My family and I have been going to Dowell Family Dentistry for our Dental Needs since they opened their business.  Each visit is pleasant and we are given the best Dental Care possible.  Our interactions with the Office Staff and Dr. Chip & Dr. Stephanie are always very pleasurable and they are very professional.  I am thankful that we have such Dentists in the area, who are very dedicated to their Clients.

Absolutely thrilled with Dowell Family Dentistry! Our family drives over 800 miles from our home in New York to have Chip and Stephanie do our dental work. They’re THAT good! I’m personally horrified of needles and needing to have dental work done. Chip did a great job of calming my nerves and walking me through my cavity filling today. What a blessing they are!

This was my first time here. The staff here definitely knows their stuff. 10/10 would reccomend! They talk to you, not at you. They make sure you understand your options and they want to help you to the fullest extent that they can. They value you as a patient and it shows. Had a tooth that broke a piece off and was able to get appointment to go in.  As it turned out the tooth that broke had previously had a root canal and the portion of the tooth broken could had been repaired but since it was a large piece, Dr. Dowell said it would probably have to be extracted in the end.  So I went ahead and went through the extraction.  She had to dig and drill to get the 2 remaining roots that were there and upon leaving was given a packet of gauze, prescription,  and directions with phone number in case of any emergency.  I feel her dedication and professionalism was outstanding and would very highly recommend Dowell Family Dentistry to anyone who ask…

This is a wonderful dentist! My five year old saw Dr Stephanie today to pull a baby tooth (her first tooth she’s lost) and she was SO patient and sweet to my daughter. She was so personal, quick and made it super low stress for my daughter. Our appt was at 3:00, we got there around 2:45, they got us in before 3 and we were done with the whole process by around 3:15! Amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I’m not a fan of dentist by any means. Most just look to suggest the most expensive solution regardless of it being the most beneficial method. From past experiences of jaw popping to years of pain after a root canal. I ventured in with a mind set that all dentist are created equal. Was more WRONG than I ever could imagine. They gave me options with upfront prices in writing and allowed me to choose my direct path. 2 teeth pulled, and though I have pain which was expected I feel they provided the most clean cut procedure and was professional and courteous throughout. HAVE MY COMPLETE CONFIDENCE!!
