Dr. Boudaie and the Family Dentistry crew are rock stars. I’ve been coming here every six months for approximately four years and, every time, I feel like I’m seeing family. They are intelligent, thorough, friendly, and communicate their suggestions with respect. I’ve had root canals, cavity fillings, small composite fixes, a mouth guard molding, and an Invisalign exam. They partner with other agencies to provide affordable solutions for more expensive “tune-ups” and will perform multiple procedures during a single check-up to keep your office visits to a minimum. They even have an in-house orthodontist, which is incredible convenient. Every visit is far more than a check-up. I leave having learned something new about my teeth and how to keep them healthy for as long as possible. Thank you, Dr. Boudaie and crew. I’ll be seeing you again soon!

I am a longtime customer of Dr. Boudaie’s dental practice and it’s my favorite place for dentistry. First, it’s very convenient for bus riders, served by the 165 on Vanowen St. and by the 152 on Vineland. Second, if I need any additional services, most of the time, the specialist comes to this location so I don’t need to travel all over the place, just to here. Third, the service I get from their staff and dental people is great! They have good technology, they smile, they look happy to be there, which is a sign of good management as well. They stand behind their work and they serve people of all ages, from young to old. Also, of course they have Spanish and English, but if you need dental work with someone who speaks another language, give them a ring, they might have someone who can help you. It makes me feel good to be one of their customers.

Dr. Boudaie is an exceptional dentist! He’s experienced, gentle, smart, and makes every visit a real pleasure – which is rare to say about going to the dentist! I’m basically writing a BOOK so if you don’t like to read and isn’t interested in how wonderful this office is…DON’T stop! Please read! I feel like I was told I CAN NEVER WALK AGAIN AND MIRACULOSLY WALKING IN THIS OFFICE I’M RUNNING A MARATHON! Okay! Let’s begin! First of all let me begin with how thankful I am with this office!!!… I am 6 1/2 months pregnant! And about 5 days ago I started to get these really bad toothaches! ( felt like someone was electricating my brain!, I felt like I was in the movie HOSTEL getting tortured!) … REAL HORRIBLE PAIN!… anything that touched my tooth would set up triggers that would “ZING” all the way up to my brain! And for some reason I thought the right side of my face would go in a stroke and stay stuck of the pain I was in! … I wasn’t able to eat! Or drink water! That’s how bad it was! It was in my FIRST MOLAR. so I looked for dental offices that I could walk in and Get this pain out right away!.. so I found DR. BOUDAIE’S family dentistry! Omg!!!… EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS OFFICE IS BEYOND YOUR EXPECTATIONS! FROM FRONT TO THE VERY BACK!!! KARLA! The front desk and treatment coordinator! I LOVE HER!!! How comfortable and quick she worked to get me in right away from the pain look in my face she saw! As if she was in my shoes! She is a soother! I am scared of dentist! To begin with! And a big belly and my nerves were not helping! She comforted me, I want to say SOOTHED me like baby! Hahaha! So that I can be at ease once they called me to the back!… SECOND! They call me in! Idk the girls name but she had red hair and called me to take some exrays on the side I was in pain! Very nice girl! ( GOSH THE ENTIRE STAFF! WAS INCREDIBLE!) … then right after I went to the exam room! My boyfriend was with me so I won’t feel alone.. but I honestly think I didn’t need to Bring him with me since everyone treated me like family there. The assistants ELI & ROSA ARE AMAZING IN CONFORTING ANYONE THAT WALKS IN WITH FEAR! They are there by your side! And FINALY DR. BOUDAIE & DR. KARINEH OOMMGG!!! GOD DOCTORS! I was in heaven on earth! I was terribly scared when they told me I had a HUGE CAVITY AND NEEDED AN EMERGENCY ROOT CANAL! … ROOT CANAL??!!! My heart raced as fast as it could to get out of my body!… anyone that hears ROOT CANAL immediately hears “pain! Extreme pain” that’s what I I heard when they said root canal! Okay! So right then and there once the BEAUTIFUL KARLA CAME IN TO TALK “BUSINESS” bahaha.. YOU KNOW! to tell me how my insurance worked and what was covered and what not!… okay, very affordable! And everything she said that was needed to be done to take care of my painful torture tooth sounded so relieving! Specially in the caring tone of voice she used to not scare me ( not with the prices but because if the fear in my face she kept looking at!) she was very gentle and very specific without force! to me was LET’S DO IT! Finally! Once they started to prep me! OMGGGGG!!! The fear came back! And there you go! DR. BOUDAIE STARTED ME on cleaning out the infection I had in my tooth that was causing so much pain! He was sooo caring and gentle made me feel very comfortable to be in that chair as the machines went OF to file my tooth! …the procedure wasn’t all done that day because I did have a lot of infection so we finished it up with dr. Karineh! She is everything to me!!! I was scared to go back because of the pain that I did feel from the cleaning out of infection I had … I’m not gonna lie I did feel a little of the procedure.. until dr. BOUDAIE put lidocaine on me.. anyways dr. Karineh! Very patient and understanding of my situation! And talked me trough the entire root canal and I felt ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! No pain! NOTHING! I was so relaxed and felt very comfortable to be her patient! She finished very quickly! I have to say this was the best experience I’ve had in a doctors office ever!!! I couldn’t be thankful enough!! I don’t know what I would have done if I didn’t pick up the phone and called! And Karla was very wonderful over the phone and in person!

