Dr. Roberts & Elly are my heroes! These guys are a life saver. Always exceptional service by DKR Dental. Called in with the worst tooth ache and not only were they able to get me in same day but they were also very quick to offer support and did an amazing job as always. From cleaning, fillings to crowns or extractions to implants Dr. Roberts and his staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place especially if you’re new in town or looking for a good Dental care!

I’ve been to four dentists in the DC area. From issues with insurance, to scheduling snafus, to incomplete fillings, to one dental assistant having to take 14 bitewing xrays to get it right, I’ve had a lot of bad experiences. Dr. Roberts is a fantastic, straightforward dentist. His team is incredible, from his hygienist (can’t remember her name at the moment) to Paige, who handles the business admin and insurance. Rather than just signing and sending for insurance, Paige follows up and gets the maximum amount covered by insurance. I even have two, somewhat complicated policies, and Paige and Dr. Roberts worked as a team to make sure everything was taken care of, and that I understand what possible charges I could incur. While paying for it really is the patient’s problem, Dr. Roberts and team don’t show that kind of attitude. They’re unreal. They’ve fixed previous bad dental work and left me with the strongest feeling mouth I’ve had in a decade: no funny spots where food gets caught, no sensitivity, and best of all, great peace of mind that I am in good hands!

Doctor Roberts is an excellent dentist, and the closest thing to a “painless” dentist that there is. His “chair side” manner is great–he’s communicative and humorous but not like one I’ve had who tells jokes and asks questions when you really can’t laugh or answer. Dr. Roberts has a great staff too, helpful, pleasant and professional. Most people dread visiting the dentist, but I really do enjoy seeing everyone there, and feel so good about the work they all do that it truly IS almost like looking forward to my appointments

Dr. Roberts handled my mouth very harsh today. I had to stop him as I trying my best to keep my mouth open wide and as he was placing a piece in my mouth I almost started crying and told him it hurts. The Assistant handled my mouth harsh to when placing the bottom mouth pieces in my mouth and I told her one piece scrapped my gums. She later tried putting in my temporary and I choked. She assisted me by telling me to spit it out. Please be more gentler when handling my mouth and put the bite guard in first before asking me constantly to open my mouth… Not a good experience at the dentist whatsoever today!

Dr. Roberts and his colleagues are all very nice and friendly. I had a very thorough examination upon my first visit. He explained which issues he found and how he thinks they should be dealt with. I felt comfortable and appreciated how the dentist and staff made me feel at ease throughout the check-up and cleaning procedure. Dr. Roberts has a good sense of humour and is relaxed and professional. I would highly recommend him to my friends and colleagues.
