I would recommend this place entirely, the staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly, with the exception of Wesley or Leslie the hygienist, who failed to communicate fees on certain services during my cleaning. Overall, I’d recommend this place, front desk staff is friendly especially Melody and she makes sure you are well taken care of during your visit!

I came from CA and needed to see a dentist to have a procedure done. I nervously made the phone call to the office and Melody who answered the phone had all the charm and southern hospitality I had always heard about and completely put me at ease. Honestly, It was the best experience I ever had at the dentist and the procedure I needed was taken care of in minutes. I may have to plan a trip every six months just to have them do my dental work. Many thanks again Dr. Bruce to you and your excellent staff.

Last year, my friend recommended Dunwoody Family to me when I had some dental needs. At the time, my insurance provider did not cover this location. I’ve recently started a new job, which provided a new insurance company for me. After searching my insurance network, I was happy to see Dunwoody Family was listed! I was able to schedule and appointment easily and quickly. When it came time for my appointment, the front office staff was very pleasant to deal with. Donna, I believe her name was, was very polite, and answered any questions I had. She even recommended a place to take my boyfriend out to dinner that weekend (the meal was fabulous, btw!) I always enjoy meeting a fellow foodie. The hygienist was very gentle and the dentist worked quick and efficiently. I usually have a fear of getting dental work done, but this office put me to ease. I’ll definitely be returning to this location. Thanks!

Dr Bruce is an expert at injections for numbing prior to treatment; very little discomfort. He is also an extremely talented DDS for cosmetic dentistry. He was assisted today by an equally talented assistant Jason, who inquired about an additional filling that needed attention and I jumped at the opportunity to get all my dental work done at one time and without a second appointment and injections. Great practice! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a DDS in Dunwoody area!

I visited Dunwoody Family and Cosmetic Dentistry today for the first time and had a wonderful experience! My dental hygienist was Nicholette and she was amazing!! She was very thorough and informative about the process. My exam with Dr. Bruce went very well also, he was very funny and also extremely informative. The office is absolutely beautiful and very welcoming, I’ve never had a dental experience like this before.

I was a new patient and called and got in the next day. Office was very new and clean. Met the Dr that owns the practice and really love her a lot. I believe it was my hygienists first day on the job and someone was showing him how to operate everything. I had quite a bit of pain from him when he was “measuring” my gums. I’ll give him one more shot before I request someone new if I get him again, but love my new dental spot! Hopefully this one doesn’t get militant with insurance like my last two dentists so I don’t have to switch again 🙁

I’ve visited Dunwoody Family & Cosmetic Dentistry a few times recently (initial consultation, cleaning, Invisalign impressions, and Invisalign installation) and each time was excellent. I was greeted, signed-in quickly, and taken back for my appointment within a couple of minutes. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been incredibly kind and informative. I did not feel pressured into getting services or products outside of what I came to the visit for. I highly recommend this practice! I’ve seen both Dr. Bruce and Dr. Ojibway and both are awesome!

I had ro leave my dentist of almost 30 years and just lucked up on finding this practice in Dunwoody. The staff are very courteous and helpful, the hygienists are knowledgeable and excellent as well, and the Dental Services have been super professional and way less expensive than I was afraid.  My experience has been highly favorable and I would recommend this team to anybody looking for great modern dental practice

Dunwoody Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is truly a great place. I had my first visit today and it was definitely a great first impression. My hygienist was “little” Dianna (because there are two Dianna’s at the practice). She took great care of me and helped me feel very relaxed and comfortable the entire time by explaining everything to me in detail that she was going to do. I also saw Dr. Bruce who was just as amazing as Dianna. He was extremely thorough and both had such great personalities. I definitely will be going back. Such a great experience!

John Bruce, the dentist I saw, was warm, sympathetic and, above all, competent and knowledgeable. He immediately put me at ease and I left feeling that my concerns had been more than adequately addressed and resolved. I would most definitely recommend Dunwoody Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, especially Dr. Bruce.

I feel so welcome here, and the hygienists are incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and explanatory. Andrea was amazing and had me laughing and comfortable with my procedure and explained what she was doing throughout. I’ve never enjoyed going to a dentist, but really enjoyed my time here.

Dr. Bruce is amazing. I am so thankful for his loyalty to his career and his ability to make me feel like the best patient each and every visit. From my first (and only) filling when I was 6, to my braces when I was 10, to pulling out my wisdom teeth when I was 22, and all the cleanings in between, he has continued to be the absolute best. It’s a blessing to be a patient of his. His staff is ALWAYS so friendly and welcoming, too. I love that I have grown up with this Dentistry and everyone who is a part of it.

Dr. Bruce is great. He is so friendly. And honest. He is helpful and treats his patients and employees with respect. His front desk people got me in fairly quickly and gave him time to work on whatever was bothering me instead of making me come back. Thank you for being a wonderful demerits and dentist office
