Wow, Dr. Jennifer’s office blows me away every time we have an appointment.  It is hard to find healthcare offices with such an understanding for customer service and care for the patients.  I understand I have a teenager and he is not always doing what he is supposed to with brushing and wearing elastics, however Dr. Jennifer and her team always communicate the pros and cons to not participating in these important orthodontic steps and I fully understand where he is at with is orthodontics which I really appreciate as a parent.  I only wish I would have brought my other kids to her because being at other orthodontic offices with them in the past, I fully understand the importance of treatment, choosing the right doctor, and making sure the team that help the doctor provide the best service possible and they truly care.

I didn’t think that braces were possible for my 17 year old. Financially, time commitment and hassel. Enter Dr. Jennifer- I was able to see and manage the cost up front within one consultation appointment. All the records were taken in the office, no delay to connect with the dentist for x-rays etc. I appreciate the confidence and friendliness of the staff, particularly Kelly Wisner our care coordinator.

I travel from Thunder Bay, Ontario (yep all the way from Canada) for each visit to Dr. Jennifer’s office. Every trip is absolutely worth it. They are super accomodating for me knowing I travel from out of town and I have never had a problem. I go down about every two months and can do a quick trip or a longer weekend stay. (Tip: Use hotwire.com for hotels) Works out fantastic as a student, and even now as I work full-time. I got my braces on post teenager years so I came to this office for the iBraces (brace on the back of your teeth!) and I have been thoroughly impressed with the results. The entire staff is professional and friendly; not to mention extremely accomodating the first few visits when I would get lost on the way. I also get the same LDA’s each time so it’s great seeing a friendly face -it just shows the level of personal care they strive for. Cool Things I Constantly Cite: -Enter into the office and check-in… then take a *comfy seat* and plan the rest of your day using their *free wifi* on your own smartphone, iPad, OR one of their *iMacs*, then… -You can have your morning *coffee, tea, OR LATTE* (the barista in me approves) in the waiting room before your appointment… and don’t worry about that coffee breath because you can dash over to the -Brushing station just before they call you and use the cool neon coloured* pre-pasted toothbrushes*! -Once you’re all good to go, you can *collect tockens* each appointment. For kids, there’s LOTS to choose from… and for adults, still go for it! I’m saving mine for the *professional whitening system* at the end of my treatment. 😀 -And on your way out to help with that tense jaw (or just because) grab a *fresh fruit smoothie/slushie* to go. The cold does wonders after those first few adjustments. Other offices just can’t compare to the quality of service you get from Dr. Jennifer’s… I literally do nothing but rave about this office to people back home so whether if you live in the area, or are a trip away, I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer and staff! 😀

I shopped around at several orthodontist’s offices before I finally decided to go to Dr. Jennifer. After my initial consultation, I decided immediately that this is where I was going to go. The staff is friendly, takes times to answer all your questions, and are all very knowledgable. I’m 33 so getting braces wasn’t a very exciting thing for me but Dr.Jennifer has made the process easy. I choose to go with the Invisalign braces for my treatment. All the previous orthodontist I had visited either tried to tell me that Invisalign wasn’t an option or they simply didn’t offer them as an option. I picked Dr. Jennifer because it was important to me to have an orthodontist that stays current with new technology in dental treatments.

Dr. Jennifer’s Orthodontist is the best! Both Dr. Jennifer and her staff are very welcoming and friendly to everyone who walks in the door.  The best part about her office is that Dr. Jennifer is very individualized with her treatment plans and is great at explaining every step of the process and giving feedback/updates along the way.  I appreciated this because I knew that she understood what I was looking for and she even went above and beyond to make sure my smile is the best it can be! I would recommend her to EVERYONE because she is passionate at what she does & it shows.

Dr. Eisenhuth and the team are fantastic.  This is our second child in braces, and I can’t believe how different (and better) the experience is with Eisenhuth.  Night and day.  We even called the dentist that referred our oldest to the ‘other’ practice to let him know that he needs to start sending everyone to Dr. Eisenhuth.  Big difference.  Huge.

Outstanding customer service and service all around! I was very impressed that I was able to walk into Dr. Eisenhuth’s office and get braces on in the same day! The pricing is affordable and I have heard nothing but great things about the office! I felt extremely welcomed there and look forward to getting the perfect smile that I have always wanted. The appointment was very quick and I was able to get in and out. Dr. Eisenhuth also listens to you so that she knows what goals you have in mind that you want achieved, which I really appreciate. Previous orthodontics pressured me to do things I didn’t think were necessary or didn’t want to do, I felt no pressure from her at all. I would highly recommend her!

I’ve had wonderful experiences with this office from consult to treatment! The staff is amazing and super informative. It made the process of getting braces comfortable, easy to understand, and effortless 🙂 I highly recommend this office to anyone looking to get a superior, comfortable, and affordable experience getting braces.
