I’ve been going to Diamond Creek Dental for a year now. Each time I come in, Dr. Lee and his staff take their time to provide a complete exam and explain everything to me. They are very professional and I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. I never have to wait to be seen and the office is super clean. I highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone in search of a dentist!

Finally, I got my dental implant finished. Because of covid19，it was delayed for months. The doctor is excellent. He is very professional. During the whole dental implant process, I didn’t feel any pain or uncomfortable. He is very efficient and never waste your time. You just arrive on time and they will never let you wait for more than 10 minutes. The clinic has fanatics time management. I should have got dental cleaned but because of the virus, they didn’t provide cleaning. The doctor is very nice so he cleaned my teeth manually without charge anything extra. The clinic is excellent. I wish God bless them!
…… My friend ，she got a tooth extracted In other places，but She said it is very painful. Not every doctor can do the same job……. Previous review: I got one of my back teeth extracted. The doctor is very professional. The whole process takes around 30 minutes. It is very comfortable. I didn’t feel any pain. He extracted my tooth very gently. I didn’t know that the tooth already came out. There was a little bit of blood. Not scary at all. After 2-3 hours，i can eat and talk. After one day I can eat normal food not just liquid. I didn’t feel any pain on the second day. The Doctor did an excellent job.

Alright…. two and a half years later, 5 cleanings and a scheduled filling in a month, this place has run the gauntlet and gets the 5 stars in my  book. What I missed in my first experience, the attention to detail and quantitative analysis of how bad my teeth are, has been compensated by the troves of pictures he accumulates from each visit. It has been neat to see the progression in decline in some areas of my oral health, but also areas where improvements have been made. The quality of the pictures he takes, coupled with his breakdown of pictures from one visit to another, are enough to paint a picture of how things are going in the teeth and gum department. The man and his team work hard, and they are good at what they do. I have not had a negative zero experience at his office which, considering it’s a dentist’s office, is actually a positive thing when viewed over an almost three year time span.   That is my new story, and what I am sticking with

My friend recommended this place to me after I told him that my regular dentist said I needed 3 fillings done after an already expensive deep cleaning. So I came here for a 2nd opinion, and Dr Lee took x-rays only on the side that the supposed fillings were needed. Turns out that I only needed 1 filling out of the 3 (if I promise to floss and take care of the other 2 to prevent further decay) He also took pictures with a different camera that gave me a better real-world look at the cavities and the areas that I needed to be aware of. (Sometimes you can’t really understand via x-ray so I appreciated the actual in-mouth camera pictures) Dr Lee was thorough, explained his process, and made sure I was comfortable. He also periodically checked with me to see if I needed a break. I hate going to the dentist, but I was very comfortable here. Pricing was also very reasonable and explained well, which was a contrast to my previous dentist. Not to mention the office is very clean, has relaxing cloud/sky lights, and a TV on the ceiling! Also received a first visit goodie bag that contained a floss, toothpaste, toothbrush, teeth whitening kit, and mouthwash that’s perfect for travel 🙂 Dr Lee will be my go-to dentist from now on, even though he’s a bit further away, he has convenient weekend morning hours to fit my schedule (and great restaurants around the area!)

My husband’s teeth were accidentally knocked out last week. It was pretty late and the dental office was closed already. When Dr. Lee knew our situation, he came to the office at 10:30pm to fix the reattached teeth and add a splint. The treatment was so critical to save the knocked-out teeth!! Now my husband feels much better! We’re so grateful for Dr. Lee’s exceptional and professional service to save my husband’s teeth!! Thank you Dr. Lee!!!

Dr. Lee is hands-down the best dentist I’ve been to. I’ve been coming here for two years and every visit has been great. I’ve had all my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Lee and each time was surprisingly painless! I got the bottom two out first, then the top two 6 months later. My bottom teeth were impacted, which is even more complicated, but the whole thing took maybe 30 minutes. I was just numbed and felt no pain at all. Even after the numbing wore off, it was mostly just a dull sore and I had no swelling. In fact, I went to a meeting two hours later and no one could even tell I got my wisdom teeth out because I looked normal and was speaking normally. Dr. Lee also shows you all the x-rays of your teeth so you know what is going on. There were some really small cavities and he pointed them out on the TV in the room so I could see what was going on and what to look out for. I got one filled but the other one was small so he said I could leave it for now and just check on it next time. The cavity filling was fast-maybe 10 minutes. I wasn’t numbed and felt nothing so I was really surprised when the operation was done. He’s very attentive and constantly checks in to make sure everything is okay, making me feel very comfortable. The office is very clean, comfortable and has accommodations like water and Netflix! Each room has two TV’s, one on the wall and one on the ceiling so you can watch while sitting up or laying down. The assistants and receptionists are also very nice and easy to talk to. As a UC student, the paperwork with the insurance USHIP is all taken care of and explained, making the whole experience super easy!

