There are only 5 stars here 🙁 I wish I could go higher! I feel like I owe these dentists (Dr. Jacobs and Dr. Schneider) SO much. They are beyond incredible! I needed to have a lot of work done, (& I am terrified of dentists) & they are great as both dentists & people. Their office is white & spotless. Their front desk people are dolls. Also, Dr. Rachel is a mother of young children herself and that makes her EVEN better at dealing with the kiddos. They were fantastic about putting me on a payment plan I could afford.

Dr. Jacobs is amazing!! I’d like to refer to my experience as magical. I chipped my tooth at 9am and the office accommodated me with an appointment at 11am, THE SAME DAY! Dr. Rachel Jacobs is an excellent dentist with a very light touch, most informative with each step; while providing state of the art dentistry! So cosmetically in tune with how bright and aesthetically pleasing your smile will be, she fully understands and makes it happen! I highly recommend this friendly office with great dentistry! If you get a card in the mail, try them out! I did and am most pleased. Even my “dental fraidy” guy was so happy after Dr. Rachel filled a tooth! Exact words, “Wow!” Nice!

I have driven by this dentist office for 2+ years and finally made an appointment here. The staff was sweet and got my family in quickly working with our schedules. My 8 year old absolutely loved Dr. Rachel. She was nervous going in and can’t wait to go back. A truely pleasant experience. My husband also had an appointment with Dr. Schneider and he too is talking about how amazing the visit was. Now I’m brave enough to make appointments for my son and I. So glad to have found a great team of dentists who are friendly warm and compassionate.

Dr. Schneider and Dr. Jacobs are the dentists you want to see if you’re looking for a professional, thorough, pain-free, and complete experience. They are priced fairly and the front staff as well as the nurses are wonderful! I have been a patient of Dr. Schneider’s for over 35 years. Having lived all over the country and seeing other dentists, I continue to come back to be treated by Dr. Schneider. No other dentist can compare to his skills and expertise which he now shares with Dr. Jacobs. Let’s face it, no one “likes” going to the dentist. So when you make the decision to go, then decide to be seen by the best. And Dr. Schneider and Dr. Jacobs are THE BEST!

The first time I saw Dr. Jacobs there was *blush* something green that was on my teeth along the gum lines after (after not seeing a dentist in about a decade). After my first visit it was almost all gone, by the second my teeth were in good enough shape that it was completely gone. I haven’t seen it again in all the years I’ve been seeing Dr. Jacobs. (My one appointment with Dr. Schneider was also excellent). The dentists are more than competent, they will not do work if it will cause you harm or a bad outcome, they REALLY have the patient’s best interests at heart. Any issues that are found are dealt with in a very timely manner. I have the highest praise for these two dentists and the entire wonderful, kind, caring office staff.

My son did not go to her practice (she doesn’t accept our insurance). He came down with a horrible tooth infection and was hospitalized. After being released from the hospital on contingency that he go to his dentist for an immediate extraction, his dentist refused see him that Friday. Dr. Jacobs came in on her day off to see my son, even though he was not a patient. She took x-rays, located the issue, and removed whatever needs to be taken out. My son is not an easy patient. He was super anxious and outright non-cooperative. She was kind, considerate, and professional. Her staff was warm and gentle. While I don’t think my son “enjoyed” getting his tooth taken out, she made it as painless as possible. She saved his life. I still can’t believe she came in on a day off to help a child she didn’t even know. This doctor has a heart of gold. I HIGHLY recommend her.

I first came to this practice when I had neglected my teeth in grad school and required substantial dental work. Dr. Jacobs took care of me and my teeth have been excellent since. Not one cavity! I used to have anxiety about going to the dentist, but I no longer dread it. First Class Dentistry! After a terrible experience with another dentist I was referred to Dr. Rachel Jacobs at Dumont Dentist. During our initial appointment, she correctly assessed that I had an undetected root canal from my previous dentist and referred me to Dr. Jeffrey Chen, a superb endodontist, to complete the procedure. After the root canal Dr. Jacobs installed my new post and temporary crown. In a few days, I will return to have the permanent crown placed. In between procedures she completed a color matched filling on another tooth. Dr. Jacobs is efficient, thorough, and I truly appreciate her time management. The administrative team are always professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. Thanks for all that you and your team do!

I cannot speak more highly of Dr Jacobs. She is absolutely incredible. I came to her after suffering a month with excruciating dental pain from a previous dentist’s poor work on my two back teeth (poor isn’t even a strong enough word on how bad the work he did was, but I digress). Dr Jacobs was able to fit me in immediately and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and sent me right away (the very next day) to the endodontist to root canal the tooth. After follow up visits to Dr Jacobs to put in the crown, and to address the second of the two ruined teeth I am finally pain free. Dr Jacobs is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and precise. She is gentle and understands the needs of the patient. She let me ramble on about the issue and listened to every word I said, even if my anxiety forced me into repeating myself 10 times. She is a wonderful dentist and I would recommend her to anyone that’s looking for the best quality work
