So…no one likes to go to the dentist, especially me. It can be painful, expensive and a little unnerving, pun intended. With that said, if I had only found this office years ago, I could have avoided a lot of problems I’ve had in getting the right work done at the right time. Not only do they offer an in-house insurance plan, which I signed up for and have saved significant amounts on each visit, but they are also extremely warm and can I mention funny I’ve never had a dental team go out of their way to talk to me, make me laugh and ensure I was comfortable in every way. I have never EVER enjoyed the dentist office in the past but from the receptionists to the hygenists to the dentists, everyone here at Dr. Epstein and Dr. Blitman’s office are absolutely excellent. I have had work done by Dr. Epstein and Dr. Betancourt specifically and it was so well executed and painless. I highly recommend this office if you need a dentist

I have never had a bad experience with this office in the 4+ years I’ve been going here. The staff is absolutely wonderful. Polite, courteous and helpful. Yoli is a fantastic hygienist and my teeth look great from just a cleaning. All of the more invasive work I’ve had done has been painless and fairly quick. [Only cavities no crowns etc.] After your evaluation they provide a treatment plan laying out what all it is that needs to be done and offer an in office insurance plan that can help offset the more expensive procedures. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I went through a major depressive episode in my life, during which I neglected my health including my teeth. Turns out it cost me several cavities. I chose Dr Epstein because I read great reviews on the Aetna website about him. Boy was I glad I made that decision. Not only is the staff amazingly friendly, but they promised me a painless operation. I was skeptical since I have NEVER been to a dentist in my entire life that was painless. Well, this was the first time! First they rubbed some stuff on my gum to get it a little numb, then they made a few small injections which I didnt feel, then came the big boy needle and my heart skipped a beat… but it was also painless! I was like… ok here comes the drill and grabbed the seat tight. Wzzzzzzzzz WZZZZ WZZZZ over and over, and NO pain. My mind was blown. Dr. Epstein and his staff are amazing! Highly recommend this dentist!!!!

A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR

Dr. Mitchell Epstein has been serving Broward County for 25 years. He obtained his dental degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Staying current in dentistry is a high priority for Dr. Epstein which is why he has attended many hours of continuing education including the world famous Pankey Institute and the Las Vegas Institute. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our patients. We offer a state of the art facility which includes digital radiography; this allows us to limit the exposure of radiation to an absolute minimum. Dr. Epstein believes in doing conservative dentistry which is a philosophy of preserving tooth structure. This ideology is a small filling is better than doing a large filling, a filling is better than a crown and saving a tooth is better than replacing it. That is why we have a "diagnodent" which is a laser that enables us to detect decay earlier than we could have in the past. This allows us to preserve tooth structure with a small filling versus waiting for larger issues. If the tooth requires a crown, onlay or veneer; we have a "cerec" machine that enables us to make a computer generated crown the same day. A patient can walk in and walk out the same day with their crown. We stand behind all of our work with a warranty.