I came across Dr. Lee’s practice when I started having some pain at a tooth on which I received a root canal (which should not be happening) and I was too afraid to go back to the dentist who did it. Dr. Lee gave me a very thorough check up and provided me with a prioritized treatment plan that was no BS at all. What I especially love about his office that it’s so technologically up-to-date. Procedures are always pain-free and comfortable (esp with those tv’s in the room!) I’ve always had difficulty following up with a primary dentist mainly because they seem very honest during the first appointment and then all of a sudden WHOA SO MANY CAVITIES (that really are not there) AND YOU NEED DEEP DEEP CLEANING and WHITENING blah blah blah. But with Dr. Lee, you can trust he’s not scamming you into doing anything just to bill your insurance. With Dr. Lee, if he recommends something he really means it with no secondary agenda. Plus his staff is super nice and really delivers excellent customer service.

Diamond Creek Dental is located in strip mall on the corner of Golden Springs Drive & Brea Canyon Rd. It’s right next to a foot massage. I am so glad I found Dr. Lee on yelp!  I need alot work done due to not going to the dentist regularly. If you only knew my horror stories from my previous dentist(s). I need a few root canals & crowns, fillings, & deep cleaning etc….  Dr.Lee took his time to explain everything he was going to do. Answered all my questions. So, I had my deep cleaning today. Boy… he’s so gentle & def generous with the numbing. No pain. Just slightly uncomfortable since it was a deep cleaning which is expected. My overall experience with Dr. Lee & his staff has been nothing less than exceptional! PROS: ** They have a flat screen on the wall & the ceiling so you can watch TV or look at your xrays.  They gave me a remote to flip through netflix during my teeth cleaning. ** They have a kuerig, juice & water  in the waiting area. ** Friendly staff ** clean facility  (incl bathroom) CONS: I can’t think of any.  Well, they only take PPO.  So, that is a con for those who only have HMO. I highly recommend Diamond Creek Dental! Dr. Lee is by far the Best dentist I have had so far

I recommend this place without a doubt and I definitely know you will not be let down. I found this place on Yelp! I live in Pomona and i’m willing to drive to this place. I saw he had all 5 stars so it must be good. I went in a couple of days ago and was extremely satisfied with the service and people there. EVERYONE there was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and HONEST. Dr Lee is one of THE best dentists I have ever gone to. If you don’t believe these posts, you have got to go in to see for yourself. This is my #1 dentist!

Great experience!! Very different from my old dentist I use to go to while growing up. I came to this dental office for check up and cleaning since I was well overdue. Dr Lee really pays attention to detail and spends his time and don’t rush you out. Had some fills done while watching TV on the ceiling. I will also be getting my Invisalign soon, I’ve been thinking about it for years. Brought my dad here too said he feels comfortable with Dr Lee, which says a lot since he hasn’t been to the dentist for over 10years~yikes :p. He had 1 implant placed so far but thinking of getting another one

I have been afraid of dentists until my tooth ache got really serve…happy that I found a great dentist! Quick Response and Appointment After emailing the office, I received response within couple hours when the office was closed due to COVID-19 and was able to get a next day appointment set up. Clean Environment The office was clean from waiting area to the individual rooms. The staffs there would sanitize everything after used (such as x-ray shield) Friendly staff and professional dentist Dr. Lee Staffs were friendly throughout the visit and my root canal was treated right away. Dr. Lee was very careful and made the treatment pain-free. Less Contact I really like how they take appointments one hour apart during COVID-19 which means patient won’t get in contact with other people, only the staffs there and Dr. Lee.

I was having very bad tooth pain under one of my upper crowns. So I called Diamond Creek Dental and was thankfully able to book an appointment the very next morning. Arrived the next day, singed in, and was called in promptly. My dental assistant, Rosie, was very kind and accommodating. I got to turn the TV to The Office which was also on the ceiling during my procedure. I was already feeling much more at ease 🙂 So Dr. Joseph Lee came in shortly after I settled in, and began his diagnosis. He said that there may be one of two outcomes. One was that my crown needed to be shaved down because my bite / constant grind and wear may be what caused the tooth ache, and two was that I may possibly have a root canal issue, for which I’d have to see root canal specialist which would of course be much more costly. So he recommended that he shave down the crown to adjust my bite and see if the discomfort subsided in the next three days. I liked that option! Well, after he was done, biting did not hurt anymore which was amazing. But of course, I still had an achy tooth / nerve. So I will now wait and see if it gets better. But overall, I am so happy that I found Dr. Joseph Lee. He is honest and friendly, and seems to offer the best possible solution that is in the best interest of his patients. I’m truly impressed and I’m so glad they are located in my neighborhood. My husband and I will most definitely be coming back in the future if needed! Thank you to Dr. Lee and his wonderful staff! ** UPDATE ** Unfortunately, my tooth pain persisted, so I called their office and Dr. Lee asked me to come in right away. He said my pain was due to a deeper root canal issue so he referred me to a root canal specialist because he felt they would be able to take care of my problem more confidently and effectively than he could. And I REALLY appreciate Dr. Lee’s honesty and referral because as a patient, I want to ensure that whatever procedure I get done, gets done right! So I went to see the root canal specialist and he was able to clear out the infection, no problem! Thank you, Dr. Lee for all your help! I will be coming here from now on for all general dentistr

