Had my first appt. with Dr. Tenney this morning and was very impressed. The staff are smart but in that human way and he’s as good as they get. I’m used to dentists who don’t over treat and who treat patients like family. That’s what’s going on here. It’s an easy west valley drive for me. The 101 to Bell Rd.east, north at 59th.

I recently decided to invest in myself and chose to start my journey to a better smile at Desert Smiles! Could not have made a better choice!! Trisha, my hygienist was stellar and alleviated all stress/anxiety with her professionalism and attention to care. Dr. Tenney is a true pro! Actually listens to patients needs and operates like a ninja! Sam upfront made any paperwork/insurance hassles a breeze. I can’t thank their entire staff enough and am excited to continue going here for the care my teeth deserve! – Eric W.

This is an amazing dental practice. The entire team lead by Dr. Tenney, is fantastic. There is nobody on this earth who is more scared to go to the dentist than me. They never gave up on me. Today I had the most amazing visit that may have changed my entire outlook about “going to the dentist”….Jesus, did I really say that??? Those are words that I never thought I’d ever say. Thank you Dr. Tenney and your entire team.

Honestly I was worried about going to the dentist office during this pandemic as not knowing what to expect. However, Once I arrived at Desert Smiles, I realized that Dr. Tenney & his team are taking extreme safety measures. Their best practices related to cleaning, hygiene, health monitoring by temperature screening upon arrival and wear face covering. Above all the teams are taking their patients safety and well-being very seriously. I have great confidence and Trust in the best dentist Dr. Tenny and all his staff members. Great job and thank you! What a great team of professionals at Desert Smiles. They were able to work me into a tight schedule and took care of my immediate needs. They even were late to their holiday party to address my needs completely. From Carey at the front desk, Kim the dental assistant and Dr Tenney I left feeling like they cared about my dental issues. So thankful I found Dr. Tenney!! His staff is wonderful, too. I’ve been a frequent visitor lately while getting a smile makeover and everyone has been incredible since day one! Today I got my temporary veneers and everything went so incredibly smooth and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will never go anywhere else.

I am a new patient at this office but was referred by a friend to a hygienist who works here. I don’t have dental issues and like to find a practice that has a skilled hygienist and nice Dentist. I was incredibly pleased with the entire experience. The front desk assistant Krystal provided excellent customer service, greeted me as I entered, polite, attentive. I appreciated her effort to sanitize the desk and any materials handled by incoming patients too. My hygienist Kelly was personable but more importantly did an excellent job with the cleaning -very thorough! Dr. Tenney was also kind and provides a thorough exam. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing a Dentist. If you are looking for a great hygienist request Kelly. Of note, the practice is conscientious and proactive with its covid prevention and I witnessed multiple measures in place. I found this comforting that they take sanitation seriously.

I was in an unfortunate accident on the 4th of July. I texted the staff on the following Sunday and the called me 1st thing in the morning on Monday. My front teeth were knocked out so it was pretty embarrassing. They were determined to fit me for temps. Words cannot express the gratitude I gave for them. This is why I have going there for almost a decade. They are like family to me.

I have been going to Desert Smiles now for more than ten years and have always been satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and Dentist. I’ve experienced several dental issues over the years and my experience with the dental care has always been superior. I would highly recommend Dr. Wilcox and Dr. Tenney and their dedicated Staff.
