Coming from someone who moves on average, every three years I have been to quite a few dentist offices. Needless to say this was the best experience I have ever had. From start to finish Downtown Dental was top notch. The hygienist was very gentle and everyone was very friendly. Dr. Wells was on time and his office was fully equipped with all the newest technology, there are even T.V.’s in each room for your viewing pleasure as you kick back and relax as they go to work on you pearly whites! I highly recommend Downtown Dental.

Love the team, atmosphere, and efficiency of this office. I came on my lunch break, and was in and out in about an hour (new patient check ups take a bit longer). The paperwork was minimal and the wait was short. There was coffee, La Croix, and water in the waiting area too! Very clean and modern office, which I love. Being able to see my X-rays and the pictures of my teeth up on the tv screen was really cool. The ease of scheduling online and the nice office downtown is what initially drew me to this office, but the experience and customer service will keep my coming back. I got a cute little new patient bag with some goodies too!

Been coming here for over two years. Beyond the trendy museum-like space and convenient location for downtown workers and residents, what sets DD apart is the personalized service. From the doctors to the reception staff, everyone here exudes a warm and welcoming vibe. My hygenist, Shiloh, makes each routine cleaning visit feel like catching up with an old friend!

Alexa, Austin, Sydney, and Dr. Wells took care of me from start to finish today and were incredibly warm and kind. The dentist visit can always be a little scary but they put me right at ease and got me taken care of. First time here and now I am a member; I’ve definitely found my primary dentist in Raleigh. Big thanks to everyone here!

Let me start with this…I hate going to the dentist. Like for real. When I found out that my dental insurance was running out because I was leaving my job my wife and I called and tried to get a last minute appointment. The people at Downtown Dental did everything they could to get my wife and I in that day. They were really great about telling us what they were going to do, which for my wife wasn’t a big deal, but for me I needed as much encouragement as possible. And when I had to go back to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed a couple days later they were super helpful even though I was terrified of getting all that work done. The doctors, the nurses, even the receptionist…all of them were really kind, very reassuring, walking me through everything step by step. They were really accommodating and encouraging. Even if you hate going to the dentist like I do, go here and let them take care of you.

I legitimately created a yelp account for the sole purpose of giving this office the review it deserves. I have had cleanings and two fillings done at downtown dental and I can honestly say it’s the best dentist experience i’ve ever had. 100% efficient, painless, friendly, and fast. I recommend Downtown Dental to everyone!

I went to Downtown Dental today for the first time and had a great appointment. Everyone who works there is kind and also took the time to explain everything that went on during my appointment. I will definitely keep coming here from now on.

Can not recommend Downtown Dental enough! Super friendly, quick and precise. I went in to get a filling fixed and told the dentist and hygienist that I get queasy with needles and they completely distracted me so I didn’t even notice/ freak out. They also will put on Netflix and a show or your choice during your procedures so you’re relaxed and at ease. Definitely helped me calm down. My dentist also talked me through what he was doing as he was doing it which was helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

Moved down to Raleigh seven months ago and needed a dentist right away. I was really fortunate that I found the folks at Downtown Dental right near my office. Great, personable staff, and excellent care. The office is modern and spotless, and everyone I’ve encountered has been professional, and given the best care I could ask for. Thanks Downtown Dental!

I heard about it from a coupon in the mail I got from them. It was closer to my new place and wasn’t really married to my other dentist. Figured I would give them a try. Really did a stand up job! The staff was courteous and friendly, but in a grounded way. Didn’t come across as fake. They were thorough with making sure they got everything they needed with my teeth to ensure long term success. They hygienist was informative, personable, and easy going. As was the dentist himself. He was efficient, friendly, and used our time together to focus on what was really important and not just finding things to find things like some of my other dentists have done. It was a very good experience and the location of it being downtown with them paying for your parking was great, as well. I’ll definitely be returning and naming them as my new permanent dentist.
