I have been going here for 10 years and my experience has always been excellent. I now drive my small children in from Maryland so they can enjoy it too! Not only is the every day experience good, but if you have a situation – like when I had a root canal and was worried during COVID – Dr. Arroyo gave me his cell number in case I had questions. I didn’t need it, but that fact that he did this for me without hesitation as a longtime patient was touching.

The Best Dentist practice in the world. I have had a lot of construction going on in my head..root canals, failed ones acivitve ones ( like vocanos….ha ha) bridges and a whole mess of other road work. These two Dentist have even restored the mess performed by other Dentist. Both of the Drs are professional and honest, friendly and warm. The staff is also. My only problem is that we have moved and no longer work in D.C. Getting there is a hassle. So I have visited practices in PG county. NOT. My husband has returned to Drs. Arroyo and I will be in hot persuit as well.

I’ve been to see Dr. Arroyo twice in the last couple of months to finish up my Invisalign treatment. The office is all set up to deal with the current coronavirus pandemic and no issues at all. From being greeted at the front door and answering health questions and temperature check, all is good and safe with many other safety precautions in place. My Invisalign work has gone smoothly and it is another great sign of a caring dental practice since it was recommended to me by Dr. Arroyo to minimize future dental problems. Highly recommend after being a patient for over 5 years!

It’s a family affair at District Dental Solutions and we love it! I have been going to their office since before my daughter was born, and now at 5 and a half, she waits with baited breath for weeks before our appointments. We especially love Carmen! She is so patient and has always been so great with my daughter. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else after all of our amazing experiences.

This is the best dentists’ office I’ve ever been to – so professional, kind, and effective! My teeth feel great each time I leave, and for months afterwards. I cannot recommend them enough. No nonsense, just great dentists. With respect to the complaint about not being responsive to new customers, my experience has been very positive. Both my husband and I became patients at Arroyo within the last year (January for me, September for him) and we were both able to get appointments within a few weeks of our first inquiry. I even missed an appointment in July and was able to reschedule it for my preferred time the next day. Very responsive and helpful staff.

Last summer after moving to DC I had to find a new dentist.  I could not have picked a better place.  Every time I go my wait is under 5 minutes, and the front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful.  They have water and tea in the waiting room.  The hygienists are very friendly and do a great job.  Dr. Arroyo always comes in at the end of every cleaning and is very friendly and thorough.  If you’re looking for a dentist, you can not go wrong with Dr. Arroyo.

I’ve been going to the Arroyo Center for Aesthetic Dentistry for a few years now and have had the best care and service from the team there! Their appointment availability is flexible and easy to schedule. I have recommended the Arroyo team to colleagues and friends. The team is top notch professional – I am so happy to have such good care!

I have cavity prone teeth. Needless to say, I’ve kept these guys busy over the last 5-6 years. Jeremi and John are attentive and gentle. They always make sure that I am comfortable.  I’ve had fillings, teeth extracted, repairs, etc. -never a bad experience. The staff members are professional and friendly. I feel like family when I come to their office.

After a year in DC area, there was no getting around it: I probably needed to find a dentist. So I got on Yelp, typed in “Dentist,” and showed up to the top search hit. It was a good decision. This is literally a “family-run” business. Dr. Arroyo and his son are the dentists, while his 2 daughters are the hygienists. Despite that, this is no “mom and pop” establishment – the office is super nice. Everything is brand new and state of the art-seeming. Really appreciated how Dr. Arroyo (father) sat down to look at my x-rays and really broke every little aspect down. There was nothing to see there, since my teeth are perfect, but getting an unprompted anatomy lesson on what the x-ray showed was pretty cool. An overall really really great guy. Cleaning was quick and painless. Billing will….hopefully be simple. I had to pay and my insurance should eventually reimburse me? Will be a fun surprise. If you’re looking for a new dentist and you’re around DuPont, this is the place to go.

I have been going to a different dentist for a while….amongst various work, which I was satisfied with, I got my four bottom veneers done there and…I hated them!!!! My concerns were not being heard, nor were they being addressed (I guess happens when people start thinking you will come back no matter what), so that’s when I started looking for a different dentist…I went to a consultation with a new dentist and was told that I need SEVEN fillings (c’mon!!!)… I was starting to lose hope… Thanks to yelp reviews I found Dr. Arroyo’s office!!! I saw Dr. Jeremi and he told me that I only needed ONE filling!! Note, I got my x-rays done there free of charge, which was awesome!!! In short, the situation with my veneers was addressed and I am super happy now! Dr. Arroyo approached the issue in the best possible manner!! His father (Dr. John Arroyo) stepped in to give his opinion as well. I was told that for the amount of $$$ I would spend, the improvement I wanted wouldn’t be worth it. Dr. Jeremi said “I would not want you to spend so much money, when only 10% of improvement is needed”. He also said that he believed the looks were not the issue, but instead my veneers were not comfortable for me! He shaped them up and guess what, he was right! I LOVE how they feel now! Very-very happy! In addition, everyone, including the front desk staff were always so polite and professional! If your are looking for true professionals, this is the place for you!!

Highly recommended. Office and professional staff are friendly and I’ve never had an appointment start late. This is hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The cleaning is very quick but thorough and there’s no waiting around for service. They don’t take insurance in the traditional sense, but they handled the billing to Aetna and I was directly reimbursed within a week. Having office staff handle sending the paperwork to my insurance was a big help to me. Great experience.

In 2012, I moved back to D.C. and visited one of the “Top Dental Offices” in the city per Yelp for a check-up. The exotic, fancy-pants dentist informed me that on top of a couple of fillings that needed to get repaired, one of my lower molars needed a crown. Now the molar in question had a large composite filling; but did not hurt or anything else. When I asked him why I needed the crown, he vaguely said that there was “an infection” (my heart sank). I asked him how long I could last without the crown and he said “not very long” and when I pressed him for a timeframe, he responded “at the most, a few months”. The staff at checkout were prompt and courteous, but pretty eager to schedule the procedure which would have cost me about $1K. Interesting fact: that luxury dental office in question is no longer in the Yelp Top 3 Dental Offices and has been slowly – but steadily – sliding down the ranks. Pretty freaked out, I found another top dentist recommendation on Yelp and ran to Dr. Jeremi Arroyo for a second opinion. His response? “Yes, it is a large filling; but it is holding up and you won’t need a crown for years to come.” When I asked about the infection, he told me that he was certain that the tooth was not infected! He laughed when I told him about what the other dentist had said, and reassured me that there was NO infection. The molar is actually still doing fine as of now, and Dr. Arroyo has become my favorite dentist. He is conservative, and won’t suggest getting anything done to your teeth unless you really need it. I believe that he is an ethical and caring health professional. His timeliness, perpetual good mood, beautiful sleek office and friendly staff only add to the total 5-star experience. If you are looking for a new dentist in D.C., Dr. Arroyo will take great care of you.

Warm greeting, prompt & timely appointment, delightful, fun and super professional visit with Rachael, and always the fun bonus of getting my jewelry cleaned up too. What’s not to love? Extra thanks to Jeremi for the spontaneous consult on Invisline. Totally successful – and I’m facing the weekend with sparkling pearly whites!
