After a tooth injury my son received in rugby, I took my son to see Dr. Pulley. I cannot even begin to tell you how great they were with us. We don’t have dental insurance so everything was out of pocket. We signed up with his in office dental plan and so far my son has been in 3-4 times. Twice for exams and cleanings and the other times to repair his broken tooth and fill some cavities. He explains everything he is doing and gave us great discounts with the plan. His staff are phenomenal and my son literally sleeps and snores in the chair while getting his procedures done, not kidding. Ron, April and Veronica take care of us, are super friendly and explain everything they are doing to make us comfy. Judy is a rock star with helping us get scheduled with ease. Seriously, go see him! Just go.

First, Dr. Pulley is an amazing dentist. Not only are his skills outstanding, but also he is so nice and friendly. He is a perfectionist and he truly cares about his patients. Secondly, the staff is really great! They all know their jobs well. They are very friendly and welcoming. The office is very nice, clean and comfortable as well.  I won’t go to any other dentist!

I recently went to this office, and the staff was AMAZING! Unfortunately they didn’t take my current insurance, and I will be changing that come open enrollment so I can get back in with this office. The dental hygienist I saw was so great and gentle with me, and I loved how she explained everything so that I was able to understand. It’s really everything you could ask for in a dental office.

Dr. Pulley and his staff are ABSOLUTELY amazing! My family and I have been patients of Dr. Pulley for over a decade and I have never in my life experienced such a high and sustained level of satisfaction, let alone from a dentist! (Lol!) There is just something very unique and very special about Dr. Pulley, personally, as well as that of the top-notch staff he consistently maintains. (Which in my experience is rare for dentists’ offices!) You are undoubtedly treated like family when you are a patient of Dr. Pulley! As such, obviously with all that said, I would highly recommend his office to ANYONE and EVERYONE! In fact, when my parents (snowbirds) come to town they save all their dental needs for when they arrive at Dr. Pulley’s wonderful office! The folks at Desert Foothills Dental continue to refuse to disappoint! THE BEST DENTIST AND STAFF EVER!

Hands down this has to be by far the BEST Dentist I have ever been to! The entire staff are always very positive, upbeat, friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. I have bad anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, because of all my teeth issues. Dr. Pulley is a wonderful dentist and anyone out there that has the same struggles as me with going to the dentist, needs to go to this dental office. The last dentist I went to was all about the money and not about the patient and I almost wanted to give up trying to find a trustworthy, honest and friendly dentist again. I am SO happy I asked for recommendations on my Nextdoor app!! 95% of the recommendations were for Dr. Pulley and now I see why and am so happy I didn’t give up. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE

I had 2 previous failed root canals on the same tooth ( from a different dentist in Canada) and was looking for someone to do an extraction. I found Dr.Pully By searching dentist in my area. And my experience was none short of amazing! ( and I have dentist phobia from past bad experiences) Right away I felt welcomed And at ease – My favourite thing was that Dr.Pully made sure to give me all of my options when it came to the service I was requesting. He was very detailed about giving me all of the information so that I could make an informed decision, and left the choice up to me on what I wanted to do. I really appreciated that so much! My extraction went perfectly I was so comfortable and I’m so glad I had such an experienced and knowledgeable Dentist to help! Ashley was his assistant and She was a gem beside me the whole time. Marcella at the front was great and Ron easing my nerves about the sedation methods! Next time we are in the Phoenix area we will be sure to use you for our next dental needs ! — Melissa

Desert Foothills Dental has been my dental office of choice now for almost 7 years. I can not tell you in this review how blessed I feel to have found a dental office and staff , mind you , that make you feel like family ! That says a lot when it’s a dentist! Because if you are like me, I would rather do many other things than have dental appointments! Dr. Pulley is gentle , kind and professional.. most of all , he cares! He has brought in a new dentist too, Dr. Justin Jones, I like him a lot too.. BUT, honestly when I saw him last, I almost cried driving away because I knew that it meant that Dr. Pulley is possibly putting the ‘gears in motion’ so he can enjoy his post dental life, as he should , ( and I am just being selfish! ). My family goes here now too. My husband is the epitome of , well, a weak sauce and passed out during a routine filling once and they let me know .. even though I was flying ! My daughter had her wisdom teeth done last summer on her break and again, that warm , caring care you don’t get everywhere came through all the way to Dr. Pulley , himself, helping my wobbly daughter to the car. I adore Judy, who always answers the phone in her kind voice and greets you with a smile and Ron who is always smiling and laughing ! My teeth always look great too and I’ve had Zoom here , as well. Marcella even finds when I’ve over paid and sends checks ! Yay! I can’t imagine a better dentist or team.. that just feels like family !

Dr. Pulley is a great dentist in a no frills office. Sure, it isn’t as snazzy as my old dentist’s office. But the staff is cheerful, friendly and… best of all… they won’t over-bill you! I was told by my previous dentist that I needed a pricey onlay for one of my teeth (actually three, but I got two of them done before I decided to get a second opinion). The previous dentist told me I needed to replace my old amalgam filling on three surfaces with an onlay because a regular white filling wouldn’t hold. I got a second opinion with Dr. Pulley who said I needed, at most, a two surface filling. The difference in price AFTER my Delta Dental insurance was about $371. Needless to say, I got the filling done at Dr. Pulley’s office. I also brought my daughter here to get her teeth checked when I thought she might have cracked a couple of them. It turned out the enamel on those two teeth hadn’t properly formed (something the previous office never told me). She was comfortable here, even though there was not a game room and she didn’t get a toy after the visit like at the other office. I was not charged for my second opinion, nor on my daughter’s quick checkup. Dr. Pulley and his staff make you feel warm and welcomed. The only thing that would make it better for my family is if they would offer some sort of “prize” after a child’s checkup, which is always an incentive for a child to be on best behavior! Of course, I can always spend $5 at Target if it means a hassle free visit with a place that won’t make me feel ripped off. 🙂

This office is awesome!. I have never been there before and from the moment I called for an emergency tooth problem I was treated like family. Very professional and only allowing one patient at a time in the office, I instantly felt like I was in good hands. I was scheduled quickly but unfortunately had to undergo a serious procedure for over 3 hours. I certainly thought I was in for a few days, if not weeks of pain. Doctor Pulley and staff made sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure and here it is the next day and already feel better without the need for additional pain mess. I can’t thank Desert Foothills Dentistry enough for the elecellant and professional service during these trying times. I would highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

Despite the complications of the pandemic, I was able to get in right away and have someone look at a problem with one of my teeth. They utilized precautions and got me settled right away. They made sure I understood all the charges and they even had a great plan send I no longer had insurance after my retirement. I would definitely recommend them!
