I discovered Dr. Amy’s Dental office through this very Google profile. I needed to get some work done and wasn’t fond of my last dentist. A dentist office isn’t most peoples favorite place to spend hours of their life, so I wanted to make sure I found a top notch dentist AND staff. If you read most dentists or any doctor’s yelp reviews for that matter, you will find most reviews will read something like “I love Dr. So-and-So, but ….!” I am so happy to report that not only is Dr. Amy a careful, caring and quality dentist, the front office staff and dental hygienist are equally friendly, caring and amazing. It really is the best dentist office I have ever experienced, and they go above and beyond to make sure you are having the best experience. Always asking if I want water or coffee when I first get there. Here’s an example. I needed a filling and the Dr. said it will take about 30 minutes. So I arrive for my appointment and the smiling office staff give me a warm greeting and have me sign in. Two minutes later I’m sitting in my chair and the Dr. is administering anesthetic. When the Dr. is actually drilling she is constantly giving me breaks to close my mouth and rest my jaw. Not sure why this is the first dentist in my life to be so considerate, because you’d think this would be standard practice. 20 minutes later I’m rinsing and making my follow up appointment. A day later I receive a call from the staff, checking on me to make sure I don’t have any pain or discomfort. Never in my life have I had a follow up call a day later to check on my well being. And there have been a few times where I could have used one! It really doesn’t get any better than this. If you’re looking for a new dentist, Dr. Amy’s Dental Office is highly recommended!

I typically don’t write reviews but I chipped my front tooth a couple of days ago and was freaking out that it would break further. I called Dr. Amy’s Dental office and they got me in right away. I have to say that they run a well oiled machine here! From the moment I got there I saw smiling faces and happy staff. It makes such a difference when you don’t have grumpy people all over the office (I don’t think they are faking it). Dr. Amy did an amazing job. She took her time and I you cannot tell at all that I have a filling on my tooth. She listened to me without getting annoyed or upset with this horrible ordeal I was feeling. Some other dentists just tell you “it’s fine” or “you’ll get used to it” but Dr. Amy took her time to make it perfect!!! Thank you Dr. Amy’s Dental for making me feel amazing again!!

Dr Amy and her team are Awesome! They genuinely care about you and your family. They are patient & take the time to answer your questions and educate you about proper care of your teeth. Everyone is a great to talk and laugh with. It’s a fun, positive and enjoyable place that makes you feel like you are in great hands. One of her hygienist, Dania is great. Professional, personal and makes the experience a fun and positive one every time I go. The back office Marcos is amazing! Maria and Michelle are wonderful as well. They know everything about you, your family, and can answer to every question. Very personal & professional, fun to laugh with and has a wealth of knowledge when dealing with benefits. Dr. Amy is…AMAZING!!! Every time I have been there for a cleaning, she visits and makes sure everything is great. Asks about my family, makes me feel welcomed and always makes herself available. Overall, always a great experience that I know my family is in great hands with people that care about you and it shows every time I talk on the phone with them and walk in the office. So if you are looking for a new dentist or in need of better positive experience with a dentist, your search is over. Give Dr. Amy a call and experience why they are the standard in dentistry that everyone is aiming for.

Dentist appointments make me nervous, especially when I know I haven’t been taking care of my teeth. After having Dr. Nabi work on my teeth, I would not be nervous to go to my next check-up. The staff are amazing. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and quick to address any concerns. They even called me the day after my appointment to make sure I was doing okay! Dr. Nabi and the ladies in the back are knowledgeable, friendly, and work quickly. Dr. Nabi made sure to explain what was going on and most importantly, she saved my teeth, rather than just yanking them. The procedures were almost painless- she was quick to administer anesthetic if I let her know I was in pain. Thank you, Dr. Nabi!

I was in desperate need of a dentist, and chose Dr. Amy’s because it was close to home. I was nervous to go, but was immediately put at ease. The office had amazing reviews from everyone I spoke with. I was in and out with a temporary crown in just under 2 hours. I was expecting the worst, and let my nerves get the best of me. The dentist was so nice, and she made me feel so safe and comfortable. Her assistant Marcos was so knowledgeable, kind and made me feel so much better about the entire experience. I dreaded going because I was embarrassed that I hadnt been to the dentist in so long, and now Im so thankful to have found a dentist who is so good at her job. I go back next week for the permanent crown, and will be sure to schedule regular cleanings with this wonderful woman and her staff.

