So basically my daughter is 11 she needed braces, I had gone to two places where they told me they were either going to have to remove two teeth that were unable to come out due to overcrowding, or they were going to have to expand her palate. None of those options sat well with me, and they said it would take 5 years with braces to get her her perfect smile. Well I came here for another consult, and I was very pleased with how they said they didn’t need to remove any teeth, all we needed were some springs or whatever they are to create space, and it would take like 2-3 years. I was skeptic but that sounded way better than removing her teeth.. needless to say, it’s only been about 6 months with braces and those teeth that couldn’t come out are almost completely out, and in two months we get to slap some brackets on those bad boys and continue with treatment, everything else is straightening out wonderfully there are no gaps in her front teeth or crowding at the bottom and honestly I’m just very pleased with the treatment SO FAR(: can’t imagine how it’s going to be when it’s done!! Pricing is affordable too, and they work with you on payments, the facility is clean, the staff is friendly, they have free coffee and cookies and movies playing for the little hanyackers, I honestly really like this place!! And my daughters braces are so cute they don’t use those colored bands, which I think is way better they seem sturdier and maybe that’s why they are moving so fast! I’m just so pleased, had to drop my review. Pick this place parents!

Today I got my braces removed and want to share my wonderful experience.  First of all, people here are the most professional and kind i have deal with.  I noticed since last month, i don’t have to wait too long for appointment.  Very good improvement on my waiting time.  Good job guys!!!  I love free coffee and cookie.  This office have high-tech machine here.  The staff has been so kinda and supportive through all of it.  Many of them checked in on me even when they weren’t the technician working on my braces.  I love the reward system here.  If you are considering braces, you must consider Dr. Lili Mirtorabi office !!!!!!!

Just started my treatment with them. A friend referred me, as she and her family got their orthodontic treatment here. They gave me a very affordable price and they have treated me well. I love the coffee machine they have up at the front =] A busy office, I can tell they get lots of patients, which is good. They also have a nice reward program when you get treatment. Looking forward to continuing my treatment

I called them to make an appointment for next day the lady on the phone asked me basic information by the time I took my daughter for her appointment her patient packet was filled up all I had to do is fill up the history and emergency contact, everything is super organized and clean, staff are smiling and willing to help, consultation was very easy and got appropriate information in regards to my daughter’s braces. Made monthly plan for the next two years.. I absolutely love it they make u feel at ease. On top of all that first thing when I walked in they had a board in front of the main door where it says welcome to Lili’s and had my daughter’s name on it (soo cute). I recommend this place for every one very professional.

Just started treatment since day one with great help at consultation flexible hours for my future Appt there open on Saturdays Office is very clean entertainment for kids with movies and small tables with games staff is bilingual and they explain in details any questions or concerns keep up good work!

We were looking for an orthodontist for my son, we were referred the office Dr. Lili in Santa Ana. When I went inside, I was impressed with the receptionists, and the facilities, they have phone chargers, coffee/drinks, toys for kids, everyone was very courteous. After filling the application, I dealt with the office manager at the Santa Ana location, Katia, I was very impressed with her willingness to help and to extra miles to satisfy my concerns – one of them was financial of course; the other one was to meet with Dr. Lili herself, because of my son’s situation was difficult. Katia arranged for me to meet with Dr. Lili with no complaint nor difficulties in a timely fashion. After meeting with Dr. Lili, I was very satisfied. I was very impressed with this process, and very happy with the way she addressed my concerns. I have been in the U.S. for 11 years, I can count on 1 hand for the people who impressed me. I am starting a new business of my own, I would love to hire someone like Katia to help me in my business, I wish all the office managers could be professional and personal like her. She’s one of the biggest reasons we chose Dr. Lili to treat my son’s orthodontist need.

My daughter started treatment today at Dr. Lili orthodontics. We consulted with three other offices who wanted to charge as close to $5,000 for 2years of treatment. Upon arriving on my first appointment, I was politely greeted and promptly called back to an exam room where I was greeted by Kathy the treatment coordinator. She was extremely knowledgeable and exceedingly trustworthy, she actually made us feel like we were not just another patient. We watched a video that explained their bracket system, soon after Dr. walked in. We were particularly educated by Dr. Imoto in regards to what my daughter”s treatment entails. They actually went above and beyond. I had a great first experience, I can truly say their approach was realistic and affordable.

Me and my nephew goes there and we’d love it the service is good they are friendly we love them all they’re very gentle with my child and he loves them if anyone need braces I would prefer you to go to them good job and if you have any questions they asked room they notify you when you need to visit appointment and if anything wrong I give them a thousand percent they do good work

I took my eight year old son in for a consultation as some of his class mates are already in braces. The doctor was very honest in telling me that it is too early for him to start treatment and recommended we wait 3 to 4 more years or when all his adult teeth are in. I really liked her honesty and would recommend this office. I decided to give them a shot for myself. I’ve had braces when I was a teenager but my bottom front teeth moved because I wasn’t good with my retainer. I was worried about having to go back into braces but at the consultation, the doctor told me that she could treat me with Invisalign. I’m excited about being given different options. Their payment plans were very flexible and they took my insurance as part of the payment which turned out really nice.
