I’d rate them a 10+ if i could!!! Desert Springs Dental is the most amazing dental office around! I was a dental phobic – I was slapped when I was young- and couldn’t even get my teeth cleaned until 11 years ago when I started as a patient here. The staff are courteous, patient and understanding and they make you feel like family… always! I’ve had cleanings, X-rays, Invisalign, a crown and a dental implant. My entire family goes here and we will never go anywhere else. I recommend Dr. Shandy Condie with the utmost confidence and without reservation. Your mouth will be so happy once you’re a patient here

My family and extended family members all rave about Dr.Condie and her amazing staff. They are extremely respectful of your time and book appointments accordingly. I have never been in that chair without hearing Dr.Condie say, ” let me know if I am hurting you at all” – I can honestly share I have never experienced pain or discomfort under her care. I first visited Dr Condie in 2007 and was very impressed with her, her assistant and the entire staff. I moved to the westside in Avondale and tried other dentist in the area but no one could compare. Dr. Condies’ office has such a relaxing environment inside. I am soooo happy that I decided to drive from Phoenix to Gilbert for my dental needs. Cant say it enough, “No One Compares”. Oh my gracious, everything about their environment is amazing!! Amazing customer service. The staff is by far the most outgoing dental staff i have ever dealt with. The front of house employees are very nice and quick to take care of customers. Beautiful office and amazing staff! I have been going to Dr. Condie for a few years now and I have a great experience every time I go! Like many, I do not like going to the dentist and I started going to Shandy at the recommendation of my sister. The entire team is so nice and professional and they ask about my sister every time I go which is so sweet. There are plenty of dentist closer to me in Scottsdale, but I will continue to drive 45 minutes across town to go to Desert Springs. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend, I got two teeth pulled yesterday and Dr. Condi did an amazing job. I get a lot of anxiety going to the dentist and she was very reassuring and explained what was going on as it was happening which comforted me a lot. I felt no pain whatsoever and now it’s the next morning after having two teeth pulled and I still have absolutely zero pain. Awesome place!

Holy crap… Have you ever been in a place with waterfalls, French pressed coffee with cookies, and everyone there looks like they possibly are the most attractive people on the planet. Well that’s this place. Basically it’s like walking through the gates of heaven, make your teeth nice so you can at least pretend that you are a 7/10. They don’t try to bullshit you by overcharging for deep cleanings and unnecessary procedures. So you should go there, you may feel a little ugly at first but they will accept you. I hope you all read this and feel proud of yourselves, keep being not ugly and fixing teeth like you do, thanks for the cookies.

I’m retired military, recently moved here. I found this dentist office on Yelp due to the rating. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past so I wanted to find a place I felt comfortable in, despite it being a dentists office. From my observation, on 3 occasions so far, every single person in this place of business is an asset to the business. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere and personality of the place shows through. Everyone treats you like you’re valuable and they all smile right through their masks. The Dentist herself is an obviously caring individual and made me feel comfortable almost immediately. I’m guessing the employees all seem so happy because of their leader. Thanks to the entire crew for an awesome experience each time I visit or even communicate via texts.

Hopefully, they can’t prevent themselves from really laughing at my jokes, but, if not, they pretend to laugh well-enough that it makes me feel good. I’ve been going to Dr. Condie’s office for the last 15 years and I will never go anywhere else! I love her so much and her staff is the best! Lisha never fails to remind me of my appointments or call me when she notices changes in my insurance! After exhausting other dentists who told my now husband he needed unnecessary treatments, I brought him to Dr. Condie. He was SO shocked that the Dr. was the one who did the scraping and cleaning on our teeth and that she didn’t agree with the other dentist he went too! Saved him a ton of money and now he’s the one who insists we get our 6 month cleanings! I’ve always felt so comfortable coming to this office, not to mention how beautiful and clean it is! Holy grace where do I start?! Dr. Shandy and her staff are AH-mazing. My husband and I started trusting Dr Shandy with our grills in 2015. My husband was blessed with great teeth genes. I was not. I always had to get the deep teeth cleaning. Ya know, the one that gets all up in your gums?? I’m happy to report that after diligent care I now get the regular teeth cleaning!! I have been through multiple teeth cleanings, a root canal (while 6 months pregnant!), and Invisalign with this office we now consider family. Dr Shandy always knows your name and where you last left off in your life from the last visit. Not only friendly, she is extremely efficient. She implements the most up to date ways of getting things done so you don’t need to spend unnecessary time out of your day and procedures that are more about your comfort. She tells you everything she’s doing and how it will feel, sound, and smell. Yes, I said smell. No surprises! She also goes at your pace. And remember I had a ROOT CANAL while prego..that means no novocaine people. Lets talk about her staff & logistics. Leisha is a wizard with insurance and scheduling. Madi, her Dental Assistant is kind, gentle, and fast! And you can tell her staff respects her and she respects them in the way they communicate with each other while they’re all up in your mouth. Desert Springs Dental is the only office husband and two kids will say “ahhhhhh” for for the rest of our lives!!! Or until she retires, which is more likely. I trust her so much that I saw that she recommended a Pre-school accepting enrollment, So I naturally enrolled my 3yr old. Now he’s a genius. But that’s another review… Run your mouth to Desert Springs Dental. Start 2019 off right.

First of all let me say I hate going to the dentist! However, my experience with Desert Springs was THE most pleasurable dental experience I have had in my 57 years of life!!! Their priority was to make sure I was comfortable during all of the procedures. Ezra took my X-rays and gave my fluoride treatment, while providing expectations along with next steps. Crystal evaluated my gums/teeth and provided a thorough cleaning. She was very concerned about my comfort and answered all of my questions. The culture is very laid back and there is no pressure for any extra purchases. Dr. Condie did have suggestions for maintenance; however those were presented as suggested options. After living in the Phoenix area for 15 years, I am SO excited to have found such an excellent dentist!
