Great experience getting a routine cleaning here. Got an appointment over the phone for a week later and waited 30-45 minutes to be called in after filling out paperwork. There’s a smoothie place and $1 pizza spot nextdoor if the wait is long and you’re hungry and feeling naughty. Glowing 5 stars for the helpful front desk staff and especially the hygienicist. She was very welcoming and reassuring when cleaning my teeth. The process felt very efficient and thorough- she explained as she went and made sure I was informed and comfortable. She washed, scrapped, and flossed every crevice, paying attention to the front-facing visible areas. My sister also got her cleaning done by the same hygienicist and had a pleasant experience as well. The doctor only spoke to me briefly since I was only there for a routine cleaning. He was hard to understand due to the slight accent and seemed to avoid eye contact but my other companion was very happy with his cavity fillings and said the doctor was careful with the process. I think the doctor pays more attention to patients who need more serious procedures. The facilities are clean enough where it matters with the equipment but could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. Every one of us left with a nice baggie with a travel size Crest sensitivity gum toothpaste, soft bristled toothbrush, and floss. I’ll definitely be back for my next cleaning. Hope the same hygienicist is here!
