I first found Dunn orthodontics online when searching for somewhere to get braces in Phoenix. All in all, my treatment took 18 months and I had a really great experience. This office is located on 16th st and Bethany home. There is lots of parking and it’s right off the freeway. I didn’t even get any quotes at other offices because I was so comfortable after my initial consultation. We worked out an 18-month no interest payment plan. I got porcelain clear braces on top and standard on the bottom. The technology was also really impressive, as everything here is state of the art. Everyone here is so nice, from the front desk to the doctors themselves. They really take the time to make you feel special by putting your name on the board for your appointment. Even when I broke my brackets, they were always happy to see me. Especially Melissa, the sweetest girl. I would definitely recommend this place to any other adults or kids in need of braces.

I was always super insecure with the way that I looked, whether it be that i was once extremely overweight (heaviest being 310 pounds) and that my teeth were messed up. I took it upon myself to start a chain reaction dedicated to changing and improving myself. I began with losing weight, and that was the easy part in hindsight because I’d workout far away from people so I’d kind of let time do it’s thing with that. Facing my teeth, however, was a different story. I remember I walked in on my Birthday because I was feeling that new wave of energy but I was still nervous because my biggest insecurity was about to be seen. But when I entered the office. The staff was super welcoming and nice and warm! They made sure I was OK with every single microscopic thing that was being done. And being a college student, I can honestly say that the financing that was available to me was way better than I had ever expected. I’m so glad to have chosen Dunn Orthodontics and I am just super grateful to have met every staff there!:)))

My daughter has a truly beautiful smile. So glad we chose Dunn Orthodontics for her treatment. I have my two older children in braces also and I can’t wait to see their results! There is nothing more magical then seeing your child’s newly found confidence behind a beautiful smile. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dunn. I originally went to my dentist for Invisalign, which resulted in my bite being completely messed up. He referred me to Dr. Dunn once it was determined he could not provide me with the care that was needed. As you can imagine, I was very upset and anxious about my teeth. Dr. Dunn was so attentive to my case and my concerns. She reassured me that she could fix my teeth and do her best to accomplish the outcome that I was seeking. Dr. Dunn did not disappoint! She did an amazing job and I walked away satisfied. I am forever grateful for her and her expertise. I highly recommend Dunn Orthodontics.

Dunn Orthodontics is a wonderful and friendly place to be. The staff there makes an appreciated effort to make you comfortable during appointments, and to ensure that you stay informed while they are working on your teeth. The welcoming atmosphere makes Dunn an enjoyable place to be, and they do excellent work. Their goal is to make your teeth look the best in as little time as possible, and they succeed. My smile looks amazing, and it’s all thanks to the extra effort that Dunn put into getting me here. Something else that I love about Dunn Orthodontics is the token reward system they have put into place to motivate patients to care for their teeth, and all of the contests that they hold to facilitate a sense of community. I’d recommend Dunn to anyone looking for quality Orthodontic care.

Top Notch!! Appointment was on time, everyone was extremely kind, and everyone worked very efficiently. I am very grateful that Dr. Matt had no problem changing out a few of my brakets to clear after having just taken the time to seat and adjust the metal set!! And how awesome is that that you get a goodie bag to go home with!! Being in the dental world, I can tell you that they are all professional, knowledgeable and precise. I was so impressed with how awesome our experience was. , my 11 year old, was dreading braces. All she talked about was how she thought it was going to hurt, how bad she was going to look, etc… But from the minute we stepped into Dunn, we knew it was going to be different; from the from the amazing ladies at the front desk to everyone in the back who assisted in the procedure. The office has such a nice energy and Sofia even walked away with a braces “care package”. They made the whole process so easy and turn-key. Sofia can’t wait to go back. She actually reminded me of her upcoming appointment! Kudos to Dunn!

