I have been coming here for years to get my teeth whitened. The staff, especially Samantha, are always helpful, professional, and attentive. The office is always kept very clean, which is particularly important under the current circumstances. I’ve recommended a few friends whom have also come for their teeth whitening and had a positive experience. Highly recommended!!

I don’t usually take the time to post, but it’s so hard to find good people nowadays, I just had too! Dr. Jacquie is so sweet and really takes the time to understand all of your concerns. Having had a ton of dental work in the past, she made sure to fully be aware of what I needed and took great care of me!

Dr. Jacquie is a professional, empathetic dentist her staff provides spectacular five star service! She is very patient, I was never rushed and does every procedure efortlessly with no discomfort. After an invisalign treatment, annual whitenings and routine cleanings I’ve maintained a beautiful pearly white smile. I couldn’t be any happier, Dr. Jacquie is the best and I will recommend anybody who is looking for a great dentist to go to her.

I am someone who puts off going to the dentist as long as possible- especially the orthodontist. However, I had two issues plaguing me. One of my front teeth and shifted making it very hard to reach for standard brushing and cleaning. As a result it became extremely discolored. Dr. Jacquie Smiles’ team made me as comfortable as can be. They recommended Invisalign and once my treatment was complete, provided me with teeth whitening options. It was a quick and pain free process that gave me the outcome I was looking for. I never felt uncomfortable and now have no problem flashing my smile.

This is the only orthodontist that has corrected my smile to my expectations! Dr. Jacquie Smiles is the most pleasant, understanding, and detail oriented orthodontist you may come across. May other orthodontists couldn’t correct my smile with Invisalign or even basic braces. It’s been told that I needed to remove teeth, detach jawline and other sorts of madness. Dr. Jacquie has not removed or detach my jawline and I even kept my wisdom teeth in and my smile went from crowded, double-row to full award winning smile. This has been the best investment I’ve ever made and I am so glad I waited until I met with Dr. Jacquie and her staff… I am still a proud client of hers, she’s a must-see in getting a perfect smile. I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. Samantha was absolutely amazing, extremely gentle and knowledgeable on the process. Dr. Jacquie answered my questions and was very attentive. I was so happy with the result that I called the office that following Monday to tell them how much I loved it and how well Samantha cared for me.

The staff here is amazing! They are always sweet, honest and helpful. The office is clean and spa like, it feels so upscale. They are quick and professional with all services, I have had a consultation, cleaning and traditional braces installed. I love coming here, even for getting my braces tightened, which is unpleasant usually. They always want you to have a great experience, so always be honest and tell them what you want.

After months of deliberation and years of crooked teeth, Dr Jackie finally convinced me to just throw down, and get invisalign. This has honestly been the best decision i’ve ever made, with my teeth looking incredible in just 16 months. While I still have a bit left to do(about 6 months), you can tell the difference from the first month, and people haven’t stopped commenting on how nice my teeth look. In addition to the nice teeth, the staff here are great, and all know their stuff. Abby, Marie, and Dr. Jackie all play their part, and are all knowledgeable and skilled professionals who clearly take pride in their work. They conveniently have a satellite office in my hometown of Monroe, NY, and are very flexible with scheduling appointments and working around my schedule now that i’ve moved to Boston. I honestly went from being beyond ashamed of my smile (and VERY worried since I was nearing the end of my college career when I started) to loving taking pictures. If you’re on the fence – do it, and theres no better place than Dr. Jackie’s office.

We have both our daughters going through the process with Dr. Jackie and her team. The results we have seen with their smiles is amazing. We absolutely made the best choice going with Dr. Jackie and her team. From the consult through all of the different phases Dr. Jackie treated our girls like family. Her assistants are always great, friendly and kind. They are patient and explain every step of the process. The office staff put a great financing package together and always go out of their way to work with us. If you need braces don’t go anywhere else. Go to the best to see Dr. Jackie and her team.

If you are looking for a fantastic dentist, do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with Dr. Charms. I originally went to Dr. Jacquie Smiles for Invisialign, and had to get some dental work done afterwards that I had been putting off for a while. It was very convenient that I could see both an orthodontist and a dentist in the same space, and they both are on the same page when it comes to my teeth. I recently had a old filling taken out and replaced, as well as some cavities filled. The entire process was pain-free and Dr. Charms walked me through every step. He also provided me with useful information and did not make me feel bad as some dentists sometimes can. It sounds strange to say this – but I am actually looking forward to going back to the dentist!

This place is fantastic! The staff and Dr. Jacquie are great. After having consults with other orthodontists, I knew Dr. Jacquie was the right choice for me. Everything was explained thoroughly. I even got to see “my movie” of what my teeth will look like when I’m done! I am in treatment for four months now and I can’t believe the results I am seeing already
