This pediatric dentist & his staff are OUTSTANDING!! If you are looking to start your child’s dentistry, Dr. Duga never forgets a face and his staff is absolutely wonderful with children. I have four children who have all been seeing Dr. Duga since they were little and three of them are grown now all with healthy teeth & beautiful smiles. They have always enjoyed coming here!!!

Our first visit was expected to be a great experience based upon what we have read. Once inside the atmosphere was geared towards a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for kids. And even an interesting setup for the parents. It was superb, to be honest. We were able to be apart of the experience to not only ease our minds ( what parent doesn’t always worry about pain their child goes through), but it was setup to be an enjoyable, fun, and relaxing environment for the kids as well! I wish all dentist would be so wonderful! Thank you for the amazing experience, and for the opportunity to show my child that taking care of your teeth can be fun and healthy!

I give Dr. Duga & Dr. Feeney 5 stars because they are incredibly patient and parent focussed. They offer fun activities and games for the kids while they wait and a quiet reading space for parents, although we don’t ever have to wait more than 5 minutes past our appt time to be called back. As a whole, the staff is amazing with children. My oldest son has special needs and we have been going there for more than 10 years, seeing the same hygienist every time (because he interacts very well with her). The staff has been there for a long time so you know they are treated well and that is nice to know you can count on them to be there at every visit. The two doctors are equally great. They are very informative but not pushy at all. They make suggestions, give you a heads up for the future and point you in the right direction if you need a specialist. TV’s in the ceiling with access to cable channels and two movies is what my kids look forward to. As a mom, I love the attention my little ones get and the education about how to brush, how often and what you need to do to keep your teeth healthy. I would highly recommend them to anyone with children.

This was our first visit with Dr Duga. The office is clean, modern, child friendly.My 10 year old was a bit nervous but felt at ease once seated and offered to watch a movie of his choice. The staff were amazing, friendly, caring and professional. Dr Duga was great, excellent rapport with my son, explained and answered all questions in a laid back, calming manner. We are so glad to have a new dental home here!

We moved to Sarasota Co. and we still make the drive to Dr.Duga and Dr.Feeney. I cannot say enough positives about the practices here. I was an assistant for many years at this office. What you see is how they truly are. They are informative without pressuring into any extras. When recommendations are made I can choose what I feel is best without feeling guilty. It is very uncomfortable to be at an office where you are not allowed in the back with your child. Not here, parents, guardians are welcome to come on back. Sometimes my kids like the independence of me staying in the lobby. It is wonderful to hear your child say you can stay here. I’ll be back! I also love how they explain the X-ray to me if they are taken (it is not something everyone is familiar with). So I appreciate that they talk about the images and it is digital so much easier to see. My children are always comfortable going to the dentist and look forward to it. All of the staff is great from checkin to checkout. We highly recommend this office!

Excellent and caring staff!! Dr. Duga is the only dentist my sons know. We have been with him for 20 years. My oldest is in graduate school now .. my youngest is 11. Good dental care is very important to me. My sons go to the office every four months for cleanings. My sister brings her sons to Dr. Duga too. This is the best pediatric dentist office in Tampa.

I don’t post a lot of reviews, so when I do, it’s because I am so impressed that it is worth taking a few minutes out of my totally chaotic day to give credit where credit is due. We have four boys and they’re nuts! Every time I visit the office, we are accepted and understood and they will work with us behind the scenes to make sure I am not paying more out-of-pocket than necessary. But regardless of all of that… As someone who is terrified of the dentist myself, the relationship between the dentist, the hygienists, the office staff, and my children is of the upmost importance. I don’t think I could give a higher recommendation than I can for Dr. Duga and his staff. Doesn’t matter what your situation or who you are… This is in an establishment that is perfect for everyone. There are not enough words in the English language to describe Dr Duga. He is by far the most phenomenal pediatric dentist ever!! Both my kids started going to him at the age where you typically see a dentist for the first time. My son is now 21 and he has autism. Dr Duga from the very beginning has shown nothing but patience and love on my son. My daughter who is almost 12 has also been with Dr Duga from the time she started going to the dentist. She absolutely loves Dr Duga and looks forward to seeing him. The office staff is wonderful as well and the office is warm and inviting with lots of things for the kids to do. I am so very grateful to have Dr. Duga in my kids lives as well as my own. His personality and smile is absolutely infectious and he keeps me and the kids laughing whenever we see him. I promise you if you choose talked to Duga you will not be disappointed. Your kids will adore him And will look forward to seeing their favorite dentist. My only wish is that he saw adults as well. I am so impressed with the loving care and patience we are shown each time we come! My daughter is SUPER apprehensive about everything to do with going to the dentist, but Yenny is always able to accomplish the task. Today Yenny and Ursula tag-teamed to get some sealants done in her mouth and they were simply WONDERFUL! Thank you ladies!! You rock! …and it’s always fun when Dr. Duga comes in. We’ve been going here for almost 4 years. First with our oldest and now with our youngest. It has always been a great experience. They make the experience wonderful and comfortable for both the kids and parents. My oldest is always looking forward to her appointments as the staff and Dr. Duga are super friendly and fun! We never feel pressured into any treatments. The treatment plans are discussed with the utmost respect for us. We had a minor dental emergency on a Friday night before Christmas. The office is extremely kid-friendly. The staff were prompt, friendly, and courteous. Dr. Duga was very polite to me during both visits, shaking my hand when he entered and left the exam room, and explaining the procedures and follow-up to me in a clear, succinct, professional manner. When I brought her in the second time, just to address my own personal concern regarding a potential dental issue, Dr. Duga performed a brief examination and gave me feedback without charging me a dime. I am very satisfied with this office and will continue to bring my children here for their dental needs!
