Dr. Durbin is great along with his staff. Every other dentist office I have been to they either take forever or aren’t friendly at all, none of this is the case at Durbin Dental. I have never had a long wait time, they extracted my wisdom teeth and I got Invisalign all at his office. This is why I make it a point to drive from Bardstown, hands down best care around.

I had a great experience at Durbin Dental from start to finish. I wish I would’ve came to them sooner. The receptionist who booked my appointment was friendly and knowledgeable. When you walk in they greet you and know most of the patients by name already. The office is very clean and modern looking. I barely had to wait in the waiting room long at all. I had been having some painful wisdom teeth and Dr Durbin took them out for me the same day! He was fast yet still 100% thorough. I was terrified but he was kind, reassuring and funny. When I came back for my follow-up appointment, Dr Durbin still remembered me from the previous week. He goes the extra mile to get to know his patients and truly help them. I can’t day enough good things about him and his staff.

Dr. Durbin and his staff was phenomenal.. He spent time to explain what was going on and reassured me about my implant.. took care of my needs 100%.. the office is so welcoming and everyone treats you like a friend vs a patient.. Office is gorgeous as well.. I’ve had my implants placed prior to meeting Dr Durbin but if I ever decide to do more he will be the man I will see.

The office ensured I was seen quickly even though I arrived 30″ early. My X-rays were completely quickly but efficiently. The Dental Hygienist did an excellent cleaning in prep to see Dr. Durbin and provided recommendations to aid in maintaining good dental health. Dr. Durbin is very personable and make me feel very comfortable. He offered recommendations that other Dentist failed to provide. He is now my permanent Dentist and will be for my entire family. Thank you and your entire staff.

Al of my children look forward to their trips to Durbin Dental! They are not just friendly but also quick and efficient which is helpful for a busy mom. They are also good about telling me areas to watch or things to help the kids with so they don’t turn into problems later. Thankfully going on years of no cavities thanks to excellent preventive care from Durbin Dental!

We’re newcomers to the area, and visited Dr. Durbin for the first time recently. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The office and equipment are clean and new (the flat-screen tvs over every chair were a nice touch), and the staff are very warm, while professional. Dr. Durbin is very personable too; after a couple more visits for an extraction and check-up, he almost feels like an old friend. Highly recommended.

My first impression when I toook My 73 year old mother there to have her teeth cleaned was just how nice the facility was and the staff!! I wasnt pleased with my mother’s prior dentist, so I switched her. Then, when my mom went in the back area, I met Dr. Durbin and was floored by his mannerism!! He was so kind and gentle and so friendly!! My current dentist is OK…. However, I am always seeing a different doctor when I go there. So, I decided right then and there that the rest of my family members (all 5) were going to come to this location! And My mother just had two crowns and a root canal done along with several other smaller things. She came home RAVING about how great the procedure was (Cmon, this is a root canal!) and how amazing her teeth looked! She had minimal pain and spent about 3 hours in his chair. I highly recommend Dr. Durbin and his Staff! And I am glad that they were able to take all 5 of us in – my husband and son go for their cleaning next week. I highly recommend Dr. Durbin and his staff at Durbin dental. They are very professional, they really show that they care about their patients. The atmosphere is extremely clean and they make you feel right at home which is hard to do at a dental office! Im usually petrified to go to the dentist but iv found a dentist office that makes the experience a breeze now. Again take my recommendation and let Durbin dental take care of your dental problems you wont be disappointed i have no doubt about it!

Just finished another regular check up at Durbin Dental. Doctor Durbin has been our dentist since we moved to Elizabethtown five years ago, and to say he and his staff are the best seems too small of a compliment. I can go on and on about the beautiful office, friendly and competent staff and hygienists, but I was reminded again today of what really makes Durbin Dental stand above the rest. Dr. Durbin is 100% focused on patient care with integrity, and he NEVER recommends a procedure simply to pad his own pocket. He is willing to discuss treatment options and procedures but without any “sales pitch” added in. What a welcome change these days when so much about healthcare seems to be about the bottom (or TOP) dollar. So kudos to you Dr. Durbin and your wonderful staff.

Dr. Durbin has been seeing our entire family of 6 for many years. I love that I can get all of the kids in at the same time and he always asks about how everyone is doing every time we go in to see him. I was in the office with my 5 year old this morning who is very apprehensive of all medical professionals and very anxious to let anyone near her. Dr. Durbin was very patient and had a positive attitude with her. He was was absolutely phenomenal with her! She even gave him a hug at the end! His staff is always kind and patient as well. We always have a good experience there and that is why we keep going back!