From the moment I walked into the office, staff was prompt and courteous. Filled out my paperwork, and within minutes Kayley took me back for professional on-the-spot X-rays from a machine that was the newest form of full mouth photos. I was impressed right away – didn’t have to go to another place to have my mouth x-rayed – that alone caught my attention. Photos were also taken to show the real graphics of my teeth and gums which needed to be addressed as the first step before braces (need to check the strength of my jawbone and teeth bone. Then soon after a consultation by Stacey . Another professional staff member who knew what she was talking about. Explained everything I ever wanted to know and important technical information to make the right decision. Dr. Dunn popped in and answered my last couple of questions. I look forward to moving forward with this orthodontist. If anything, I would recommend “you” at least have a consult.

Dunn Orthodontics took wonderful care of my daughters mouth and teeth for 2 years. We had to move out of state and I have to be honest, leaving their care was a huge factor in the “con” column. The doctors truly care about each patient as an individual and not just another mouth. The office staff is charming and genuinely cares about the patient and the family. When I called the office because of an slightly urgent braces situation, Melissa offered to meet me at the office before they opened because there wasn’t an open time slot on the regular schedule and my daughter was in pain. Dunn Orthodontics is the best care you can get for you and your child’s teeth.

Got my braces here and had a great experience.  DD takes really good care of you from start to finish.  Love the staff there, too.  When I went for my consult they were never pushy about getting the braces and I was given all my options.  They even have a rewards system where you can redeem the points for gift cards and goodies.  It’s geared more for kids but the adults were not excluded!  I saved my coins for the end and got a Best Buy gift card.  It was such a nice touch!  Really enjoyed my experience here and would recommend it!!

Dunn Orthodontics is a fantastic local business with phenomenal customer service and 3 locations throughout the valley. They also support local schools and work great with young children. We looked through lots of reviews for orthodontists in our area and came across Dunn. I just want to take a moment to say how absolutely amazing you all have been to me through this whole process. Melissa is absolutely my favorite person ever. She always takes the time to answer my questions, big or small. She even was so amazing and got me a special kind of toothpaste that doesn’t burn my mouth when I brush. These people are incredibly honest. I had been told a few years ago by a different orthodontist in the Midwest that my teeth had moved after my wisdom tooth extraction surgery and that I would need braces again to relieve my jaw pain. I decided to wait and I’m so glad I did. I had been experiencing more jaw pain here in Phoenix and came here for a consultation. I was told that my teeth were straight and I really didn’t need braces again at all. They were so honest and very easily could have just taken my money, but they didn’t. I’m so appreciative of their information, honesty and candor. They also referred me to a jaw specialist to get the care I actually need to fix this problem. They are honest people and I highly recommend them.

I went to Dunn Ortho for my braces at age 23. I had my braces for a year and they were the best from beginning to end. I went to several other orthos and none of them felt right. Dunn was reasonably priced and they showed a lot of care in just the first meeting that they were even able to put my braces on the day of my consultation. I’ve never waited more than 5 mins to be seen in any appointment. The staff is so kind and they remember me the moment they see me. The staff makes you feel at home and you get the same care no matter what office you go to. I had to transfer to another state and the process was so easy. I thought it would be a bigger deal. But they made worrying about my braces the least stressful part of the move. I recommend Dunn 100000% to anyone who wants caring orthodontist who will always do things in your best interest.

They make an effort to get to know you on both a personal and a professional basis, and always ensure that you are comfortable during appointments. My teeth were always adjusted with the utmost care, and I was treated with honesty and respect. In addition to a lovely atmosphere, the work done on my teeth was completely successful. They fully straightened my teeth and eliminated a rather precocious overbite. It is obvious that the staff as Dunn is skilled and has experience. Well, I feel I must express my contentment after the wonderful experience I had with Dr.Dunn. I went there for Invisalign, and in only 8 months it did miracles to my teeth. Not that they were terrible before but there was a huge shift my teeth had to go through before being perfectly straight. If you’re tired of the usual metal braces and you want something more versatile, go for Invisalign! It just looks like plastic retainers but it will do a huge amount of work on your teeth. And yes, it’s expensive. (Total cost almost 6 grands)…Not peanuts for sure, but what I liked most was the monthly payment plan I got. It (still) allows me to have small monthly payments while showing off a perfect smile!! After I was done with the treatment, the package also includes lifetime retainers to avoid your teeth to shift back to their original form. Pretty cool eh? 😉 I usually go to the Bethany Home Ave office, staff is very nice there, always available to answer any question you have. Take my advice, go for Invisalign! Definitely worth every penny!!! 🙂