What can I say! The picture speaks for itself! My son was horsing around on Saturday night, needless to say he chipped is tooth in a bad way.  Im thinking oh no he needs a crown at 11 years old… oh my goodness.  My son was scared… mom what happens now? I have to go to school like this? He has all these questions that of course i can not answer.
I call Dr Lee. Dr Lee says don’t worry we’ll get through it.  Then asks if we wanna come in Sunday? We were SO HAPPY not just because he would see us on a Sunday but because he gave us hope, hope that he cared and everything would be okay!!! I posted pics so you could see his awesome work and the review so you could get an idea of the man that he is! Thank you Dr. Lee we love you!!

I started coming here because Dr. Lee was one of the few people in my area (when I lived in Chino Hills) who took my insurance and had great reviews. I’ve been coming to him for over two years now so it’s only right that I add my review. Dr. Lee is great. Even after I moved I still come here because the staff is very pleasant and Dr. Lee is very knowledgable. He is always very direct and explains things thoroughly, and I appreciate that. I have tons of problems with my teeth and Dr. Lee is always great about explaining my options to me and giving me referrals to specialists when it’s required. Even though I don’t live in Chino Hills anymore I still make the drive back even for cleanings because he and his staff do such a good job.

My wife went in to get a root canal and told me she liked the service and fairness since we don’t have dental insurance.  So I called to make an appointment and they were able to see me the same day. I needed a filing refilled and the dentist found some other issues after the initial exam but suggested that I get the cavity fixed and refilled.  I wasn’t expecting to get everything done that day and price was fair.  It’s been a week and I am happy with the work performed and would recommend them.  The staff and dentist were very friendly and helpful.

This dentist’s office is located in the same area as the Market World and Goodwill, tucked in the corner besides Paris Baguette. I originally came here for a routine checkup but to my demise, Dr. Lee found 3 cavities. Because of Dr. Lee’s extensive X-ray machine, he was able to find cavities that were missed by my previous dentist. Dr. Lee walked me through the X-ray images and showed me where each of the 3 cavities were. He addressed which one was more urgent and tried to help me in terms of cost. Not only are the staff here patient but they are very friendly; they are there because they love their job. Two weeks later and I have completed my 3 fillings and 2 upper wisdom teeth extractions. Time In: 11:55; Time Out: 1:10 The whole procedure only took a little over an hour. I was very impressed because my wisdom teeth extractions took less than 5 minutes! Unfortunately, I was only given local anesthesia and had to feel the whole thing but it was more or less painless. Edit: Receptionist called me a couple of days later to let me know that I was overcharged for my procedures. She apologized and we agreed for a check to be sent to me via mail. Normally, I would be irritated/worried but the fact that she went over the transaction a week later to find the mistake and contacted me in a timely manner far outweighed my disappointment. I think this mistake could have been avoided with better communication between the weekday and weekend staff working the front desk. Overall, this will be my go to dentist whenever I am back home to visit the parentals!

One of the best dental offices I’ve been to! Let’s face it, no one wants to go to the dentist unless they absolutely have to. Dr. Lee runs one of the best staffs I’ve seen. They are fluently bilingual in English and Chinese. You sense Dr. Lee and his staff genuinely care for their patient; you’re not just a $$ sign to them like the feeling you get with some dental offices. My dad had a bad toothache. Result was the dreaded root canal. He previously went to his regular dentist who strongly urged a root canal with matching new enamel crown—a whopping $1350 procedure! Luckily, his other dentist was fully booked for a whole week. Thank goodness a friend referred us to Dr. Lee. Turns out my dad dad did need a root canal but not the enamel crown his other dentist wanted. Dr. Lee saved us hundreds of $$$. That’s what I call a dentist with heart and ethics! Now we bring my dad to Dr. Lee for all his dental visits. And we are grateful to bring our business to an honest dentist who treats his patients with care.

Dr. Lee is amazing.  Very recently, I had a toothache. Ive never had a toothache so I thought it was muscular pain and treated it as such.  Of course it became quite clear on a Saturday night that it was a dental issue. So at 1:00 am, I’m experiencing excruciating pain – throbbing tooth pain. Pain so bad I cannot sleep.  I started to panic because it was Saturday night and I knew that Diamond Creek was closed on Sunday and Monday happened to be a holiday.  The thought of being in pain until Tuesday brought me to tears. I was desperate. On the off chance, I messaged Dr Lee to see if he had any Sunday hours. He messaged me back and arranged to see me the next morning on a Sunday!  Turns out I needed a root canal. I’m so grateful that he took the time. And in addition, he’s patient and knowledgeable. He’s very committed to his practice, patients and dentistry.