I will never go to another dentist!! Dr. Amy is the absolute best! She is an incredible dentist, but even more than that, she is an amazing person. I always feel so comfortable going to see her, even when I know I’ve been bad about flossing or am feeling uneasy because of some other issue like grinding my teeth or cavities. Her bedside manner is unparalleled and she is honest and straightforward with me about my dental care which I appreciate. She also remembers details of things I’ve told him from previous visits, from personal life to health concerns, which is really nice. She takes her time with you during your appointments and you can tell he genuinely CARES about his patients, which is a rare and valuable find in any doctor. I was having an issue with grinding my teeth at night so I was fitted with a custom night guard to wear while sleeping. I had one previously from another dentist that I never wore because it was uncomfortable. However, Dr. Amy assured me they would use the softest material available and cut the new one down if needed to make sure it was something I would actually wear to protect my teeth. I love my night guard!! I can’t sleep without it now. It really does help so much. I also appreciate that they will clean it for me for free when I bring it in during my cleanings. I had a few fillings done as well, and they were a complete breeze. I recently went in for my bi-annual cleaning and the hygienist who performed the cleaning and took my x-rays was exceptional. I’ve never had such a positive experience before and thought she was just an absolutely sweetheart. The front office staff are also extremely kind and helpful, and billing has always been easy with my insurance. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and modern. It looks beautiful and I can tell Dr. Amy has put a lot of effort into making it great! If you are scared of going to the dentist, you won’t be after going here. Taking care of your teeth is so important and I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Amy!

I am currently post root-canal. So thankful I found these people! Third time in one year is a charm. Forget the BIG idea, that Dr. Amy is an incredible dentist, amazing starts with the small things. I absolutely appreciated her expertise and skills, but let me tell you about her staff: from the moment I called to make my first appointment to the moment I left the building, they really know how to take care of their patients. I truly appreciate the girls at the front. They have a high standard of customer service. The place is neat, tidy, clean and more than anything, the people seem to enjoy working there! There is plenty of staff to look after you. I truly felt cared for and my favorite? I loved how Dr. Amy took her time (never felt rushed) to explain to me the intricacies of my dental situation and the options. Never felt pushed, but rather, empowered to make my own decisions. Thanks team–truly appreciate your care.

Dr. Amy is very nice, she doesn’t keep you waiting long and is very easy to understand when she is explaining what is going on with your teeth. The office is very cute and decorated nice and modern. They offer water and coffee while you wait but ive never waited longer than 2 minutes. They also gave me a beautiful gift bag with all sorts of goodies in it including a toothbrush my first visit (with Dr. Amy Nabi’s name on it, pretty freakin cool) Everything is great here but the real jewels of this establishment are the rest of the staff. The dental assistants and front office that I have encountered on both, my visit and my husband’s visit are AMAZING! Super engaging, very friendly, and knowledgeable. I don’t know if you can request specific people but if you can pick Marcos!! I actually enjoy going to the dentist because of him!!! If you are looking for a new dentist for any reason I highly recommend Dr. Amy’s Dental Office for everyone of any age!

I cannot begin to say how much I have enjoy going to Dr. Amy’s and her staff! They are beyond friendly, accommodating and helpful. The dentist office is beautiful and has a family-like feeling, and Dr. Amy really goes the extra mile to deliver a personalized experienced for her patients. There was a time when I was running late after getting in a car accident and they were so understanding. Dr. Amy truly cares about the well-being of her patients and her work quality is stellar. I also appreciated that her staff is willing to go the extra mile to do their research with my insurance company – Metife – to determine my health benefits. I was informed transparently ahead of time how much my co-pays will be, and what is/isn’t covered by my insurance. It’s the kind of transparency you wish all dentists had, because nobody likes receiving an unforeseen bill in the mail. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!.