So I have been going here for six years, and every visit has been better than the last. The staff not only is organized and on schedule (which unfortunately is not the case for every dental/orthodontic practice), but also kind and understanding of patients needs. For the first six years, I only went to the orthodontist once or twice a year because we had to wait for teeth to come out naturally, so as not to damage my mouth. Only when it was absolutely necessary did I get my other four pulled out. Even though my visits were infrequent, the team still remembered me and asked me about my life and “oh, how was your trip last summer?” Not to mention, my dentist is actually an orthodontist as well, but he agrees with everything that Dunn Orthodontics has done thus far and encouraged me to keep going here. I am now getting my expander, which I will have for six-nine months. Then I’ll get my braces for about two years. The braces and expander are very reasonably priced, and the orthodontic team have made sure that my parents and I know everything about what’s to come so that there are no surprises, which I greatly appreciate. Overall, I would gladly recommend Dunn Orthodontics to anyone I know.

We began our search for the perfect orthodontist in Feb this year. I was terrified I wouldn’t be able to afford braces for my son. He was starting middle school and his teeth began growing high up in his gum line. We went for the free consultation at Dunn and I was sold. Not only were the kind and welcoming. They assured me they’d find a way to get braces on him no matter what. The payment plan they customized to fit what I can afford. I was so greatful. Each visit has been so thorough and quick. They explain so well to kids what is happening and how to care for their braces. I never wait long for his appointments. They are always on time if not early to call him back. We are so happy with the services and staff.

I absolutely love this orthodontist. My son Jack is an amazing kid with a great sense of humor and he deserves a great smile. He recently broke his front adult tooth and needed braces after the repair. Dunn worked so closely with our dentist, and even met with him in person and consulted about the best way to take care and proceed with Jack. After the amazing Doctor Yang, at “My Kidz Dentist,'” fixed Jack’s severely broken tooth, the exceptional team at Dunn orthodontics took over and put braces on him while taking great care to assure he was comfortable and happy throughout the process. I am ecstatic right now!

Finally found our Ortho Family! With three children who will need braces, we needed to find an Orthodontist that we felt comfortable with. Dunn Orthodontics in Litchfield made us feel so welcomed. When we arrived they offered us coffee or water. We were given a tour of the office where they explained different procedures. When it came time for photos and X-rays my daughter was very comfortable and actually had fun taking the photos. After we were given all the financial information, the plan was explained and we met the doctor. Great experience! We will be back in January with the rest of the kiddos. The staff is so friendly and the office is in a great location.

We went to Dunn Orthodontics for the first time yesterday and were blown away by the friendliness of the staff, most up to date methods, fun atmosphere, great prices, and their congenial & very thorough explanation of the proposed treatment.  I loved that their prices are very reasonable, while my kids loved participating in the contest that they’re running and spinning the wheel so that they each won a free voucher to eat at one of their favorite scrumptious restaurants.   So excited to have great orthodontic work done so close to home!

I got my braces in 2014 as a 7th grader and now I’m a freshman in high school and I just got them off 6 months earlier than I would have anywhere else with their technology they use. Dunn did a magnificent job and my smile has never been better! They really care for you and they make it an easy experience for younger kids and teenagers. I would definitely recommend someone to go here! Also, they have root beer flavored impressions that make them much more enjoyable!!
