I couldnt be more happy with my visit.  I am still bruised and swollen because of how bad of shape i was in, but i couldnt be happier with my visit.  I have hmo with delta dental so i was assigned to them.  I am very low income but i was treated with so much care and respect.  The receptionist not only sat and talked with me about my options, BUT went abive and beyond to make sure i was financially able to pay for my procedure.  The debtal assistant john was so caring and sweet.  I have extreme anxiety about the denist and him and the dentist made me feel so much better and made sure i was in no pain.  Definately the only dentist i am going back to! Thanks again team.  A++

Dr. Song and the entire team at Dr. Phillips Modern Dentistry have provided me with five star dental care since my first visit. They offer the finest in modern dental procedures and materials. Dr. Song and his staff are compassionate, professional and efficient. I can reccommend this office to anyone desiring the finest care modern dentistry can provide without hesitation.

I cannot recommend this dental office enough! I haven’t been to the dentist in a while so I was nervous to go. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as important. Lexi made sure all of my information was correct, I knew the COVID policies and later clearly explained the cost of my procedures. Hannah did an excellent job taking all of my x-rays and making sure I was as comfortable as possible through the process. She then brought me to Dr. Song who was extremely professional, kind and did not make me feel bad about my oral hygiene. Dr. Song took his time getting all my measurements and explaining my next steps. The hygienist came in and began scaling my gums, it was uncomfortable but she took care to make sure I was numb and stopped when I needed a second. I now need to come in every three months but that does not bother me at all because of this phenomenal dental office! I am confident that I am getting the best care possible!

I’ve been coming here for several years after searching for a dental practice that I was comfortable with. The office is clean, staff are professional and kind. Dr Song is a great dentist. He is thorough and takes time to explain everything he’s doing. When consulting on the best course of treatment I don’t feel like I’m being “sold”. I had the same dentist for 30 years and unfortunately he passed away. I’ve tried multiple practices and landed here because the office staff and Dr Song are in my opinion what a dental office should be. Thanks Dr Song and team!!

The staff at Dr. Phillips Modern Dentistry is so nice! Dr. Song is the best dentist I’ve ever been to – he explains things so well and makes me feel comfortable with whatever treatment I need to do. They’ve also worked with me on appointments, it’s so convenient to be able to pop by after work and not have to take time off. Parking is always so easy since this is a pretty big shopping center. Plus, if you’re like me and have a late afternoon/early evening appointment, there’s plenty of options nearby to pick up dinner!

The staff here is super nice and professional! From the front desk Brandon, to the assistant taking my X-rays, to Dr. Song. They don’t try up selling services to you and the office is small but very clean. They also have some advanced technology when it comes to the digital pictures they take of your teeth. Can’t wait to go back for my cleaning next week!

While visiting Orlando to see Disney world and all their is to see in Orlando, I came down with the worst pain……. a tooth ache!! My wife and I tried Tylenol and all the home remedies to make it through the night. When I woke up it was worse then the night before. My wife called Dr. Phillips office and they were so helpful and got us in, less than an hour after we called. On our way there we were emailed all the forms we needed to fill out which was amazing this way we just showed to get medical attention. Once we arrived we were greeted with smiles and friendly service. Dr. Song greeted me and reassured me that he would get be back right away. I was taken to x-rays, they have the utmost high tech x-ray equipment real simple setup and x-ray results on the spot. He took me back to the exam room which had a tv on the chair were he explained what was going on in the x-rays and what he recommended to correct the problem. I needed a root canal and crown I was surprised at what a great deal they gave me!! I have always had nerves when it comes to seeing a dentist, but Dr. Song was amazing took care of my root canal with no issues my crown looks natural and I had no pain all night and the next day!! To bad it’s a 5 hour flight if not I would be coming back for my check ups or as my wife said we can fly back once a year to get away and have a dental check up!! Highly recommend Dr. Phillips office!!

Quite overdue but about 4 weeks ago these guys saved my bacon on a business trip from CA by extracting #30 molar. The staff was incredible! Reception was super accommodating, woman in imaging was knowledgeable and very compassionate. Dr’s Song & Patel worked together to get me out of the dire situation I was in; 3000 miles from home. Both have incredible patient care and skill. I cant thank Doctor Phillips Dentistry enough for the great care I got. Wishing you all the best!

Really friendly staff. Very helpful in making sure I was able to get the procedure I needed without breaking the bank. Surgery is clean and tidy. They were very sweet and offered me a blanket while they did the procedure.

