I was recommended by co-workers to go see Dr. Alice Dellisanti, and I’m so glad they recommended me! The front desk staff is exceptionally nice and helpful, and Dr. Alice and her dental hygenist Anna we’re so sweet and fun to talk to. Definitely going back and hoping to have them as my main dentist going forward. They also reimburse for parking in Pacific Place! Very convenient.

I moved to Seattle in 2014; I had been avoiding a dentist due to insurance, money and the ability to find a dentist that I am comfortable with. I dread aspects of it just like most people. Not only did my new patient appointment go so well, but my follow-up cavity filling was SO EASY! Dr. Dellisanti and her team made going to the dentist an enjoyable break from my work day. Thank you!

Both my husband and I are patients of Dr. Alice. We are still new patients, however, already had several fillings and two crowns done. I have been to a number of dentists in the United States and overseas … Dr. Alice and her team are extremely through, provide quality work and educate their patients what type of work needs to be done to provide long lasting results. Great Dentist. I cracked my took in half and Dr. Delasanti did a great job putting on a crown. I have also gotten a few cavities filled (some were old and the fillings had deteriorated). What makes this dentist stand out is the way my teeth fit together immediately after. There are no high spots and my bite immediately feels natural. Highly recommended.

I Highly recommend the Seattle Dentists. My son and I receive services from Dr. Anderson and also Dr. Dellisanti and the hygienist. All of the services we received were provided promptly, efficiently and pain free. I was always afraid to go to the dentist but they make it so easy and comfortable. the front office staff are courteous. and the doctors follow up with you to ensure satisfaction.

I’ve gone to three different dental offices and this is by far the best. The location is convenient, staffs are friendly and always willing to help, Dr. Alice Dellisanti is very professional, friendly and can keep you calm throughout the procedures/cleanings. For the win, you have the best view as you get your teeth treated! I’ve already referred three people, and they also would say the same!!!

I’ve never been one to loathe a visit to the dentist but this office makes me look forward to my next visit. Dr. Michael Anderson is my normal dentist– he is professional, consistently excited to see you, remembers personal details, friendly and often times humming a tune. I saw Dr. Dellisanti today due to schedule changes and she was also great. Would highly recommend Anna as the dental hygienist. I inquired about teeth whitening options and Anna took the time to walk me through all options explaining both the treatment process and the price structure.

First of all, I HATE going to the dentist! I DREAD every second of it, but Downtown Seattle Dentist made it a lot less painful. Making my appointments, calls to the office to ask questions, getting text messages to remind me of my appointment (I am so forgetful!), getting a breakdown of all fees and charges, checking my insurance. Administratively, you guys were amazing, helpful, and so, so sweet the entire process. My cleaning: My hygienist was great and light-hearted even though our suction machine was problematic and we eventually had to move to another room, she was apologetic for the malfunctions even though equipment malfunction was no one’s fault. I think I got apologies from 3 people (my hygienist, my dentist (Dr Dellisanti), and I believe the other Dentist). Finally Dr Dellisanti came in to look in my mouth, and told me I had to come back for a filling. My heart dropped. Panic mode! I am such a wimp when it comes to pain and needles! Dr Dellisanti asked me many questions to find out my previous experiences with dentists to try to understand why I am so scared of the dentist. She offered me options to help ease my nerves for the big day. It’s not that I haven’t has laughing gas before, and it’s not as if I haven’t had oral medication before to calm my nerves before a filling, but Dr Dellisanti and her staff made me fill like it’s okay to have these fears and they made me feel as though I was in good hands and as if I had an entire army behind me to ease my mind and I don’t think I’ve ever felt that way knowing that I had to make an appointment for a filling. I called 2 days later to make my appt, and they called the RX into my pharmacy. I told them I was going to Uber in and Kris said to make sure I call when I’m a few blocks away so someone could come down and walk me upstairs from the Uber. I thought this was very accommodating of them to consider us city Ubering folk. I picked up the RX the same day as my appt and took it an hr before my appt. I walked into the office and was immediately greeted and was asked how I was feeling. I also love how I never have to wait to be brought back to the room. I was very relaxed for the appt and although I still felt the pain of all 3 needles and I hyperventilated just a little, I have never felt in such good hands. They made sure I was fully numb before they started (Trust me, I’ve had dentists start without fully numbing me. Not only was I Super Anxious, but tears were just streaming down my face, thinking that if I said “no” when they ask me if I’m okay, that would be frowned upon). The appt was done before I knew it and I was on my way home to sleep it off. When I woke up later that night, I saw a missed call from a number I didn’t recognize and a message. Dr Dellisanti had called to see if I was doing okay and said to call if I needed anything that evening. I was having a lot of pain when I woke up. Luckily I had left-over expired Vicodin which I took anyways to ease the pain a bit. All in all, I cannot believe how many dentists I’ve had to endure through-out my life before I found Dr Dellisanti. I could not be happier with my choice and I applaud them for having such great patient-supportive staff!

