the charge to avoid any confusion and also explained me every step. They were constantly communicating about pain and next steps. I am glad I am here and in past I used to not like going to a dentist as they were in business of making money then treating patient. Dr. Desai and team are walking angels. First off let me say this is the best dentist i have been to since a child (7-8yrs). As soon as i walk in i was greeted by Denise she was very nice. and Dr Nita Desai was very nice and she help me to calm down and kept me feeling very confident. My anxiety was kicking in because i was very nervous, But she made feel very relax and felt like i had been knowing her for a long time. ALSO the assistant was very nice as well we talk and laugh until the Dr came in to service me. Hands down i am very happy to have them help me. I would refer family and friends to them. After Dr. Pai retired, my husband and I did not know what dentist we would be able to find to take her place. Then we received a letter from Dr. Pai highly recommending Dr. Desai. We could not be more pleased with the recommendation of Dr. Pai as well as the wonderful way in which Dr. Desai has taken over our dental care. It seems like we have known her for years. Dr. Desai is not only professional but pleasant to her patients. She takes the time to explain procedures and never once has it “hurt” to visit her. I Had An Episode Where I Actually Had To Call Her At Her Home At “One” In The Morning Because Of The Excruciating PAIN I Was In. She ANSWERED The Phone & HELPED Me. I Also Have Her CELL Number. She Has Come In The Office On Her DAY OFF For Me. I Have Been Her Patient Over 15 Years. I Moved Away To Another City About 60 Miles Away & I’m Still Her Patient. I Still See Her. I highly recommend this dental office for all your dental treatments. After a lot of research, I visited this office recently for my full mouth cleaning and a couple of fillings. On the day of my appointment, the front desk staff was super welcoming. They quickly went through my insurance details and I was all set for the treatment. Dr. Desai was very welcoming and friendly and we quickly went through my previous dental treatment history. Her treatment plan for me was very systematic, conservative and yet very effective. The treatment was done very smoothly with minimum discomfort. During the treatment, Dr. Desai was very caring and informative. What I also like about this office is that the staff here like the Dental Hygienist and Dental Assistants are very experienced and highly skilled. They too are very friendly and welcoming. Being an Internationally trained dentist myself, I know that going through a dental treatment can be tough and stressful. But my experience here was very good, no stress at all and everything went very smoothly. I would recommend this office to everyone reading this review without any reservations. Kudos to Dr. Desai and her team!!

The most important thing for me is that they value my time and take me in on time. Dr. Desai has been my dentist for over fifteen years. Both my Mom & I started here in 2005. Dr. Desai is almost like a family member to me. She is gentle and patient and always explains the procedure very clearly before she begins the work. Since I just turned 74, some of my teeth are brittle. Also, many of my elder crowns needed to be replaced. She has mapped out a plan for me so that I can get the work done little by little — since I have Dental Insurance & we want to make sure the work is covered. Dr. Desai is compassionate & honest — so you will always know you are getting the best possible care!

I always have a great dental care at Desai Dental Spa. I’ve never waited much more then ten minutes and I’m quickly in and out for my regular 6 month check-ups.The hygenist is never rushing and spends her time cleaning the teeth well.
