This Dentist office is amazing, the staff is always so kind. I moved away from Downey and I continue to drive there to get work on my teeth done because I haven’t found their quality of work and atmosphere where I live. Would reccomend and have recommended them 100% to all my friends and family.

Let me start by saying that I don’t do reviews, BUT this was defiantly worth my time. The moment I walked through the door I was greeted by Jade. She was so sweet and helpful the whole step of the way… ohh and she was super patient. Sylvia did my e-ray and she was so gentle ( I was in so much pain) she smiled and explained every step as she was doing it. …. Dr. MaryAnn was the just awesome. She took her time to explain what was happening and why. I’m not one to trust dentists but I trust her. I must say, this was the BEST DENTAL office and experience I have ever been to and had. Kind, caring, compassionate, understanding and most helpful set of people work there. So if your looking for a dental home, you’ve just found it.

I am currently in the begining process, of a complete upper/lower set of new teeth, cosmetic implant procedure. I’ve gone to four other dental offices, before settling on the Downey Family group of doctor’s. Here’s why. Probably could have used braces, when I was younger. I’m sure it would have been beneficial, as to a better position, at this time of repairing my broken mouth. I’m 64yrs, and growing up as one of the baby boomers, my parents couldn’t afford me having them. But such is life, and put me on the road of dental neglect, over the years. I had my wisdom teeth, extracted in my late twenties. But as far as check-ups and regularly seeing a dentist, it wasn’t in my routine. I only had a couple of cavities, over the years, but filling those was the extent of my ‘fear of regular’ dentist visits. The Downey Group of doctor’s and reception personel, have completely scrubbed away my fears, everyone is sooo friendly and personable, that I’m really looking forward to taking this this, and my smile, to the next level, through them. I highly recommend them, as my future for life, dentists. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, which doesn’t shine without my friendly smile. You’re the best.

Love this dental office! The staff is very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Don’t feel like I get the big up-sell or pressure to do things RIGHT NOW. They seem willing to work with you to get a financial plan that works for you. Office is clean, modern, and cool. I appreciate the sterile technique and methods they use – but mostly I think the staff are what make the office such a pleasant place to come to. Everyone is happy, helpful, and goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable from the moment you enter to the time you leave.
