Dr. Jayne Buttner and her entire staff make visiting the orthodontist a pleasant experience. She clearly cares about the quality of both service and patient’s results. She is very friendly, engaging, and professional. The Staff is amazing! You receive a thorough explanation of your individualized over-all treatment plan, and they work with you to make braces ‘fit your budget”. Each visit you are greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome by a friendly reception team. There is little to no wait in a clean & comfortable waiting room. Every Staff member knows you by name and makes you feel like a valued client. They all pay extreme attention to detail, as every step is explained before during and after appointments. Your comfort is of utmost importance to the entire team. A team is exactly what it is: they work together with the common goal of not only making your smile bigger & brighter, but they make you feel like family; involved and special. After each appointment the team thanks you for visiting their office, and makes sure that everything is OK and that you have scheduled your next appointment. They make you feel like they look forward to your next visit. All-in-all I couldn’t ask for a more positive experience

I think the fact that my kids enjoy going to the orthodontist speaks volume about the kindness and professionalism of the staff, the quality of their work and the welcoming environment of their practice. We especially appreciate the fact that they are very accommodating of all children regardless of abilities and/or limitations. Overall, we are very happy with this practice and so highly recommend Dr. Buttner’s office and staff.

Dr. Buttner provides excellent care for our daughters. Her staff are friendly, organized and the office runs on time. They take great care for impressions and bracket placement, and minor procedures that could be unpleasant. One daughter in particular is nervous and seems to require more time for explanation. Dr. Buttner is so patient and kind; excellent bedside manner. My daughters have had the best experience here and we are thankful for Dr. Buttner’s expertise. Their smiles are turning out amazing.