Ok, so I’ve avoided dentist’s for over 3 years due to past experiences which have gone less than pleasant. As a result when I first came to see Dr. Dellisanti for my cleaning (which was amazing, my hygienist was gentle and kept the mood light) she told me that I had to get a bunch of cavities filled and I got super nervous, but she explained everything and I left feeling pretty good about things. When the day came to get a bunch of fillings all at once I was pretty nervous, and the assistant could easily tell that my nerves were getting the better part of me. They went out of their way to make me comfortable and actually made me feel like it was perfectly normal to having laughing gas for something as routine as a few fillings. I can honestly say it was easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist getting work done. What surprised me even more was that Dr. Dellisanti personally called me around 7pm despite the fact that their office closed at 4pm to see how I was doing and asked how everything was feeling. I have never had a doctor personally call me after any procedure to see how I was doing. Everyone at this office, from the front desk staff, to the dental hygienists, to the assistants to Dr. Dellisanti is amazing and it’s by far one of the easiest medical offices I’ve worked with. While I’ve only been in for 3 visits they have already greatly calmed down my fears of going to the dentist and have done great work so far, I can’t recommend this office enough.

Omg what a great dentist. The best I ever had. After being discouraged from fixing my short worn teeth from several dentists at other offices, Dr Dellisanti took on the task. She referred me to an orthodontist to align my teeth first and then made a full upper arch for me out of zirconia crowns. They are amazing. Thank you so much. It’s been life changing. Dr Alice coordinated the whole process with my orthodontist making it a breeze.

Dr. Dellisanti and her entire office staff are amazing! They’re friendly, comforting and accommodating. She’s the best dentist I’ve ever had!! I’d totally recommend her for any dental work you need done, including a general dentist. She and her staff are like family. Clean office and great location too!!

Best dentist ever! After a less than desirable experience at another downtown dentist where they gave me a huge estimate for the work I needed done- I came to Downtown Seattle Dentists and not only was the same work more than half the price, but the staff is awesome! Dr. Delissanti is so nice and does the work super quick and Shannon her assistant is also great. The receptionist Kris is wonderful as well. I really like coming to the dentist because they make me feel at home. I highly recommend coming here!

Wow, this is truly the best dental office I’ve encountered. The office staff is extremely organized, smart in dealing with insurance, and helpful with scheduling issues. Billing is transparent with questions answered clearly and quickly. Dr. Alice Dellisanti definitely knows what she is doing. She is thorough, skilled, and thoughtful. Most recently I had a crown done and didn’t feel a thing. She personally called later that day to check in on how I was feeling- that’s unheard of today! I highly, highly recommend Downtown Seattle Dentists. It is a pleasure to be a patient there

I really can’t think of a thing to complain about. The receptionists are friendly, efficient, and helpful with insurance matters. I get reminders by text and email so no annoying automated phone calls. Dr Dellisanti is a GEM and I think I would follow her to any office in Washington State if she moves. She is very gentle and warm. I had two fillings this morning and it was a perfectly pleasant experience- not what I ever expect to say after going to the dentist. She also called this afternoon to check in on me (she did that after my last round of fillings too, now that I think about it). AND they give out parking tokens to ease the cost of parking downtown. I won’t dread going back to this office next time I need dental help.

