I am currently in the begining process, of a complete upper/lower set of new teeth, cosmetic implant procedure. I’ve gone to four other dental offices, before settling on the Downey Family group of doctor’s. Here’s why. Probably could have used braces, when I was younger. I’m sure it would have been beneficial, as to a better position, at this time of repairing my broken mouth. I’m 64yrs, and growing up as one of the baby boomers, my parents couldn’t afford me having them. But such is life, and put me on the road of dental neglect, over the years. I had my wisdom teeth, extracted in my late twenties. But as far as check-ups and regularly seeing a dentist, it wasn’t in my routine. I only had a couple of cavities, over the years, but filling those was the extent of my ‘fear of regular’ dentist visits. The Downey Group of doctor’s and reception personel, have completely scrubbed away my fears, everyone is sooo friendly and personable, that I’m really looking forward to taking this this, and my smile, to the next level, through them. I highly recommend them, as my future for life, dentists. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, which doesn’t shine without my friendly smile. You’re the best.

5 Stars all the way! ALL the staff are very kind and friendly yet maintain a very professional attitude which makes it clear that the best interest of our dental health is their top priority. In the last few years I truly have paid the extra fees just to get an honest opinion concerning my dental health from different dentists throughout Los Angeles & Orange counties. I have also received many contradictory opinions that range in various fee heights (which may be needless to say). I then decided to stop in on my local ‘Downey Family and Cosmetic Dentistry’ office and that is where I found a good piece of mind both hygienically and financially. The Doctors and all the staff took the time out to provide me with honest and competent answers to my questions concerning dental needs and work, the fees involved and my payment options, also explaining the results of my ex-rays and the condition of my past dental work history, (crowns, fillings, etc.). I made the decision to set up a yearly health program for cleanings, check-ups etc. and have been very happy as a result. I believe the fees were fair and I am getting what i paid for and more . . . I have not EVER been solicited for any type of ‘extra dental work’ that would prove unnecessary, and I have received an honest update at each check up backed with ex-rays and real proof. I believe this review will be taken as a job well done and will continue be so. Thank You DFCD!

Went in for the whitening special. Was taken aback on how beautiful the office was ! Absolutely gorgeous. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Got my X-rays and photos of my teeth…. eye opening to say the least. My teeth are a pearly white and after seeing my x- rays and photos I scheduled a deep cleaning ! Office manager was extremely thorough in explaining what the costs were .. I have no dental insurance and he worked with me on that !
