My daughter’s love the office, and both of their smiles are looking great. The staff is very friendly and are helpful with the kids schedules between acting and sports. The office is modern and clean. They have a special invisalign computer that shows how the case will look when you finish. The doctors spend time explaining everything in detail so you know what to expect, and get back to you fast when you call with questions, which helps with nervous kids.

Good dentist. Convenient location. The waiting room can bit a bit scary with housing authority type residents (an old lady with a cane yelled at me for telling the lady at the counter I had an appointment) yes I am uppity I know.. I have been caught! A fancy appointment haver. I digress. Back to the Dentist, he just wants to clean my teeth and get me out of there so we are on the same page. He does so quickly and effectively. He seems happy to serve the community and has a good rapport with the other patients.

My third time here and I’ve had a very good experience. Simple, no-frills office but staff are wonderfully pleasant & seemed respectful to everyone, no matter what the background of the (very diverse) clientele. Nice music playing; & each time was quick & efficient. Patients didn’t seem at all disgruntled going in & out. I got thorough cleaning 1st time, with helpful tips & no sell-job for more work. Then when an implant (done elsewhere many years ago) came loose, Dr Stearn reconnected it (without an appointment) but yes, it came loose very soon after; however I was seen quickly upon return & he (pleasantly) put in two new posts that feel solid & I expect will hold. Sorry for the other person’s experience but I’d recommend.
