I had a root canal from my previous dentist. Recently the root canal got some issue. So I decided to look around for another dentist. I came across this dental practice (Rujvi Bhatt, DDS) in my insurance in-network dentist search. I decided to give it a try. I found Dr. Rujvi Bhatt and her staff welcoming. From the appointment booking to treatment, they patiently replied to all my questions. Dr. Rujvi Bhatt is a skilled dentist. My root canal was pretty complicated. But I found her a skilled in fixing the problem. Moreover, she went extra mile to ensure I do not face similar problem again in future. She provided me a good guidance about the same. Also their office was pretty clean. Their office is COVID prevention friendly. They have online booking system, which can be used to book appointment directly from their website. Their office’s interior needs some improvement, however, it is still in a decent shape. Regarding insurance acceptance, even though sometimes insurance company does not show their name or hidden somewhere, they are in-network with most of the PPO insurances.  Regardless, I found their fees very affordable, in fact much lower, compared to some of the other dentists in the same neighborhood. So this could be a good dental practice if anyone is looking for an affordable dentist for a treatment such as crown, denture, bridge or dental cleaning.

Dr. Bhatt and her team continue to astound me with the quality of their work. The rapport between the staff is laudable, and they communicate clearly with each other and with their patients. I’ve even started flossing more regularly because of Angelina’s advice! Something I thought would never happen. Additionally, Rosa, the front desk person, is unbelievably polite, accommodating, and patient. Dr Bhatt, Angelina and Rosa are a great team. Had some wisdom teeth issues and Dr Bhatt recommended extraction, which is what I was also looking for. The procedure was painless and Dr Bhatt and Angelina gave great attention to everything. I was surprised when the next day Dr Bhatt followed up over phone about how I was doing! Rosa at the front desk is absolutely amazing at her job and explains the procedures, scheduling and expectations very clearly! I usually don’t write a review but I think it’s worth writing review for this one. Dr Rujvi is extremely professional, polite and one of the best dentist I’ve been to. I usually ask a lot of questions and tend to push treatments (that’s my bad, should never do that as teeth will end up even worst). But with Dr. Rujvi, she patiently listens to me and explains all the treatments she is going to do, what treatment may need right away, what may need soon or what can be put on watch. Her thorough explanation really helps me to decide what I want to do. She never rush you (but of course she do let you know if you delay what may happen).

I came to this dental care recently after needing to find a dentist office more conveniently located to me and this place is 5/5. I was seen by Dr. Rujvi – she is amazing. A routine cleaning and exam turned into a discovery of a cracked tooth that had so far gone undetected and was shortly going to start causing me a lot of pain. Having to come back to get it fixed would normally be something I’d dread but here I felt totally taken care of and in very capable hands. Dr. Rujvi made the process feel very normal, easy and routine and I was comfortable throughout – she actually made it so that I didn’t even feel a thing. The office is sparkly clean and well designed. I also felt like my initial appointment for the regular teeth cleaning was extremely quick, easy and painless – usually I get uncomfortable with cleanings but not this one. The dental assistant is friendly and kind – yet she somehow find a way to balance that with not making you talk too much when your mouth is open 🙂 Highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist in Santa Clara.

I have to say that Dr. Bhatt is an amazing dentist! I have had 2 appointments there, one deep cleaning and one cavity filling. In both visits, she explained everything and made sure nothing was making us uncomfortable. Even the cavity filling didn’t hurt much and she let me take as many breaks as I needed. Dr. Bhatt and her staff also have a way of making you laugh and dissolving all your fear. Her building is very clean and welcoming. Dr Rujvi and her staff is really awesome. She is our dentist for quite sometime now. I used to go to some other Doctor but always felt that doctor was trying to push the treatment on you. For me, it’s very important as I can make sound decision instead of feeling of rushed treatment. Another thing I like about Dr Rujvi is, she is very patient and calm in nature. They are very friendly, down to earth, and professional. While at clinic she found cavity in my teeth. To further look into the detail, Dr. Bhatt took some photos using high resolution camera. In the same visit, along with my teeth cleaning, Dr. Bhatt fixed my cavity too. Dr. Bhatt is also my daughter’s dentist too(toddler). She is very cheerful and patience with my daughter. Was recommended Devmay dental by a friend who was a regular patient with Dr Bhatt and I must say we were not disappointed. Dr. Bhatt and her staff are very friendly and welcoming and both my children (2.5 yrs and 4.5 yrs old) felt right at home with them. To my surprise, they look forward to their semi-annual dental check up (thanks to the goody bag and toys that they get from there). My wife had a complicated root canal issue and Dr. Bhatt explained the issue and our treatment options very patiently. Same thing for a root canal/crown that I needed for myself. We had extreme emergency for quick treatment for all of a sudden dental issue to my daughter during the new year eve. I have a busy and erratic work schedule so it’s hard for me to find a time, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and book me an appointment as early and conveniently as possible. I went in because I was having tooth sensitivity. During my visit I got a complete check-up done, including a dental cleaning, and Dr. Bhatt also resolved my tooth sensitivity issue all in the same appointment. She diagnosed my teeth sensitivity. I have never been to dentist for last several years. So I knew that my teeth had lots of tarter and will require a deep cleaning. She spent about 2 hours treating my teeth. She went above and beyond to diagnose and treating my teeth sensitivity. She is a hard working dentist. Since I am overweight and my body shoulders are very wide, both the doctor and her assistant almost stood two hours while working on me. I am really thankful to both of them. I have to say Dr. Bhatt is very responsible, highly skilled, has great techniques, and really cares about your dental health.