I couldn’t be happier with this dental office! From day one, each visit has been filled with kindness and patience. I am beyond lucky to have Dr. Kim and her assistant Jennifer as my team and they always go above and beyond on their bedside manner! They’ve done a great job of implementing a treatment plan that is restoring my confidence in my smile, and I couldn’t be more grateful! Everyone in the office, from the girls at the front desk to Jose and Michael, has always greeted me with genuine smiles. It’s the reason I make the long drive to visit their location!

This was my first visit to this Dentist. Every member of the staff, from reception to the Assistants and the Dentist made me feel welcomed, comfortable and cared for. They make what would generally be a reluctant visit very pleasant. Every staff member discussed my treatment thoroughly, with respect and empathy for my situation. The office has the most modern equipment. I would HIGHLY recommend this office for your dental health and care.

Dr. Song is an excellent dentist and extremely understanding of my needs. I have had an ongoing challenge with my teeth and Dr. Song has helped me manage and set a care path going forward. His skills are superb and the newest technology available at Modern Dentistry are the best I have ever seen. I trust him going forward. The entire office is also very easy to work with and exude professionalism and pride in their work.

Dr. Song is great! Very professional and personable. Takes the time to explain what’s going on, and makes sure you’re comfortable with everything before moving forward. Answers any/all questions you may have along the way. Has even stayed late on several occasions to see me because of my demanding work schedule. Definitely recommend to my friends and family.

New patient and visit was amazing! Definitely way better than where I last went. The equipment seem to be latest technology! The cleanliness definitely appreciated!! Came in for routine cleaning and the hygienist handled me w care; she took her time and can feel the attention to detail while cleaning! Very friendly people! Love them and will be a long term patient!

Dr. Song and his staff were great. I had an emergency and they got me in quickly the same day, did all work while I was there and for a very fair price. The office manager went out of his way to work with me on fees and the staff overall made me feel safe, calm and comfortable. I’m very happy with my dental work.

Everyone was very nice and helpful–I felt like they really cared! Dr. Song took a lot of time explaining different treatment options including what should be done soon and what could wait. I can not fully express how happy I am about this dentistry, but I am going to try my best to give you an idea of how amazing this place really is. First and foremost, the teamwork and communication is evident from the start. From Jose at the front desk to Dr. Song and his assistants, no one skipped a beat. Let me explain something, I have not been to dentist in quite sometime so naturally I was terrified to go and very hesitant. However, my husband convinced me to go and recommended his dentist here at Modern Dentistry. After initial X-rays, I met with Dr. Song and he went over everything that needed to be done. He was professional, courteous and non-intimidating. During my actual procedures, everyone was constantly checking on me to make sure I didn’t feel anything and they worked as quickly and efficiently as possible. When it comes to payment, everything is laid out in front of you and explained. If you can’t afford everything at once, which most of us can’t, don’t worry! They will show you other options available to make your procedure(s) more affordable, so you can receive the care you need. I absolutely love my dentist and highly recommend it, especially if you are scared like I was. I couldn’t have picked a better place! Thank you to everyone who was a part of my journey!

If you’re anything like me and have a fear of ANY medical office then this is the dentist office to help that. Along with a friendly staff and clean facilities, Doctor Phillips Modern Dentistry takes the stress out of any procedure. Of all the dental offices I’ve been to this one beats them all. I’ve even gone as far as to flying back into the United States to see my primary dentist. A friend referred me to Dr. Ben but I was scared to try a new place. Only for the shear fact that I trust my friend, I went. It sounds weird to say this about a dental office but it was one of the best decisions I had made. If you’re looking for an affordable and stressless dental experience then do yourself a favour and go to Dr. Phillips Modern Dentistry.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful! Dr. Song took great care of me and understood that I was afraid of needles and even explained everything in detail for me he took the time to notice when I would get nervous and helped me through it! The assistants were super wonderful as well Kathy and Audra! Super helpful and had a great positive energy about them! As well as the hygienist Raymond! Made me feel good and gave me perspective on how important it is to floss! Even the front desk was super helpful as well helping me to understand and find a payment plan that worked for me! Jose was helpful with setting up my appointment and was super nice! same with Kim she helped to find the right plan for me and they both even helped me with a payment that I had to make and worked it out for me without any issue! I would highly recommend this dentist office to any and everyone! They made my experience and perspective on dental offices change for the better! I’m no longer that scared to be here! From start to finish, a really great experience. Doctor Phillips Modern Dentistry fully understands the importance of customer service – something that is too often ignored in the medical field. Every member of impressed me with their friendly service and happy disposition. Raymond, the Hygienist did an amazing job – I think it was the first cleaning I’ve ever received without any pain or discomfort. And he even called me the next day to follow up and make sure that I had a good experience! Very impressed all around. I would gladly recommend this practice to anyone!
