Its hard to describe how happy and satisfied I am with Dr. Kouz and the staff at Dr. Gregory Robin’s office. They are caring, polite, courteous, helpful, welcoming, patient, resourceful and despite the distance I am willing to drive out to them for my families dental needs and mine. They have great hours that help work around my schedule. Have great payment plans and suggestions about what procedures are most needed and break down the prices in a way that they are not just trying to sell you things but actually care for your health and really explain the options for each procedure. I wish I would have known them before having had bad experiences with two previous dental offices who actually were just out to get my money by starting procedures (despite looking and feeling like a mess) and hooking me into paying before getting the procedure done. My experience here was total night and day. They explained how to fix the situation, were understanding considering the previous two dental office’s had ripped me off and I was short on money (because I don’t have dental insurance coverage). Came up with a plan and got to work. They had me fixed in no time and shortly after I brought my mom, my sister, my husband, my mother-in-law and my brother-in-law. It is not common to hear of great Dentist’s to go to but am so glad that I found mine along with a wonderful staff who actually recognize you and greet you when you come in through the door and the back office staff are just as lovely and make you feel so comfortable. So beyond happy and relieved to have found them!!!!!!!

I love the doctors and the staff, because they treat the patients like family, and it’s just so awesome to have good friends like that in the world. I would go to Greggory Robbins for all my dental needs.

They made my 70-year old mother feel very comfortable and relaxed, which is not easy to do when we’re talking about my mother.   She really likes her dentist, Dr. Kous, who took plenty of time to explain to her what needed to be done and all of her different options. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. Another staff member,Annie, to our surprise,  even called my mother  a few hours later on the same day of her dental work  to check on how she was doing…. which were big brownie points with mom.  I can easily see us going back for future dental work at Dr. Robins.

This place is amazing and honest! Clean office front and back. Front office staff members are very helpful, friendly and kind. Technicians/dental assistants are also very friendly, patient and fast when taking your x-rays; no time to gag. They made feel very comfortable and relaxed when I was being worked on. We (self, son & daughter-in-law) had previously visited Western Dental & Downtown Dental. Wetern dental told my son he had 17 cavities and told my daughter-in-law that she had 5. WDO told me they would need to do a deep cleaning to my teeth and I had to get my tooth pulled because it was not worth repairing and I would need to get a dental implant. Dr. Robin’s office said my tooth needed a root canal but it definitely could be saved. My son ended up having 5 small cavaties not 17 and a deep cleaning. They saved me a lot of money and a ton of headaches. So glad my sister told me about this place, it’s definitely worth the drive (I live past Moreno Valley). Speacial shout out to Anani, Diane, Jackie, Jannet, Arvin, Grace and Dr. Tricia Bato. Wonderful peaple!!!

I just want to Thank everyone !!! My tooth cracked and I was in pain, I saw another dentist and was told I would have to wait to get an authorization to get my dental work done, so then I decided to call Dr. Gregory Robbins office and I spoke with Cindy who was so very nice and helpful, she spoke with my insurance, got all my work approved and got me an appointment with their oral surgeon Dr. Apell who was awesome! When I went in the day before my extraction I got a check up and I was in pain and nervous about the extraction, my nurse Xóchil was super sweet, and comforting and that was exactly what I needed, she told me how the procedure would be and again reassured me. I can honestly say that Cindy, Jackie and Janet were all so welcoming and nice. I was joking with them telling them I would rather have a baby before I have dental work done. The day of my extraction I went in I was greeted nicely and taken in for my procedure, Dr Apel explaned and him and the nurse did my extraction and let me tell you it was nothing like I imagined, it hurt very little and was so quick !!! I couldn’t believe I was done in like 10 minutes and was given gauze, instructions and and an ice pack. Today I woke up feeling very little discomfort and I just got a call from Janet from there asking how I’m feeling: . All I can say is I highly recommend this dental office to everyone and anyone. I’m so glad I decided to call them for my dental work. I have my xrays and checkup soon.

Even though the sound of the drill sends chill down my spine… I have to say the entire staff @ This family dentistry is Top Notch! Professional friendly employees, clean facility, informative, gentle & very professional. They explain in detail work needing to be done & give you pricing up front so it’s Not a surprise afterward. I Love this Dentist office. Bravo to the staff @ Gregory Robbins practice for a job well done.