I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Dr. Dellisanti for 6 years now and you will never meet a kinder, more caring individual. Dr. Dellisanti is one of those rare people who have such a calming and reassuring presence that makes patients more confident and less fearful about going to the dentist. Alice is a compassionate individual who is very meticulous about her work… but what really stood out is her ability to strike up an instant rapport with everyone she meets. She really does make you feel like part of the family, which is why my family and I trust Dr. Dellisanti with all of our oral health needs- and why you should too!

Moving to a new city can be difficult as all your previous trusted professionals must be discovered and replaced by new ones. I found this group of friendly professionals through Yelp. I requested a cleaning/check-up with Dr. Dellisanti through recommendations of yelp and couldn’t have been happier. I had Anna as my hygienist, who was super gentle with my cleaning and informed me of what was happening each step of the way. She made sure I was okay throughout the procedure and made the whole process go by quickly. I also loved chatting with her overall, she was so sweet! Unfortunately, I had developed some cavities and had to get some fillings with Dr. Dellisanti. Dr. Dellisanti had a last minute cancellations so the staff was able to fit me in for fillings the very next day. I was nervous (as usual) for the procedure, but Dr. D and her assistant (Marin sp?, who was equally as sweet and friendly/chatty) completed 4 fillings in record time – just under an hour after the local anesthesia kicked in, and were very friendly/entertaining the entire time. I was delighted at how quickly the procedure went. Check in/check out was also a breeze; the ladies at the front desk are efficient with working your insurance, and ensuring you’re aware of your upcoming appointments. Will definitely be returning here as long as I can!

I’ve always been nervous at a dentist office, but I haven’t been since choosing Downtown Seattle Dentists! The level of transparency they provide is amazing, I never have to wonder what I am paying for or what to expect from any given appointment. I’ve had a couple cavities filled here, and though I am usually tough to numb, they got it done in one try! No pain at all really! I would gladly recommend this place to my friends and family!

Dr. Alice Dellisanti is excellent, as is her entire office. My boyfriend and I have each completed a cleaning with Downtown Seattle Dentists, and I’ve revisited for additional dental work–Dr. Dellisanti personally called me the afternoon following my procedure to see how I was feeling and if my bite felt ‘normal’ now that the numbness had worn off (amazing and thorough service). The people who manage the front-desk and scheduling are so on top of things–professional but warm, and extremely efficient. They quickly followup with insurance providers to get exact pricing and coverage plans, helping people to decide and prioritize upcoming dental-work. Separate from the in-person service and attention to detail, I like that they don’t push you for extra procedures–just what you need and what will act as preventative care. As a testament to how great this office is, my entire team is now going to Dr. Dellisanti!

I had a great dentist for 15 years then had to move to King County. I went to a few dentists before I found Downton Seattle Dentists and was disappointed for a variety of reasons. After an abusive marriage I had an anxiety disorder resulting in severe tooth grinding and gnashing — ending up with deep gum pockets (4’s and 5’s) and some chipped teeth. Downtown Seattle Dentists accepted my anxiety outbreaks. They patiently monitored my teeth for a year per my request, while I worked to reduce my grinding and gnashing. After a year of healing the gum pockets are now mostly 3’s and 2’s with a few 1’s. Dr. Dellisanti does not pressure me  into repairing teeth that I am not ready to. I appreciate Vickey asking me if I have any concerns that I want her to look at while I’m there and keeping me informed of every step of my appointment.