I am always greeted with a smile by staff. They are very helpful and always there for you. The check-in / check out/ treatment planning process runs so smooth. Being raised by a dentist, I was used to excellent service and dental work. After so many many years, I finally found the dentist that I trust and who treats all of us with respect. Dr. Boudaie’s staff always has a smile and are efficient and diligent in the care of our teeth. Lacey is wonderful helping you always to arrange treatment and outlining any work that needs to be done. Dr. Asley and Dr. Boudaie as well as their associates are skilled in taking care in working on your teeth, your gums and any other dental work you may need. They have a wonderful team you can trust. I recommend them highly to everyone because they truly care about you as a patient and your dental needs.

I hate to talk crap about a Dr. Being I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years, but….. My son drove here from No. CA to attend an appt today for his best friend John. John is in a long term facility from a motorcycle accident almost 2 yrs ago. The facility he is in made arrangements for John to be taken there by ambulance for dental care. John sat in the reception area on his guerney with my son Matt for an hour. As Matt was getting agitated that they were not taking John in to be treated, he was finally told that they were not set up to see John because he was on a guerney. This dental office was fully made aware prior to visit the circumstances. How can any office with a conscious watch a young guy half sitting up on a guerney in a reception room just sit there. People staring at him etc. I am appalled at the facility for doing this to a person. The lack of respect shown to a patient etc. This Dr. should be ashamed of himself for not doing all he can to assist this young man. It’s called giving back, I am sure he would not think so kindly of going to a Dr.s office or emergency room with a broken arm or laceration, bleeding all over or sitting there with his Fractured whatever, then told, we have more urgent patients to attend to, you will need to wait another couple hours if you want to be treated. I dont think he would take to that kindly. So Shame on you Dr., office manager, assistants and receptionist for showing such disrespect for an invalid patient.

I guess I’m spoiled by the doctors/dentists that I had in my hometown. (LA has been challenging to find high caliper health care professionals like I’m used to.) I found this dentist through my insurance network. The reviews were good, and I’m trusting my teeth with them so good reviews are essential. Nevertheless experiences I’ve had in LA had me going in very skeptical. Much to my surprise, I really like these dentists. Every employee that I’ve come across has been nice and trustworthy. I try to find something not to like, but really they fit the bill for what I need from a dentist: courteous but direct, explain things well, trustworthy, respect my time. I’ve had 2 of my 6-month cleanings here, and I plan to keep coming back. Give them a try!
