Greetings Dr. Gen and Orthodontics Staff, First impressions are big for me. Dr. Gen hired the perfect staff. During COVID-19 they are still exemplifying start of the art service. First getting temperature checked and sanitized upon entree. To getting an orientation tour of the orthodontist royal suite by Lauren. Lauren was so vibrant, professional and throughly informed my daughter and I of what to expect and where things were at. She made us feel at home and part of the ortho-family. Then Dr. Gen came and gave EXCLUSIVE (personal yet private) professional yet fun consultation. It felt good to see a Doctor who is passionate about what he does with such ease and witty enough to give an efficient assessment. At this time we were going to wait in waiting room to be called back to get installation of braces. We sat down then they call us back. Did you hear that. As my daughter was getting her braces in the same day and it took no time at all. Dawn is an open book. At the end everything she had discussed was on written paper. She with ease conveyed with the simplicity of information that did not seem over bearing. As we had completed our care and was taken to the front desk Tiffany made sure we were taken care of. She was pleasantly professional answering the phone, greeting the ortho- parents and child. As we w not to take out picture at the smile marble my phone lens was not clear and Allison can with the paparazzi photo lens. She took a great picture and shared a better copy with me. This may not seem like much to some but with all that is happening in the world it was the genuine warmth from people whom care to be DIFFERENT and making a DIFFERENCE in clean Quarantine Orthodontics Adventure. Dr. Gen is simply the best. I just finished 3 years of treatment and I get nothing but compliments on my smile. As an older patient, I was a little hesitant about getting braces in my 40’s but Dr. Gen took the time to make sure that I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. Everyone from Dr.Gen down to his assistants was very caring, and seemed to genuinely care about how my smile would end up looking. There was a point in time where I was supposed to get my braces off, but things had shifted a slight bit and my smile was 98% good. He said I could technically get my braces off, and broke down what it would meen and gave me the choice, but pushed to keep them on. The fact that he wasn’t satisfied with a 98%, made me not satisfied either so I kept them on, and would have made the mistake of taking them off of it wasn’t for him. 10/10, go to Dr.Gen!

I had the Invisalign treatment through DR. Gen. Dr. Gen and the staff were always very friendly and efficient. They treated me like a friend as well as like a patient. They explained the full procedure and cost before starting my treatment and then kept me well informed along the way. When I received my first set of Invialigns I had some questions after a day or two and since Dr. Gen was going to be out of town in a few days they were able to schedule and appointment for me before he left to answer my questions. The treatment turned out just as I expected. Overall I had a very good experience.

All professionals ( doctors in other disciplines, or matter of fact, any business) should use Dr. Gen as a case study and understand how to run his/her business. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Gen and his wonderful staff! As both an adult who had orthodontic treatment from Dr. Gen, and as a parent with a child who is in braces, I have a unique perspective. Dr. Gen takes the time to explain and make sure that his patients understand what’s going on. He’s also a perfectionist and, in the orthodontic business, this is a very good thing. Each and every staff member that I have encountered here – the wonderful ladies at the front desk, the office staff, the hygienists, and the orthodontic assistants – have always been kind, professional, friendly and overall excellent. The wait times here are minimal and the office is clean and modern. I began my braces journey in another state; however, part way through, a job change brought my family to Ohio. Dr. Gen truly made this transition as easy as it could be. Dr.Gen is professional and caring and really goes the extra mile to make sure that his patients are happy and satisfied. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gens since I was a teenager I am 28 now. I had to get braces for the second time because of my own neglect. But Dr. Gen is amazing! He is the only one I will let near my teeth. I couldn’t even move out of Ohio without seeing him for a second time. He’s a perfectionist and he has made my smile perfect. He not only overachieves at perfecting anyone and everyone’s smile, he helps people like me boost their confidence from a 0 to 100. The best experience, wonderful and professional staff and Dr.Gen is and absolute magician. The way my daughter was taken care of from day one all the way up until she had her retainers is unbelievably easy convenient, they really do go above and beyond to make their clients feel comfortable. Both Mayfield in Twinsburg offices have top notch amenities and comfort features that I have yet to see in another dental or orthodontics office.