My family and I have been coming to this dentist for six years now. I no longer live in the area so last summer; I tried a local dentist who also had great reviews. I wasn’t a fan and never went back after I got my X-rays done. We now make the 30-40 minute drive over to Dr. Robins West Covina office at least once a month for Ortho treatments, every six months for checkups and cleanings, and when we have dental emergencies like I did last Wednesday, they accommodated me. Their office staff is amazing, actually all of their staff is. I always recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all for your great customer service.

I trust these people with my life. They are so friendly and professional. My teeth are so important to me and they always recommend the best for them. Anani was such a sweet heart and made me feel like I was at home!  Thanks Dr. Robbins and staff for everything !!!

Just this past weekend my son had a horrible accident at a local football field causing injury to is two front teeth (permanent teeth). One of his teeth broke in half and the other was pushed back out of place. Honestly, we didn’t know what to do. Should we take in the the ER? Will there be a physician on staff that can make the repair? Is there a dentist office open on a Sunday and can see my son in a state of emergency??? We had no idea… After several attempts of searching for offices open on a weekend (and there are several who say they are open, but really aren’t) we finally found Dr. Gregory Robins office. We called and they agreed to see my son. We got there with about 2 minutes of them closing. Still, they took my son in immediately. X-rays were taken and a he was seen by a few different doctors. A form of treatment was decided and they got straight to work. Not only did they do a great job, but the dentist who performed the treatment went above and beyond for my son. The best part of this visit is my son left the office with a smile and happy. If I could give this practice 10 stars I would they earned every one!! Thank you to the staff and all who helped my son. We are completely grateful.

My husband has had several failed dental implants over many years costing lots of money thinking they were from reputable dentists.  After all the money we spent and failures, I researched and talked to other neighbors and found out Dr. Robin’s name and practice and all the specialist that he uses.So he finally went to Dr. Robin’s practice. So over the last few years my husband has used a few of his specialists there and his main one was Dr. Horwizt who made his dental implants absolutely perfect after years of failures and lots of wasted money and he had the most happy reviews a referrals to say about him.  Ok, forward ahead a few years later, I’m his wife, Heidi, never had a cavity, cap, crown, bridge, anything in my life, but was in a car accident recently on a Friday night and chipped my two front teeth off and it was pretty devastating to me.  My husband insisted I call Dr. Robin’s office first thing Saturday morning, they are so professional and open Saturday and Sunday’s for emergency’s and could see me immediately that weekend. I was so impressed that could fit me right in and they had so many different specialist almost all on duty on the weekends also. I first went for a check-up and x-rays ,I met all the ladies at the front desk, the office manager is so sweet, Annie, I called before they opened one morning and left a message and she called me back immediately when they opened. I don’t want to leave any names out, I hope I don’t because they are all wonderful.  There’s Diane, Cindy, Janet, Jackie and of course Annie, even though I’ve talked to them all and they are all so knowledgable and have answered all of my questions, Diane Ward stands out the most to me because I’ve spoken to her the most.  I think I’ve called her a zillion times with some pretty silly questions, that are silly to me being a first time patient, but to her, she made me feel so at ease, answered them completely or would go ask the Dr. what I should do.  I was embarrassed how many times I called but everyone there is so polite.  First I had x-rays with Sally and she was a doll and so gentle and fun, laughing while I tried to talk with things in my mouth, then Jzessika cleaned my teeth and it was the most gentle I’ve ever had it done it my life and I would go there JUST FOR THAT!!!  Dr. Kouz was the Dr. who fixed my broken teeth with veneers.  It was a couple of visits.  His dental techs were Xochitl, Arkin, and Rose, they of course were all so gentle as well. Never having a cavity or anything done, I was a little scared and nervous going to have dental work done.  Dr. Kouz was an absolute dream.  The entire process, the whole time he and his techs worked on my was actually fun, I did try to talk and laugh, which probably annoyed them, but we all had fun and my teeth are more beautiful then they were before, makes me want to chip a couple of more teeth, hahaha, no just kidding, but, I hope I didn’t leave any names out, every single employee in that office is so nice and knowledgable.  It’s no wonder they’ve been in business for so many years. If you ever need to research reviews, go no further, this is the place to go and also refer friends and neighbors. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now.  They are the most stellar and professional dental practice around. KUDOS TO YOU ALL! THANKS FOR MY GREAT SMILE!!!