One of the best experiences EVER! The staff was courteous, friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. Even met the doctor’s father real cool guy, that Mr. Durbin. It Didn’t stop there, I had a great conversation about food and traded barbecue secrets. Did not feel like I was in the dentist office at all great job today guys!!!!!

Dr. Durbin is a consummate professional and his high standards are reflected by his staff.  The chairside manner of Dr. Durbin’s entire crew is exceptional.  I highly recommend Durbin Dental to anyone, especially those who fear a visit to the dentist.  Dr. Durbin makes every effort possible to set the right atmosphere of calm and professionalism to make what was once a feared event into a visit that any patient can approach with no misgivings.

Durbin Dental is such a great place. We are fairly new to KY and to this practice but my son had to get his impacted wisdom teeth out this morning and was quite nervous. They immediately took him back and talked to him, made him feel truly relaxed and special. They have a separate waiting room for parents waiting on surgical cases and its very calming and well decorated. Today it happen to have an adorable little puppy to help calm parents nerves-one of the dental hygienist brought him in to socialize. Very nice treat for a dog lover like me. They came back and gave updates every step of the way. When we were finished the hygienist AND the Doctor walked us out to our car and Dr. Durbin himself loaded my son in as he was quite groggy and not sturdy on his feet. Just a nice, sweet place and super clean, which is a must for us. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient for over 10 years! Every visit has been a blessing!! Dr Durbin is the BEST!! He knows how to painlessly and properly provide all your dental needs! Christy is a caring and fantastic hygienist! April keeps the office and insurance claims effortlessly in perfect order! I highly recommend Durbin Dental for your Denistry needs!!!

Durbin Dental is awesome! They scheduled me for an appointment quickly when I explained I had oral pain. The assistant was very thorough and patient while answering all my questions. Dr. Durbin went above and beyond to attend to my concerns. He even performed my dental cleaning, which I was not originally scheduled to have. I was extremely grateful! All staff members are always friendly and polite. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Looking forward to using the toothbrush and whitening kit I purchased there. Thanks again, Durbin Dental! You rock!

Dr. Durbin and his staff are very genuine with their concerns for each patient. I have known him for most of my life and he is a very caring individual. When my children first showed signs of teeth I brought them in to start their dental care. He and his staff appeased my motherly mind and checked out their new teeth and we have been utilizing his service for over 20 years. He is the only dentist I hope we have to have. If he feels you need a procedure, then that means he would recommend it for his own family member, he is not going to do it unless it needs to be done. He has done a great job building his family oriented business and his hand picked staff is amazing. All who work there are genuine with their care and concern. If you are nervous about a dentist then he is your man. The only one my dad would keep going back to. Give him a try!

Thank you so much for making a Vietnams Veterans dream come true. He had beautiful teeth when he went to Vietnam. While there he has a lot of problems with his teeth and came home with a partial. You and your wonderful staff made his dream a reality. He came there to get a tooth filled because after 45 radiation treatments holes were coming in his teeth. Dr Durbin said he did not want to patch up his teeth. He worked hard with Va and got him the perfect teeth he had always dreamed of. One of the nicest cleanest offices we have ever been to. Dr Durbin is the absolute best Dentist! I Will never let anyone else touch my teeth. I have been seeing Dr. Durbin for 20 years and he did extensive dental work on me during my first visits to his practice. I have two crowns that have been in place for 20 years and are still going strong. That is the type of work Dr. Durbin does. No second guessing and no repeated procedures. He does it right the first time and it lasts. And not only that, I have taken 4 of my babies to him for their cleanings/Dental work. Blessed he is my dentist.

Our first visit to Durbin Dental was to have a root canal and crown procedure for my son. I can’t say enough about how caring and professional the staff was. They explained everything very thoroughly and made every effort to make him comfortable. They took the time to take care of him and to explain to me what procedures were done and what else needed to be done. Dr. Durbin, Monica, Beth and Tasha were wonderful. Everyone else was great as well, and I’m sorry if I don’t remember their names. My son was very satisfied with the care he received and so was I.

Best dentist in the area. Only one who can give you 5 shots in your mouth and not feel it. The staff is super nice and always has your best interests at heart. Dr Durbin also makes you feel safe. Been to a few other dentists around etown and I’d rather wait until I can be seen by them before I went to ANY other dentist around. Highly recommend
