I don’t love going to the dentist, but this office makes it more than tolerable. I’ve been going to Doroschak Dental (Dr. Mike) for about 10 years or so. I was recommended by my parents – so its a family thing! I see Samantha for cleaning – I always wish I could just spend more time talking to her – she’s so friendly and easy going. We all know it’s impossible to have a meaningful conversation with your hygienist since your mouth is wide open the entire time — but what I have learned about her, I like! Sam is efficient and thorough and gives excellent/intelligent advice. Dr. Mike is great. I really get the feeling that he cares about me – not just my mouth and teeth, but me! I have pretty good teeth so I haven’t had to have a lot of procedures done – he’s done a great job on the few things I did need (fillings). His assistant, Liz, is funny and nice too. The two of them have a really fun banter that is entertaining to observe from the chair. The ladies at the front desk are really friendly and efficient too. They are great at helping to navigate insurance policies! The office is conveniently located at University and Broadway in NE Minneapolis. There is always parking available in their dedicated lot, and despite it being at this busy intersection, it is easy to get in and out. This is perfect for those of us coming to and from downtown Minneapolis.

Today I was introduced to a recently graduated (U of M) hygienist new to the staff. She treated me professionally and gently. There was no pain and I never experience a “gag reflex” while she worked. As I told her upon leaving the only painful part of the visit was receiving the bill – and that was really not that bad.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Doroschak, we have had nothing but AMAZING care! Miranda, my hygienist always does a thorough and gentle cleaning, even while I was pregnant she was extra gentle and made sure I was always comfortable. Dr. Mike has done fillings for both my husband and I and it was completely painless. And as a bonus the entire staff is super nice and HILARIOUS! I highly recommend them for everybody!

Dr Mike and his staff are the best in the state.Shannon to me has to be the best hygienist in the state. She he’s very friendly and is completely thorough and explains what needs to be done to improve yourself on your next visit. Ive never had a hygenist as good as she is. Dr Mike is defiently the best Dentist ever!!! Very Highly Recommended

After 50 years of searching for a dentist I finally found one! My sister told me about Dr. Mike – claiming Doroschak Dental was “da bomb”…they are! Since I was a young boy the dentist was pure fear for me until last month. From the moment I walked in to the office Kathy and Becky made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Katrina and Dr. Mike didn’t waste any time getting to know me either, and before I knew it I was with Megan getting my teeth cleaned. I explained how terrible I was about getting my teeth scraped and hammered with the chisel-like tools most hygienists use. Megan’s primary concern was my comfort, which I thought was pretty cool. That vicious gouging inside my mouth didn’t happen with Megan. After years of anxiety and avoidance of having my teeth cleaned, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. In fact, I think the fear is gone! Dr. Mike and Katrina also fixed a tooth I had cracked years ago. Their gifts of gab captured my attention and I hardly noticed the work they were doing on my tooth. What a great group of people. You can tell they all get along, they truly like working with each other and they enjoy their patients. My next appointment is in 6 months and the best compliment I can give them is letting them know…I will be there!!!
