Just had my first visit at Dual Image, and could not have been more satisfied! Their office is in a beautifully renovated house, and feels warm and inviting. I received excellent care and communication from Lydia, Katrina, and Dr. Salone, and left feeling confident in the plan for my follow-up procedures. So happy to have found such a great dental practice as a new resident of Charlotte!

I had an amazing experience from check in to check out. The staff was polite, informative, friendly and warming. We forgot we were at the Dentist office. We felt at home. Dr Sloane was very patient, informative and provided answers to all of my questions. We have found our Family Dentistry and Orthodontics Office. We have three appointments in one week. Hello to our new friends/family. Highly Recommended

After avoiding the dentist for an embarrassingly long time, I noticed Dual Image had moved into this location on Matheson and decided to give them a call one day after I passed by.  I was expecting a lot of shaming and a hefty bill but the hygienist, Tina, was great as was Dr. Salone!  They got me taken care of in a couple of visits (no pain, massage chairs, and very pleasant staff) and the wife is quite happy with her experience too.  I can’t recommend this practice enough!

I was treated with such kindness from the start to finish! I have just moved here recently and wasn’t sure where to go. Check in was easy and was greeted friendly, didn’t have to wait long. Brenda was great and talkative she put the massage chair on and offered me a blanket in the room while I waited. Lindsay the doctor was awesome too, clearly very educated about her practice and I am glad I chose this dentistry!

If you are looking for a new dentist this is the place to go! If you are in the Noda/ Plaza/ Shamrock/ Eastside neighborhoods it is in a super central location at the corner of The Plaza and Matheson across from the Food Lion. They have a small parking lot right beyond the building. All of the staff have been wonderful to work with. Michelle gives the best cleaning I have ever gotten. Also the office staff go way above and beyond, recently my insurance changed and before I could call them back they had already figured out who my new insurance carrier was and reached out to them so didn’t have to do anything! I also love that it is a small practice and not one of the dental factories that have been popping up everywhere. Support a great local small business in our area!

Really nice staff. Patient and considerate. I went in for a wisdom tooth to be pulled and they took their time. I went back for a cleaning twice. Good people who know what they’re doing. You will definitely be satisfied going here. No one asked me to do this review. Based on my personal experience.

Dual Image Dentistry and Orthodontics is absolutely the best dental office I have ever been to. I used to dread going to the dentist, but after discovering this facility they have completely changed my opinion. I actually enjoy going now! My dental hygienist (Katrina) is very friendly and always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. The dentist (Dr. Salone) is also extremely kind and knows what she is doing. I have had very positive experiences at this office and have only good things to say about it! I am actually moving out of town soon but will still happily commute back to this office because they are simply the best I have ever experienced. Thank you!

Hands down the absolute best dental experience I have ever had. My hygienist Katrina, was fabulous! I had to have a deep cleaning so you all know how that can be, but she talked me through the whole process, kept me calm and made me comfortable. Dr. Salone was thorough and attentive. She took her time explaining some options on implant procedures and answered all of my questions with patience and care. I highly recommend this practice!

First time visit, and I’m sure like a majority of people it’s been a long time since I’ve had a cleaning. Everyone was so nice. I’ve had terrible experiences with dentists office and how heavy handed they’ve been so I’m a little timid. But they’re so kind and gentle with you. I met my dentist who was kind and attentive. And another dentist that worked there introduced herself, and I just think that’s fantastic. If I say kind and nice 20,000 times in this, I mean really, you come here, you’ll understand. Very happy and plan to stay with this practice. ALSO, cleaning and sanitation practices are top notch. Dentists offices are normally sparkling clean and since covid, this dentistry is very attentive to sanitation. 20/10 would recommend

At this age it’s very rare that I’m blown away by something but today’s cleaning (new patient!) must have been the most thorough yet painless cleaning I’ve ever had. If you’re lucky to get Ms Katrina as your hygienist, you’re in for a treat. She’s so surgical in her precision yet extremely in tune with what you’re sensing at the moment. It felt like a perfectly choreographed routine between the two of us rather than me just lying there (full disclosure: she led me the whole way!). After the initial shock wore off, my next thought was: “wait, what does that mean about my previous dentists? (whom I remember fondly) were they not doing a thorough job?” Ms Katrina worked in corners of my mouth that I didn’t even know existed. Although the cleaning took up the majority of the visit, everyone else (and you could meet at least 6 people on a given visit) was equally professional and precise at what they do. I could not have been happier with my dentist selection! If you’re a cash patient like myself, ask about their in-house dental plan. It’s a no-brainer!

Best Dentists ever! So friendly and competent, get you in and on with your day. They don’t try to oversell you for services you don’t need or can afford. Very competitive prices. Katrina is the best!

I have had an excellent customer experience at Dual Image Dentistry and Orthodontics. I have gotten my teeth cleaned here for a while but wanted the perfect smile so I received a consultation from the orthodontics location. The two locations worked together closely to close my gaps and whiten my teeth. I am more than satisfied with the results! It’s great that the two locations work together so closely to optimize the customers experience! I highly recommend Dual Image!

It definitely took the edge off of the nervousness of getting dental work done when I knew I got to visit this office because I knew they would explain as they go and make me comfortable. Also, the new massage chairs are a plus! Once my dental work was complete, it was time to check off my bucket list item of having a straight smile. So I had my consultation with Dual Image – Orthodontics. Best decision I’ve ever made! You can tell they are invested in their clients. They pay attention to detail, not only in your dental/ortho needs but also you as a person. I’m not finished with my Dualine yet (Invisalign but house made – same quality but cheaper) but I’m already smiling differently. I’m a naturally ‘smiley’ person but with the help of the Dual Image team, I want to show everyone my smile now! I can not recommend this dentistry/orthodontist enough.

Absolutely amazing! Staff was SUPER NICE and accommodating the minute I walked in! Both the receptionist went out of their way to check on what insurance plan I had and to see if I was covered! They were told conflicting information but when I called my insurance and the office came up as if I might be I was EXTREMELY EXCITED. The staff welcomed me again with nothing but kindness! Even the dentist spoke to me with warmth and I did not feel judged about the way I have neglected my oral hygiene. It meant the world.

I’m very pleased with Dr. Sloan and the staff, they showed much love, friendliness, kindness and professionalism… I noticed how clean and bright the office area were and the waiting room. Now back to my hygienist Michelle she done a great job of cleaning and caring for my teeth so I can keep this beautiful smile of mind, I want to give thanks to dr. Sloan for educating me on the procedures of keeping my teeth and keeping them clean and plaque free. I recommend anyone that’s reading this, what have you got to lose, but a lot to gain so make that appointment!
