Dr. Ali is great! She’s professional and quick! I hate going to the dentist because I’ve had some really bad experiences at a very young age. I’ve spent years looking for a great dentist to help me keep my smile pretty & clean! I’ve had expensive work done on my teeth and Dr. Ali is well aware of how I would like to be treated as a patient and she takes care of me accordingly! As far as cost is concerned, it costs money to have something done well! If you want don’t want to pay for great quality then start early…brush, floss eat right and maybe you can get away with just having a regular cleaning now and then. I wasn’t blessed with “Great Teeth” however, I smile alot and it’s important for me to have Clean, White, Straight teeth, therefore, I pay to keep that and treat me accordingly!!!! Thank you Dr. Ali! You get what you pay for! 🙂

Dr Samia Ali is the best dentist I have ever had. She is extremely caring and empathetic with any issues I have had. I wouldn’t go anywhere! Have lots of questions? High expectation in cosmetic work? Phobia to dental work? No problem! Dr Ali is understanding, patient, and willing to work anytime. I don’t love dental work but I love Downey Beautiful Smile. I highly recommend it!

The way health care should be done. I arrived to the office without an appointment; Dr. Ali and her staff were gracious enough to accommodate me; I knew that without an appointment is difficult to be seen since everyone works on a schedule. Okay I read these reviews and to be quite honest I was hesitant. Well, the people who left 1 star are seriously probably just ignorant or just didn’t get their way or hear what they wanted to hear. Dr. Ali’s staff are all so kind. They explain in detail and actually take their time. I hate the dentist. It’s a scary situation having people poke and prod around in your mouth and let’s all face the truth dental is EXPENSIVE! After reading a review saying that Dr. Ali likes to rip people off well she actually tries to SAVE YOU MONEY! NO I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! I work at a school and I’m not endorsing them in any way shape or form I’m a paying customer who’s extremely satisfied with their work and treatment to their clients.Thank you Dr. Ali for being one of the few honest dentists out there. She’s extremely gentle and talks to you through all procedures and really cares about what she’s doing. I have a appointment coming up and instead of being scared I can finally say I feel comfortable. As far as front desk staff she’s extremely kind! So again I don’t know what these reviews are talking about. Now regarding Price as I mentioned oral hygiene isn’t cheap. But they definitely do not overcharge. I had a bill from a previous facility and it was 5x more then what they were charging me. I think they’re fair in their prices and I truly don’t believe they’re ripping you off. As I stated Dr. Ali tried to save me money. I truly appreciate that being a single mother of 2 and trying to care for myself as well saving money is a priority. I’ve made this facility my new go to dentistry.

I called in to get an appointment the same day because my molar was significantly hurting. Wendy the front receptionist was kind enough to move some things around and see me that same day. Doctor Ali was very gentle and kind. Her positive attitude kept me at ease. The dental assistant Yvonne was very kind as well. She patiently talked to me through the Xrays. I ended up getting a root canal here as well. No matter where you go they suck but these Doctors go out of the way to make sure you are comfortable and in good shape. I didn’t know I was supposed to eat before my root canal and I also went out drinking the night before. Ops! The anesthetics were not taking effect as intended but the doctor was very patient and gave me an extra dose as well as some of his own lunch to fill my stomach so I wouldn’t pass out during the procedure. I was also given a free chapstick to take home. What an amazing staff.

I hate the dentist!! but OMG my 1st experience here was amazing. Dr. Ali is awesome she explains everything in detail, what she will be doing to your teeth etc etc. Her assistant Vivi is the best she is gentle on taking xrays not like other places tell you to open and shove those things in your mouth then bite down (basically gagging) lol funny but yea over all this place is clean, you have music playing kind of distracts you if your a scary cat like me 🙂 not crowded at all. If they say your scheduled for a certain time THEN THAT is your time…. A big Thank you to my friend Mayra (she also works there) for referring me to the office…. Check it out you will LOVE IT

I usually don’t like visiting the dental office unless I’m in real bad pain, but Downey Beautiful smile is the exception. Since day one, I was welcomed and was treated as if I were family. I felt comfort in knowing that Dr Ali is as caring and gentle as can be. She always makes sure I am fully numb before starting any work on me. (That’s my biggest fear, feeling pain) Not like other dr’s that just poke and want to start the work right away. Dr Ali knows what she’s doing… I have gotten root canals, crowns, fillings and cleanings and have never felt any pain during the process. I love her!! The office is also very nice and clean!! I have referred many of my family members to her and they too are very satisfied with Dr Ali and her work. And did I mention the staff?? (Mayra) They are awesome!! They are very nice, gentle, and very knowledgeable just like Dr Ali. What else can I say?? I just love the service Downey Beautiful smile offers, there is nothing like it!!
