Thanks so much, Downtown Dental! Had an emergency and I don’t live in the state. I was met by a gracious and kind staff that listened and went out of their way to meet my needs. What a great practice with such a positive vibe and beautiful views not to mention the obvious, solid dental skills. The other clients, “their regulars”, were enthusiastic about the practice. What good fortune I had to find this clinic! Thanks again!!!

THE BEST! I’ve been a patient of Dr Ballard’s for 25 years. I first saw him straight out of dental school. A few years ago I was thinking about moving out of town and couldn’t imagine not seeing my tried and trusted Dentist. I actually worried about this, mentioned it to him, and he told me he had clients that flew to STL see him. I had cracked a tooth Friday afternoon, was seen at 12 today, and the tooth was repaired. He’s hilarious, always happy and his staff looks happy to be at work. I also get my dental cleaning here with Lynn. He’s repaired other cracked teeth, did a few roots canals, and one implant. Two thumbs up and a great big smile.

\I have seen both Dr. Luedeke and Dr. Ballard and both have been wonderful. They are very informative at my visits and really take their time to fix my problems. I’m always able to get in right away when there’s an emergency and the staff is nothing short of excellent! A very clean and friendly office to say the least!

This staff is awesome- I have had too many bad experiences with dental offices, and they have done everything to allow me to quickly gain their trust, and make me feel calm and comfortable despite my anxiety. I was able to get in to see the doc (as a new client) first thing Monday morning after leaving a message on a Sunday. They are also very affordable and not trying to rip off their clients, unlike some practices. I will recommend them to everyone I know needs a dentist in STL!

I just left from my very very first appointment, but I think it was the best dental experience I’ve had thus far in my 24 years. I was blessed with a great Orthodontist, but was never ever fond of my family dentist back home. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Downtown Dental Associates recently. They got me right in, made the whole process from in to out quick and painless, and everyone was very accommodating to my questions. And the cherry on the top, everyone is extremely friendly! I highly recommend. (Oh, and it’s on the 17th floor of the old Laclede Building Downtown, so the view is phenomenal.)

I was visiting St. Louis on our 20th Anniversary trip when at dinner on Friday night I had a crown pop off. Ugh! I contacted Clayton Dental at 8:15 AM ON A SATURDAY and got an appointment at 10:30 that same morning. I was not in the waiting room 5 minutes when I was taken back and received treatment almost immediately. Dr. Ballard was so professional and nice and had the crown cleaned and cemented back in place in less than 10 minutes. I don’t live in Clayton, MO but if I did I can tell you that I would 100% have Clayton Dental and Dr. Ballard as my family dentist. Great experience and all my thanks!!!

Love, love them! Lori has been cleaning my teeth 7 plus years and cleaning my husbands teeth 3! Dr Ballard did 2 molar implants in my husbands and we are soooo happy we did. He can eat steak again! Dr Luedeke did some cosmetic work to my front teeth that turned out amazing to say he least. The ladies in front are always really helpful with my insurance concerns and find a way to work with our busy schedules. I have nothing but good things to say about them and I hope this helps people decide on a dentist. They’re great people and do awesome work!

What a wonderful dentist! I have had a phobia of the whole dentist office visit experience since I was a kid. I have put off going to the dentist for two years because of the fear. I live downtown so I decided to try Downtown Dental Associates and it was a wonderful decision! Dr. Leudeke showed a genuine concern for my well-being and dental health. He was honest with me and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. I ended up needing dental work, but it was as good of an experience that anyone could possibly have at the dentist. He made sure that I didn’t feel any pain and asked me often how I was doing. The staff were friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable. The chairs had a massage option that also helped. They also have an incredible view of the arch from their 17th floor suite. Great experience!

I am new to the St. Louis area and have visited this office twice and both times were pleasant. The dentist, front desk and hygienists are friendly and accommodating. I actually had an old filling replaced and deep cleaning done today and the dentist and his assistant were so kind and made sure I was doing okay throughout the procedure. It really wasn’t as bad as I thought and he did a wonderful job. He’s thorough but works quickly!

Excellent staff, very friendly. I went in for a cleaning and to check for cavities. My teethe never been cleaner and my cavities were so minimal that the procedure the suggested was a laser, which means no injection! I enjoyed a view of the arch/downtown, as well some fun conversation with Melonie dental hygienist, while getting my teethe cleaned. Nothing but good things to say about my visit and actually look forward to my followup. I strongly recommend Downtown Dental to anybody.
